Came in for an estimate and the estimate guy, matt, came off as rude and unprofessional. He refused to give an estimate. Told me to buy a new car because the repair would cost more than the car. After I explained that the car held sentimental value and that i didnt care what it would cost, he said Do you even understand the value of cars. He even said he would refuse to work on the car because the car was too old (2007), which is fine, I was only here for an estimate, but he wouldnt even do that, even though that is his job to my understanding.

Worked with Matt and Todd at Brighton Auto Body to repair my passenger side door and mirror. Very good experience overall. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. Got everything done in a timely manner and the car looked spotless inside and out upon return. Definitely recommend.

Girlfriends Suburban went in for a diagnostic. Replaced water pump. She received the truck cleaned inside and out! Friendly staff, explained things were she understood, reasonable prices. Will definitely return.

This is a great family owned business. I have been coming here since 2004. They have serviced all of my vehicles and have inspected cars I was looking to buy. Todd Is an excellent mechanic and has been able to diagnose car issues that other shops, even the dealer, couldn’t figure out. I’ve had everything from body work to mechanical work and the quality of craft is excellent. Matt and Diane provide great customer service and are always happy to see me. Their prices are competitive and they go the extra mile to make sure you are getting a fair deal. Even after I moved further away, it is well worth the longer journey to have the peace of mind of trust in my auto shop. I’ll never go anywhere else.

This business is top notch. Darrell and Diane Taylor have taken care of my familys car issues with great professionalism. Matt Taylor is always responsive to my questions and Todd Taylor is excellent at identifying and fixing issues. There arent many places anymore where you feel welcome and not just a number.

Very polite staff and most importantly honest. Thought I needed a new alternator, but when they looked at it, they said it was a much simpler fix and had it fixed and ready in no time. I was recommended to them by someone in town and would gladly recommend them to anyone else.

Im usually happy but, last time, not so much. I went for an alignment, and the tech didnt say a word about them only moving one spot .01 degrees... And the car still pulls the the left. $60 bucks, and the lady who came in after me was freaking out and got all the attention, and faster service. Guess it pays to be a pain in the butt customer.

Most people nice one guy was rude and short. Not helpful. Made me feel like a kid in trouble at school. Not cool.

My Dodge Durango was sitting in an impound lot after having been stolen. My vehicle had a lot of damage all over but Darrell assured me everything would be fine. Matt got the details from me and told me they would take care of everything from that point on, and that’s just what they did. The team at Brighton Auto Body went and towed my truck in for me and I never had to even go to the impound lot. When I picked up my Dodge Durango the body and paint looked great but I was more surprised at how they had cleaned up the interior as well. One visit to the shop is all that was needed to get everything done and my Durango never looked so good!

All around great business! These guys will service all your automotive needs. Brighton really lacks quality auto services, ie. the dealerships are horrible. And these guys really fill the gap. Family owned and operated, and always fair.

It took forever to get my steering column fixed. And they wanted payment up front. I have never had a body shop demand that inorder to start working on my car.

The problem with this place is that they have no problem constantly raising the price by $50 increments. My mechanic contacted this place looking for a transmission and was given a price of $450. However, when we called them back to purchase it, they had raised the price to $550, then hung up on us when we were concerned. Then when I called back to pay a few minutes later, they informed me that the price was now $600. Their explanation for this effectively boiled down to do you want it or not?Yeah, not impressed.

No matter how many stars used in a rating system, Brighton Auto Body would always receive the highest number. This business is outstanding, from quality work at reasonable prices, fast friendly service, and to standing behind their work after the sale, it just doesnt get any better!

The ONLY garage I trust. I live in Westminster, and I drive all the way up to Brighton for any kind of auto repair. Good price, great work, and they explain what work they did. Exellent.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. My wife went in for an estimate, and the employee there was very rude and condescending to her. She left on the verge of tears. We will never spend a penny of our money at this horrible place.

Highly recommend!! I noticed that my car was leaking oil during my lunch break at work, and immediately headed over to a local oil change shop. The guys there told me that they were not sure what the cause was, that the engine would need to be stripped by a mechanic, and that it would be quite the process. Of course this caused me to panic. Luckily, a coworker referred me to Brighton Auto Body. I spoke with Todd over the phone, and he told me to bring my car right in. I dropped it off around 2:30pm, he called me back around 3:00p, with a diagnosis, and had it fixed by 4:15pm that same day! Considering I had to commute to Denver, I was EXTREMELY relived by not only the promptness and professionalism, but the fact that the part and labor cost me less than $80! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back if I have any problems in the future.

Do not waste your time with these crooks. I was involved in an accident and this was one of State Farms preferred repair shops. My first mistake was not getting multiple repair quotes, my second mistake was using one of State Farms preferred shops and my last mistake was trusting that what was listed on estimate to be what was covered. Well it wasnt because Brighton Auto Body manufactured their own story to how the damage was caused and State Farm refused to repair it. Lastly, the quality of work is absolutely horrible. Gaps were not right and bumpers were mounted out of alignment. Take this as a word of caution, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Got a quote after waiting for 30 min. Not the most personable people but nice enough. Kinda pricey if you ask me. Got 2 cheaper quotes in town that included replacing/repairing more components than what they quoted.

I went in to get a quote to have some new door pans welded in. I have had people cut out chevy door bottoms 4/5 times no issues. Then i get to meet MATT the owners son who then proceeded to tell me my truck was junk and not worth working on! This truck is a beautiful 2000 chevy extended cab. Where do you get off treating people like that ? Oh and then he told me it would cost $8,000 to cut out and weld in and paint door pans! Last time i had it done it was 2k and perfect. You sir should not be talking to customers, your mean and condesending. when i walked in and he was dressed like a hobo i should have just turned around and walked away. The funny thing is i am a local business owner and was referred to them by some other locals. I will make sure i tell every one i know about this! And i quote “you bring me a rusty old truck that’s worth nothing, no one will work on it” There are someholes in the door pan but that’s it. Thanks for the worse experience i’ve ever had.

If you take your car here you will not get it back, they will not call insurance for you, they will not return your calls, they will not find their own parts, and if you try to go to their office they will be closed. Please save yourself from my nightmare and choose a different company. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE, BEWARE PLEASE!!!

Dropped off my truck with a Chevy 350 engine in it *(one of the most mass produced engines in the world) for a tune up. they quoted me $400-$500 and a day or two. after 2 weeks! and calling them everyday i find out that its going to be $1600 and another week for a tune up!!!! I say fine since i didnt have garage at the time to do the work myself. now another 2 weeks later so at this point a full month its done. last month my engine threw a piston and so now im pulling it myself only to discover they didnt even do any work!!! at most they did the carb tune and a timing but didnt do a oil change or any other standard work for a tune up or the work requested. dont go here!!!! snake oil sales men will rob you blind

Fixed our car after a reck and it looks like it was never crashed.

Brighton Auto Body will quote you 2 weeks to get your car done and mine was 2.5 MONTHS!! There hours show open until 5pm but on many occasions I went to their office between 8and 5 and no one was there. Save yourself hassle and go with a different auto body company. They dont even call themselves on over due parts, this was my responsibility, absolutely terrible company.
