They were fast, helpful and painless. I have very bad anxiety with places like this where you just pull up but the guy the checked me in was great. Cant say the same about the parents that just sat and watched as their 4 kids ran wild, climbing on & running across the chairs barefooted, ripping paper up and taking off out the front door. Even though something shouldve been said about it, its not a bad reflection on the business or employees.

Stopped in Grease Monkey yesterday for an oil change. The cost for a 6qt. Syn. oil change is getting expensive at Grease Monkey $93.06 total. Going to have to shop around.Also the invoice shows that they washed exterior windows and vacuumed the interior, which they did not. Makes me wonder what else they marked as completed or ok that they didnt do.

Ive always gone to Johnsons Auto dealership to get oil changes but from now on Im going here. They cleaned the exterior windows, vacuumed front floors. Johnsons doesnt do that. It was done very quickly. Ive had to wait up to 2 1/2 hours at Johnsons!

I usually come in on Saturday. The service is prompt and courteous. They keep me updated on the services needed for excellent vehicle maintenance

I have been going to this location since July 2012 and EVERY visit has been a superb experience in Quality Service and Great Customer Service! I have sent many friends there and without mentioning me (they wouldnt know me unless you mentioned my children and little white ADA Service Animal) they told me the Service and Customer Service were both great! That is Awesome!

I wanted only the oil change because I recently had my 90 k service done we decided on the $48 dollar one he said it was a synthetic blend. When I came back for my vechicle. Found they upsold me to $99 deal , I dont like being barber shopped like that .

I scheduled an appointment for 9 am. When I arrived there were 5 cars waiting.. which wasn’t a problem since I had an appointment. The appointment states “your priority status will be held for 10 min after 9 am.” Meaning I have priority status. The man who took my information stated “we don’t do scheduled appointments here.” So I asked him if they were store 560 and he stated “yes.” I’m just confused as to why I am able to schedule an appointment online.. when they dont “accept appointments.” I had to have been out by 9:30 as the appointment stated I would be… and the man told me “we have all these other cars in front of you…. So probably not.” Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment since it clearly doesn’t matter.

I sat around waiting for an hour for a simple oil change. Next thing I know I walk outside and my car isnt out there, but sitting on the opposite side finished and no one bothered to tell me. Then they refused my online coupon listen on their website

Went in for a oil change. They cleaned the fuel system. The check engine light came on when I left. I had to go back. Then my tires didnt have enough air in them, I had to go back again.

She got me in and out in a short time. Very nice.

These guys doubled sealed my oil filter and i was leaking oil slowly but surely I missed my next scheduled oil change due to lack of funds 3 months a lil over 5000 miles later i did a vehicle inspection thus discovering my oil was blown dry do to them not inspecting the oil filter before putting it on the car and i almost burnt up my engine took it back for them to fix their mistake and they still charged me very disappointing service

Had a very low tire so I brought it to them and not only did they fill the tire, they checked and filled all my tires for no charge. Very impressed.

I went into Grease Monkey for an oil change. I didnt get a good feeling about the service. First of all, very expensive and the guy couldnt tell me the differences in the grades of oil. Second the place was not very clean or organized makes me wonder if I really got an oil change. I did get called to the back and was shown my engine. There was water and antifreeze dripping off my engine. I asked about it and was told it was to wash of the extra oil that dripped off during the process. I have never had that problem at other places. I also makes me wonder if the oil change really happened. I also was told that they wash your windows. That never happened. Felt like I paid a lot for non peace of mind.

For the third time now they did not properly replace the plug in the oil pan causing it to drip on my new driveway overnight. I have to take time out of my day to go back and have them redo it. Now I have to go back again and scrub an oil stain off of my driveway. This may be the last time I use this location.

Dont think I ever had a bad experience here been coming here for about a year for oil change and brakes checked, these guys are the best and would require a friend or few to come here. I dont see how anyone can complain about this place. I guess thy aint got the patients lol. I give you a score of perfection. Great attitude great work. Keep up the work guys. They change oil. Did a decent job, reset my oil light, cleaned my windows. Courteous and quick, they were actually done before the time originally quoted. Two thumbs up.

Wanted an oil change for my Audi A4 2017. told me after 10 minutes that they dont have a filter in stock and need to order one. Will take 10 minutes. 1 hour 15 minutes later, sorry cannot do service, because cannot get filter. Recommend to grease monkey to check parts availability when checking car in ...

This team is really professional and gets all services done quickly. I have never waited more than 30 min to get service done. The staff makes sure you see the work theyve done and offers advice for additional maintenance checks. I would recommend these guys!

I give it three stars because every time I go here its a long wait and they are extremely busy.Update: here again on a Tuesday morning, still waiting and waiting. Ive never had this problem at any other Grease Monkey location

They changed my oil on Friday, went back on Monday with a $6 coupon asked if they could just put it back on my credit card, they said no way had to be done at the time of check out. We all know that you can go into a credit card machine and easily do this, not the best customer experience.

They are very friendly and I love how all grease monkeys vacuum your car and clean the windows included in your service.

Terrible customer Service from the Manager on Duty and rushed service. Irate and irritable employees, and absolutely none of the Grease Monkey touches that I know are at least standard. I love Grease Monkeys and I will definitely never be back to the Brighton location.

Im so frustrated right now. Take it in for an oil change and of course the old we found this wrong song and dance. Walked out spending over 300 which wouldnt be bad if they didnt forget to connect my air hose which caused me to take it into my mechanic and pay for a diagnostics! No radiator fluid after flushing my radiator and now my ABS lights are on, which sincemy wife took her Yukon there for an oil change her ABS light has been on also. All bad. First and last time coming here. Beware!!!

I stopped by to have my oil checked and topped off. I was informed I would have to wait behind 2 oil changes to simply get this done. After 4 1/2 years of coming to this place with 2 vehicles, I wont be back. And by the way, I went to Wal-Mart and bought a quart and put it in myself.

Great place for your oil change

I went in to Grease Monkey on 6/22/16 distraught thinking something major was wrong with my 2012 minivan. Andrew came to my rescue! He helped me right away and put my car on the diagnostic machine. He assured me that the test would be free and if they could fix it they would and if not I would not be charged a dime. It turned out my AC needed recharged. He fixed it up and he was so nice. I wanted to hug him. Great customer service and my whole family will never go anywhere else. Thank you again to the whole crew!

Have to say that the service at both Brighton locations has gone so far down hill since they started the repair bay. Wait times have gone so far up, that Im driving to the competition from now on, maybe even the dealer.I have 3 grease fittings on my truck. I hate being told that the truck comes from the factory sealed, and there are no grease fittings. Repairs do happen you know? I need my transfer case serviced, and it takes a specific GM only fluid, called AutoTrak. Well the parts guy at the dealer says we can use just regular transmission fluid. Now I know why my transfer case is messed up. My other car takes a specific rear differential fluid, called VersaTrak. Again with the well the parts guy at the dealer..... And I know why my rear diff is now blown. Theres a reason hes a parts guy and not a mechanic.My truck takes 2 different viscosities of oil depending on weather. 10-30 in the summer, 5-30 in winter. I love getting the 3rd degree from some random oil change guy, who is basically taking out his rear end about how Im using the wrong viscosity, because its not written on the oil cap.

Learn from my mistake and avoid this one.Even though Grease Monkeys in general have a pretty sketchy reputation, Ive been to, and been perfectly satisfied with, a few locations across the front range. This location, however, defines sketchy. In my case, they used the wrong oil (after explicitly ordering otherwise), stripped a lug nut (because they failed to use the lug key which I left for them on the drivers seat which means they literally sat on it but didnt bother to use it) and managed to blow out a power steering line and then promptly deny any responsibility. All in one visit no less.On the bright side, while waiting for 2-hrs I was treated with a constant performance of their expert technicians trying to hard-sell unsuspecting elderly people into everything on the menu, before their hoods were even raised.In the end, what should have been very minor maintenance turned into a significantly more expensive trip to the dealer to un-Monkey my ride, which in retrospect is where I should have probably gone in the first place.

Got grease all over my seat, on my 2018 truck tried to clean it with some kind of cleaner made worse. If you need an oil change I would not recommend this place because of non professional attitude

The only reason I give this place three stars instead of five is because it took an hour to change oil/filter and rotate tires on a 2010 F150.The personnel were friendly and everything, it just took a long time for a basic service.

Tried to oversell me anytime I tried to go in by myself. Manager refused to provide a basic oil change that I received anytime I would come in with my father. They will overcharge and up sell any chance they get. Don’t come here if you have any other choice..

Beware! They only put my drain plug on hand-tight and my car left a puddle of oil on my garage floor. I tightened the plug and called to complain that they could have ruined my engine, and the manager refused to give me any sort of refund to reimburse me for my time cleaning the mess up. Do not get your oil changed here!!
