Honest place. My car needed repair so we went here for diagnoses. Car was repairable but most likely would need further repairs in the near future. The cost of repairs would far exceed the value of the car and the longevity the repairs would get me. So I took that money and bought a new car. Thanks for just not taking my money Skytop!!

Always shopping around for the next solid used vehicle. Im guaranteed a fair price at least $1,000.00 under book value all the time. Also, if I want something specific they will find it for me. Example: we needed a large enough vehicle for our 4 greyhounds to fit comfortably with all back seats down. They recommend a 2014 GMC Acadia and within one month we were in it at an excellent price well below the book value.

Called after running into some trouble changing my rear brake pads and rotors. Brought the car down the following morning, thinking it was an easy fix with a stripped screw. The team looked it over and found a bigger problem, self induced I will admit, with the electric parking brake. They were great from beginning to end. They were able to get my car in the same day I called. Jeremy called me every step of the way to keep me updated, which a lot of shops wont do. They found a couple of other issues with my car and let me know which things could wait to be repaired and which things needed to be done ASAP. The prices were fair, the people were great.

Listen, I understand buying a used car comes with complications and you essentially get what you pay for. But guys come on. Im ready to scrap this Elentra I bought. Within the first 5 months of me owning it, I had to replace the bulbs for all blinkers, windshield washer fluid holder, brake pads and rotors. I mean this is ridiculous. I know you guys mean well but you should really look over these used ones more. Ive almost put in almost as much money for repairs as I did paying for the car.

Very fast

I bought a Subaru Impreza from Rodney in November. The reason I was looking for a car was that I was tired of my old car breaking all the time and spending money on repairs. Rodney and his staff were amazing and helped very much. The only problem is now every week something else is breaking on the car. I was given a 30 day warranty. Not even 50 miles after I left the lot, the engine light came on for a pricey catalytic converter code, which was dismissed by their shop as nothing important, but now I will not pass Massachusetts inspection. They did however replace another failed part, a clutch line, under the warranty which was great. I got an oil change last month and was told I’m leaking oil and need a new head gasket. So I’m adding quarts of oil every week or the car runs terribly. To add to the list, I was informed brakes were done but the rear ones have already failed. Noises coming from engine on deceleration. I can not afford to fix all the problems I just so happened to inherit by purchasing this car. I understand I took a risk by purchasing used but this car belongs in a junk yard and will be getting rid of it as soon as it is humanly possible

Car broke down on a Sunday, miles from home. Contacted Skytop for a tow and Jeremy not only came right out (again, on a Sunday), he offered several options that would be the most cost-effective. First impression was so great that we trusted the repairs to Skytop. MOST important, Jeremy made sure my wife and I got home safely that day making a tense experience bearable. Repairs were done on time, super reasonable cost, and the staff was Top Shelf. Dont care how far away from home they are, Skytop has a new customer.

Finally!!!!!!!!! HONEST PEOPLE- I went in today for a simple emissions test. I asked a quick question about some work I had done at crowley and Tim was amazing went out and checked the car but then took it even further and put my car up on the lift. Repaired some poor work done (probably better off saying not done) by crowley. This place has immediately become the only place I will go for car services. Everyone was really friendly.

Rodney did a great job getting me financed at 3.54% the same day I came in and the next day I couldnt get a ride but needed the vehicle asap so he was nice enough to come all the way West Hartford to pick me up. The vehicle was ready to go with all the plates and protectors on it and it was freshly detailed with gas in the tank. I was in and out on 15 minutes and was very impressed with how professional they all were. I will definitely recommend Skytop motors.

Drove almost an hour to look at a Nissan Altima. Car wouldn’t start then died on me during the test drive. Salesman was ‘too busy’ to even come on the drive with me. I called both the day before and the morning of my appointment to confirm the vehicle was available and running. What a waste of time.

Sorry a day late just want to shout out the best mechanic manager and person around. TimCote at Skytop motors. I was having trouble with my altinator after they had put in for me. I got an original one from junk yard. And after 1 day it went bad. Well Tim Cote told me to come down on his day off(sat) and within 5 min they found the issue as to why the altinators where going bad. They fixed the problem free of charge with no hesitation. Went and bought a new altinator and they also put it in free of charge. So I just want to say they make sure you are safe and up and running with your vehicles. Thank you guys so so much. Just wanna say of anyone needs a professional auto shop go to SKYTOP MOTORS, LLC. on board st, Bristol.....i bought my truck from them in great shape and had work done on another car on mine there and by far they are the best people i ever had to deal with......i needed a starter done on Christmas eve and they went above and behond to help me out...no other place would of done what they did for me on a holiday and kept the price very reasonable.....i will only go there from now on hands down...fast, reliable, reasonable,friendly, from now on i will only go there if i cant do it myself.
