Overall, my experience with Avon Auto Brokers was solid with some room for improvement.Robert was my salesperson. After my test drive and good initial meeting, I had a few follow up questions regarding pricing and warranty which I sent through email. No response. A few days later I sent in a formal offer, which also got no response. I called into the office to ask if my offer had been received and he said he never saw it. I then gave my offer again over the phone and at this point I learned this was a no negotiations dealership. It would have been nice to have had that communicated up front after my first test drive. I was quickly told my offer was declined, there would be no negotiation, and the phone call ended with me feeling disrespected and not taken seriously as a buyer.Despite this, I loved the car and decided to increase my offer anyway.My next interactions were with Tom, the manager of the office. My experience with Tom was much better. He was able to answer questions about financing, maintenance / cleaning, warranty etc. We were able to work out an issue with insurance and registration quickly. He followed up on my questions, and called me with updates on when the car would be ready.As a first time car buyer, I feel as though I got a good deal and have no regrets about my vehicle purchase.

I purchased my vehicle from Avon almost a year ago. I have waited to do a review to see if everything they promised was accurate. Mike was my sales person and he was friendly and helpful. Tom promised to help me through the refinance process and wouldnt even get on the phone when I called to do so, he just had a secretary give me a website to visit. I did not get my car for a week after I bought it because they were thoroughly inspecting it. The car was given to me dirty, smelling like cat or dog. When I finally needed to put the seats in the back down I realized someone had spilled something that now looked like throw up in between the seats and it was stuck in the carpeting under the seat. None of my seats were cleaned and all had stains. Overall I would not buy a car from here as they just seem interested in the sale and could care less what happens after.

So overall while Avon auto brokers trying to sell car and me trying to buy car great experience, now a couple months after car is bought and deal is sealed ... experienced issues with the car and now no one responds all of a sudden. I used to get calls everyday before you guys had my money now you guys have made the sale you don’t care about the customer anymore. Even if I can’t be helped someone explaining that to me isn’t hard and would be highly appreciated but being completely blown off and ignored is very rude. Mike would have daily convos with me through text even if it was about nothing now the cars having issues he doesn’t respond.

I was in a bind. My car broke down a week before a cross country trip and I needed a vehicle to tow a popup camper. I settled on a 4runner. There are not many of these used as people hold on to them. Avon had one. I lived 1.5 hours away and dint want to be all day at the dealership. There prices were competitive so I wasnt worried about haggling. I called ahead of time to make sure they understood I wasnt messing around and did not want to waste my time driving there. From the time I drove on the lot did a quick test drive, paid, and drove away it was a total time of about a half hour. I purchased the vehicle five months ago and have not had a problem with it. This is including a 3,500 mile trip pulling a camper. I am impressed. As I am not in the area to receive any incentives you can trust this is a genuine review. If I had to buy a car again I would have no issues going to these guys.

Nice sales people there if I did just purchase a vehicle the day before I went there I would have bought one from them.

Last month I went initially to the Avon Auto Location main location to look a 2009 Dodge Challenger and a 2014 Chevy Camaro. After being told that both vehicles were at their Brockton Belmont St. location I proceeded over there to look at the vehicles. Had to wait a few minutes to speak to Robert since he was dealing with other customers. When he got to me the first thing he asked about a certain blemish on my credit out IN THE OPEN,WITHIN EARSHOT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS who were looking around at vehicles. Granted ,my credit wasnt the best but this dealer was supposedly specializing in dealing with such issues to begin with,from the way they advertise on their website and in Auto Solutions magazines. He then tells me my trade is worth only a certain value,and even then he didnt get it right because he omitted certain items my vehicle had,his reason being that it didnt make difference(unbeknownst to him I had previously printed out my trade-ins value on KBB,NADA and Black Book before driving down there). Then he told me I needed at least a certain amount of money down. It wouldve been nice to know about all this info firsthand OVER THE PHONE before I drove 65-70+ miles from home burning up gas.I did the credit app online so there no excuse as to why they couldnt tell me this beforehand I didnt even get the opportunity to test drive either vehicle(which Robert didnt even offer).In my years of being involved in the automotive business never have I been treated as unprofessionally as at this dealer. The customer service experience is not just lacking,but virtually NON EXISTENT here! I definitely WOULD NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Avon Auto Brokers period. Try to find a dealer that actually treats customers with dignity and respect when looking at a used vehicle.

I called a night ahead to make an appointment to see a vehicle in my price range. Aftre i drove 45 minutes to see the vehicle i get there and they told me the car had been sold the night i made the appointment. They then tried to sell me a car way out of my price range. From what i have heard this place in notorious for doing that to get people in there but after driving 45 minutes for nothing i was less then pleased.
