I went into the dealer ship with my 2010 to have something checked out to leave there with a 2015 Honda Accord EX L! I worked with nick along here and there with the GM Lou and that was the utmost best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. He explained that it may take a bit to get the SUV I wanted due to shortages but he would work to make sure he got me what I wanted in a timely fashion. They add on meaningless extra charges totaling 3 thousand dollars over sticker and expects you to pay for it...went to another dealer in Norwood looked at same vehicle for thousands less...ocean Honda of Brockton is a scam and if you bought from here in the past... chances are you were scammed.

I went there after work at 330 pm on Sunday, the day before memorial day. I met with Carly who took me to test drive the two cars that I was interested in- a Honda accord hybrid and a Honda insight. I was not a fan of the Honda accord after my test drive and told Carly this. He didnt pressure me to take one car over the other which is a change from how my car buying experience usually goes. I went with the Honda insight. I was in an out of the dealership in under two hours. I told him that I would pick it up on Monday, Memorial Day at 10 oclock but due to my auto insurance (Liberty Mutual) not being open and my not being able to make the change on their website without getting an error message I told Carly I would have to change to Wednesday. Carly called me up, told me that they had a Liberty Mutual insurance agent at their location. He got me in touch with the guy and everything was taken care of within 15 minutes. Carly knew that I had to go to work and offered to drop it off for me where I worked. This was not necessary but I love that that was an option. I went to pick up my car and I was done in about 10 minutes. Would definitely go to this dealer again the next time I am in the market for a new car. This was the quickest and most painless car purchase ever.

After seeing one of their local ads, I stopped in to inquire about one of their particular sales, their annual fix it or flip it sale. I was a bit surprised to find that the sales associate I spoke with wasnt even aware of it, but he was still very friendly, and eager to get more information about it from his supervisor when prompted. Im still intrigued by the sale and may stop back in in a couple of days to explore my options more. One side note: it would have been more helpful if their sales lot designated where their used vehicle options are, as I still dont know and most people logically buy used. It might nab down a sale more definitively.

The service department is absolutely awful. Since new management I was willing to give them another chance. But its as bad as before.

The people who work there are very nice and low key I felt no stress at all it was all good. I would recommend buying a car from that to anyone who needs a car. Extremely long wait for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was there over an hour and a half and was not updated once on the status or checked in with. Price was good, but not the service Ive received before.

Got the best deal on my HRV from Hona Brockton using TrueCar price that was 1.5k below the market and Honda Brockton was kind enough to match the aggressive TrueCar price.I would suggest buyers to go to Truecar.com, get a best quote and Honda Brockton will match it for ya. no hassle, no sweat and out of the door in a couple of hours.

Very disappointed with my experience here.1. I bought a car two weeks ago and have still not received my registration. I understand covid delays the process but I think I could have done it faster on my own. Not to mention, they have not reached out to me explaining why there is a delay, it has been me calling them. Terrible customer service.2. The day I went to look at the car, there was no type of manners. We walked in and basically had to read about the car and look at it on our own since the product specialist just sat back and watched us look at it. We went outside for a few minutes to look at more but it was not your typical service where they ask what you are looking for and try to pick the perfect match for you or show you cars you might like.3. Do not get me started on finance and signing papers.4. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and since no one was really helping us out I went across the street to Copeland Toyota and they were an excellent example of what it means to please your customers. I wish I would have liked the Toyota Camry instead of Honda because they really made me want to buy a car from them. They let me test drive all the cars I was interested in, tried to find the perfect car for me based on what I liked and didnt like, and went over rough estimates of monthly payments.5. My car was supposed to come with a complimentary full tank of gas, but I do not think they even bothered to fill it since it came with roughly 2-3 gallons short of full.6. When you call them, the staff will magically always be on their day off or helping other customers. Be prepared to call multiple times.7.Update: two weeks post buying the car there’s already a warning about the emission system having a problem. I can’t imagine the quality of this car years from now if it’s already failing me.If you are looking for a pleasant experience for buying a car, I advise you do business elsewhere.

I just wants to let you all you guys know... don’t ever purchase a car from that dear I purchased a 2018 whit Camry in December 2020....the car wheel steering what so hard on the beginning I called the next day they told me it’s normal I don’t even drive 2k that car but now I can’t turn the wheel steering at all I called the dealer they said you have to pay for that... I thought that is a big dealer but they are not tust able at all plz don’t trust them check your car 10 time before you buying.

After going to many dealerships and getting told the same run around that they can get you what you want, i felt defeated and was super cranky to try another dealership but i stopped at honda and after speaking to Joe and letting him know my issues and concerns, he calmed me down and explained how ocean honda is different because their bank is much larger and have more banks to work with. I didnt even think i was going to get approved, but joe made it happened got me into a 2021 honda hrv, i was so excited. They made the progress so smooth and easy for me. Sam the finance guy was so cool and helpful. He answered the 100 questions and explained everything to me. Its always awesome to have a team there that genuinely wants to help you out and make you happy. I highly recommend going there for your car shopping. !

I was recently there , ended up leasing an SUV. Staff was ok friendly, finance gentleman was very nice . During the 4 hours it took to get this vehicle 85% of the time one of the sales people (female) had her mask either under her nose or under her chin when not with a client . All others kept theirs on . I never said anything but now wish I had . When the car was ready no one walked me out nor showed me anything about the car which was totally disappointing as I had never been there before or knew anything about Honda’s . No paperwork in hand except new registration. Almost felt like I wasn’t good enough to be there . Doubt I’d go back to buy or lease .

I cant say enough about Joe my salesman and Ben my service guy, also i wish i knew his name in the parts dept but he knows who he is , also my mechanic Ben always schedules the same gentleman to do all the services on my accord . its almost where i i want ot to be , and one of these days Ill get to meet the elusive Alecia from the back room. 5 stars isnt enough to describe my experience with this dealership. Ive been having car troubles and decided it was time to buy a new car. My dad and I stopped by Ocean Honda on Wednesday and worked with Dave to find the best fit car for me. My dad decided to try another dealership the next day because they gave us a lower quote on the same car. We decided to give it a shot but had, hands down, the worst car buying experience. The staff was rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. This place used to be better managed by Bernardi Honda Than the current owner.( Ocean Honda)The fact that they do not honored there email coupons, and lied to you just they can make a buck or two is very sad.Went there not too long ago for break services and Oil changed.Their email coupon stated break services for $175. I ended up paying over $700 for just a simple oil change and a break service.Time to move on elsewhere.

Had an issue with the salesman when I bought the car. The things that was supposed to be done prior to picking up was not done. Had to bring the car back twice with the run around. Then things seemed ok. Working with someone else. Dropped the car off for a scheduled 830 am service put the keys off in the drop box in the envelope. Returned to pick it up after a long day at work. Only to find that they never even touched my car. NO ONE even looked in the Dropbox! Then they said I must have put the keys in the box after someone already checked. I have a 640 am start for work. The car and keys were in the box hours before they even opened ! Service sucks!

I took my father to this dealership to purchase a vehicle, it was all a big disappointment. He purchased an SUV and a week later he had to drive it back to the dealership because the vehicle turned on the check engine light, they claimed that it needed a new thermostat and had the vehicle for over a week, he got the vehicle back and the day after the vehicle wouldn’t turn on because the battery kept dying. IT’S A NEW VEHICLE, it shouldn’t be giving these issues especially after being recently purchased. During the time the car was “being worked on” they were also supposed to fix the brakes because they had issues as well, yet, they never touched the brakes and the day he picked it up, someone in the front admitted that he “had no knowledge this needed to be done”. My father took the car because he was tired of dealing with it and lives a hour away. Now that the car is having battery issues, my father has reached out to the sales person (Leo Batista) that seemed very friendly prior to the purchase which I was present at and he now claims that this is not his problem, to contact the dealership. My father took the car to a different shop today in order to get a second opinion on what was going on, only to find that the battery is old and needs to be replaced and when they changed the thermostat at the Ocean Honda dealership, they left a mess of antifreeze scattered all over the engine and surrounding areas. This is highly disappointing and it infuriates me that my father has waited for years to finance a new vehicle, waiting for the night time and vehicle, to now have to be dealing with all these issues less than a month after purchase!

He was not pushy at all. Very calm and mellow mannered. Listened to what we needed and wanted. He worked with us. Then we met with Lou in finance. He was extremely kind and worked with our finances as well. After seven years of driving the same car, I decided to get myself a newer one. I decided on a 2019 Honda Civic Sport and I couldnt be happier. The salesman Nick was very professional and had everything go very smoothly. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Just went to look at cars for my son and we found a great used car for a great deal. Leo was awesome plus the rest of the employees give you the car buying experience that people look for. I went in to Honda this week to get my cabinet air filters and engine air filters replaced. Justin, my service advisor was super helpful and really nice. He said he was going to get me out of there in 20 minutes and that is exactly what he did. You ever need services from Honda, do yourself and favor and go see Justin.

Honda service in Brockton really aint the best to the point that my brothers life has been endangered. Due to their incompetence my brothers car has stop in the middle of the road right after an oil change. First oil messed up the car so bad that the whole engine had to be swapped. Now afterwards another oil change we have fuel leaking from the fuel injectors. So if I were you or any parents looking to buy from brockton Honda and or get any service from them I’d avoid them. And lets not talk about the phone tag games that they love to play. When you call there’s never a call back they’ll avoid you at all cost. So I’ll be involving my lawyer and calling corporate.

I had a great experience at the Honda Ocean of Brockton. Joe was my salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there from getting a proper greeting, the finance managers helping with paperwork went smooth, and finding the right car was a great experience. I didnt feel pressured to do anything I didnt want to do and the team members worked with me with no rush.

This is the worst dealer you can find. I really have had the worst experience being my first time at a dealer. They explained absolutely nothing to me. They practically force you to buy it. They dont even give you time to ask questions. It took almost two months to deliver my car. They said they were going to give me compensation for the wait they never did & besides that one of the managers said that he was going to pay me for my first month and neither did he now I have the bank calling me for not having paid. Talk to my salesperson dave said they were going to send me a check a week ago and I havent received it. besides that they never answer your calls. dont waste your time.
