My experience here has been terrible. I was denied based on lack of income even though I make over 75k a year (my credit is trash) and the sales rep Duke did a terrible job explaining things. I provided all required documents and had to constantly follow up on my own. My sales rep Duke never called me. I always had to call. I repeatedly got the run around. Constantly told to call back later by Duke. He was very pleasant at first but when I started asking questions for clarification on the decisions, time-frame, etc he became short and rude. He constantly passed the buck to other co workers. My experience here was terrible.

I was able to get the car within 24 hours of walking. They dont just focus on your credit. They work with you to create a budget that fits your particular needs. Sales is very friendly and works hard to find you the best deal. Only issue I would say for my experience is that when I needed to leave and I asked to do the paperwork the following day, it felt like they forced me to stay. Other than that, my experience was good and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal, quality cars and quality service.
