I have had three interactions with this dealership and all have been unacceptable. I made an appointment to come on and see a truck. First, they could not find it, and secondly kept me waiting two hours. Then I came in to pay for the truck and pick it up. Three hours of mostly sitting around with lots of excuses. The truck was supposed to be cleaned and prepped ahead of time but it was not. Two more hours. Finally, I brought the truck into service for a wheel balance problem. I made the first appointment if the day and was promised that they would do it while I waited. They did not even bring the truck in to be looked at for two hours...and that was after I complained repeatedly! Avoid this dealership at all cost. They do not respect you or your time. They just want the sale.

Especially since I contacted my insurance multiple times and they didn’t get back to me and she jumped in and was determined. This was beyond her scope of practice. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and truly empathizes with them. Purchased a Durango in the beginning of the month and wasnt able to take it home until this past week. They didnt make sure everything was ready for me to take the car- inspection was not done and it was still being detailed when I picked up it (after they called and said it was ready for me to get it). I ended up having to get the car inspected myself and when I brought it to get inspected it FAILED. They didnt even check the car before listing it for sale. And getting them to reimburse me for this has been an experience to say the least.

Great dealership, friendly staff. They were willing to negotiate and we agreed on a fair price. Lexi was my saleswoman, she was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process of getting the Jeep registered in RI where I live. In addition the body shop did an excellent job repairing some minor damage to the tailgate from the previous owner, they even went the extra mile and touched up some paint on the rear bumper that was worn off. I was referred to the dealership by my trusted mechanic because he thought they would be best suited to address my transmission issues in my 2012 Jeep Compass.  Long story short, my transmission was shot.  John was incredibly thorough and communicative during the intake process and helped make sense of the many moving parts that occurred after I had dropped off the vehicle.  Ultimately, the repair was going to be very expensive and, in my opinion, not worth it.  Manny was incredibly helpful and communicative with me in trying to gain assistance directly from the manufacturer to ease the financial burden of the job.  After following his advice and doing some leg work on his own, I was able to get the job done for about 30% of the original quote.  I had the work done, but unfortunately, there was still an observable issue with the car when I shifted.  John, once again, was very helpful with intake.  He secured me a courtesy vehicle to use for the four days it was in the shop again--there was no charge for the vehicle.  They acknowledged and addressed the issue until it was resolved.When it comes to professionalism, communication, going above and beyond, and  seeing that the job gets done right, John and Manny were outstanding.

Due to COVID and an inventory shortage, it was difficult to find a new wrangler that I was in love with, but Sebastien was incredibly patient with me and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my new car. I was able to custom order the exact vehicle that I wanted.There was a glitch when my wrangler was ordered and the wrong rims were put on, but Sebastien and management made sure to rectify the situation however they could, and I will be getting the rims I wanted within the week. The most miserable car buying experience Ive ever had in my life. Unresponsive, unfriendly, and beyond indifferent to our experience. The most pathetic sales effort Ive ever encountered. My 4 year old has better communication skills than the employees!My wife has wanted a Wrangler forever, and now was the time. They had advertised the one she wanted (one-touch auto roof) so we make the half hour trip after confirming it was there. We get there and the Wrangler didnt have the automatic roof. Oh, it must have been a mistake. Sorry. There are no others in stock.So we decide to order one. How long before we see it?2-4 weeks, maybe 4-6 weeksWe fill out the paperwork and get approved at a rate and agreed upon monthly payment and leave a down payment.2 weeks go by. 4 weeks go by. 6 weeks go by. No car. AND NOT ONE SINGLE CALL TO UPDATE US!8 weeks go by. WE HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET A PATHETIC It should be in any day now response.My wife decides to call Jeep directly. A friendly, helpful person tells us it has been scheduled for production but may be a couple more months. After telling that person her story, they put her on a hot list and get production moved up. WE DID THAT, NOT THE DEALER!! PATHETIC!13 weeks from ordering the car comes in.Your Jeep is here. Come down and get the paperwork done today!We arrive and are told that unfortunately the bank didnt approve the re-submitted application. It had been more than 60 days so the initial approval had expired. Couldnt tell us that over the phone?!?!?!?Sorry, but we cant get your paperwork done today. Its Sunday and the bank is closed. - 30 minutes each way FOR NOTHING! WASTED TRIP THAT WAS EASILY AVOIDABLEWe wait until Tuesday. Loan is approved. I call the dealership to confirm the rate. 10 CALLS!! NOT ONE CALL BACK!! How do you run a business without returning your customers calls????? Pathetic. Abysmal. Pick your adjective.We make the trip anyway. We get there and wait AN HOUR with NO ONE ELSE IN THE SHOWROOM! Were finally told the rate WENT UP $30 a month with the new approval! HUH?!?! We dont control it, the bank does. I know for a fact that you can lobby for your customers with the banks. Ive been in the business. Yet another pathetic effort by the dealer to stand by their customer.Its my wifes dream to have this car so we agree. BUT....we have to come back yet again because they have to get the car registered. They cant even deliver because they need a runner and he has to go get another car. SO...one more trip....Heres your keys. Do you want me to pair your phone?ARE YOU SERIOUS???? No Congratulations! Enjoy! So happy for you!??? No Let me walk you through the features. Nothing.Needless to say, well NEVER be back and will NEVER recommend this dealer. I will also be actively campaigning to family and friends to shop elsewhere. Take the extra 20 minute drive to go to the next closest dealer. At least there, youll be treated like a valuable customer and not just dollar signs. *END RANT*

Horrible service. I cant speak for all the salesmen but the one I encountered today was awful. I have a lease with them, I wanted to buy it out as I honestly like the truck. Unfortunately the truck is rusting under the paint on the hood, the paint is bubbling. I had asked the salesman if this is covered under the lease warranty, I would like it fixed before I buy it out. The salesman didnt want to help, he couldnt take the time to look my lease up in their computer. I would think they train their salesmen on what their leases involve maybe they dont. Maybe Im wrong but I would think they if this guy wanted the sale he would have wanted to help, so he didnt get the sale so now another dealership will.

I went to CJDR 24 . after sitting there forever, About TWO hours later Maria calls and tells me “the banks will not approve you because they don’t think you can afford the payment”…… which mind you is over $70 less then my current payment. I asked her if she saw any late payments to which she denied. I then asked if she could see what I was paying currently and she said “Yes , I told them all that and they all said no”. SIX BANKS SAID NO? ON TOP OF THAT, SIX BANKS I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO RUN! I was FURIOUS! I told Maria I was extremely upset that’s he disregarded my authorization to run my credit for ONE BANK! THE ONE BANK THAT I FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION FOR! I NEVER GAVE THIS WOMEN PERMISSION TO RUN MY CREDIT WITH ANY OTHER BANK BESIDES ALLY FINANCIAL. Hours after this phone call (7pm) I started receiving emails that my credit WAS STILL BEING RUN BY MORE BANKS!! I NEVER EVER GAVE THESE PEOPLE AUTHORIZATION FOR ANY OTHER BANKS OTHER THEN ALLY! ALLY BANK WAS THE CREDIT APP I FILLED OUT ONLY! THAT WAS THE ONLY BANK I AUTHORIZED and NOW IM STIL GETTING INQUIRIES?! EVEN THE NEXT DAY (7/14) I was STILL getting notifications of INQUIRIES BEING MADE ON MY CREDIT! I SWEAR this dealership gets paid off of running credit. I WILL be disputing ALL credit inquiries that were placed on my credit from this horrible dealer. I am still beside myself that I am the second person (in my family) that they have done this too. I want EVERY SIGNLE inquiry removed off my credit and will stop at NOTHING to get it done. Either way, I HAVE REPORTED THIS FRAUD TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS and the ATTORNEY GENERAL and also CHRYSLER/DODGE COPORATE! *****DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT TO LEAVE WITH NOTHING!!!!!!*

My sales person was the best Jennifer Tracey, was by far the best sales person. I have had. She helped me set up all instruments in auto and also made me feel valued and appreciated as a returning customer.

I give jeep 0 stars, bought a 2017 jeep Cherokee Latitude North, 4 years later its dead! 6 transmissions later none fit! I give up! Moved on to a Chevy! I will never recommend a jeep to anyone! Very disappointed in this company! Money hungry business! Not worth going broke over!
