Saved our bacon tonight! Didn’t realize how low our brakes were and they got trashed in the canyon. The wonderful people who work here saw us at the end of their day and worked out how to quickly get us a safe fix. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a tire blow out on my way to the USU football game. I was only 10 minutes away on the freeway and called ahead to get in schedule to replace all four tires. It took less than one hour from the time I called from the side of the freeway to the time work was complete and I was on my way again. You guys are great!

These guys are great!! We got a flat tire on I 15 at 445 pm on a Saturday. We called places from Brigham city to Malad and no one was open or could help us. We called Brigham City Less Schwab and asked if anyone would be willing to stay and help us. They closed at 5. Not only did they stay but they fixed our tire and got us back on our way fast!! Great service! And they put our spare back!! Thanks Less Schwab of Brigham city!!

I got a flat tire along NB I-15 about 10 miles before Brigham city yesterday. We were heading to Logan for a soccer game. I called Les Schwaab in Brigham City as we were getting back on the freeway with our spare on. This was around 5 pm, I called to see if they were open and if they could fix my flat tire.They said they would start a ticket with me over the phone and that they could get it fixed.I pulled up to their parking lot a few minutes laterand someone was there to meet me in the parking lot, and take my car right in to get fixed! About 10 or 15 minutes later they pulled my car back around and gave me the keys and said it was all ready to go! I asked how much I owed them and they said that there was no charge!I hadn’t bought these tires from them, but next time I need some i will!We were back on our way with a fixed tire and peace of mind that our car was safe to drive again!!Thank you!!

I love this place. I never take any of my cars anywhere else. They always do fast great affordable work. The staff is all very helpful and eager to help and make you feel comfortable and confident in their service. Like I said love this place!!!

The prices are reasonable. They go out of their way to accommodate schedules. They also understand the tires really well.

On our way to Logan just exiting I-15 the transfer case of a truck exploded and the tube shaft and slip yoke hit our tire. It was Saturday and most places were closed, and Hunter at Les Schwab not only helped us find a good new wheel and tire but ended up telling us he thought he could fix our tire! He ended up re-forming the steel wheel and remounted the tire FOR FREE! What we thought was going to cost us around $100 was free and done in just a few minutes. These folks are awesome!

This was my first time going to Les Schwab. Im fairly new to the area but Id heard good things about them. I had a mostly flat tire. They were very nice and got to my vehicle quickly. Turns out there was a screw in my tire. They fixed it for free and just asked that I consider them whenever I may need new tires. I definitely will.

My husband found a bulge in his tire 15 minutes before closing. We live about 20 minutes away, but I called them about it and they willingly waited for him to get there and got him in. He was back home just over an hour after leaving (40 minutes of that time was driving). They were fast and friendly, and the fact that they stayed late is so huge for us. I would definitely get tires here again. Thanks guys!

Took my ride to get the pitman arm replace, was done in under 2 hours. Thats including alignment, and the price was $100 cheaper than the local car mechanics.

I went in to have my bicycle tires changed to tubeless tires. These tires dont go flat ever. Unfortunately they dont come in the size of my bikes tires. However, they kindly referred me to Brigham City Outdoors. I went there and was happy with their service.

Very comfortable space to wait for the work to be done (not that I had to wait long... they were fast). Honestly, it was relaxing to be there. Plus, watching a show and enjoying fresh popcorn was a nice diversion :)

Nice people, great to talk to but the end product is no good. Ive taken my truck in for brakes at multiple locations and everytime Ive had to use the warranty because they wear out too fast. I bought tires from them a couple years ago and now that I need to use the warranty from road damage, the tire has been discontinued so I have to buy a new one. The reason I bought your tires was for the warranty and road hazard guarantee and when I need it I dont get it. Sounds like in an emergency everybody loves them, so maybe my warranty I paid for is for other peoples emergencies.

Black Lion 🦁 down 😭I traveled up to Brigham City to help with a CIT (Crisis Intervention Training) for the Box Elder county Police/Highway Patrol and Dispatchers last night. When I left my “low air” tire light came on, I got out to check and had nails in both rear tires plus a steel peg.It was around 17:30 so we rushed over to Les Schwab Tire Center. They jumped right on it and got us fixed up with no charge so we could get back to SLC. This is why I’ve been doing business with y’all for years. Thanks Les Schwab!

Live in pocatello idaho, I travel to SLC for doctor appt once a month. I took my truck because of weather conditions and on the way home i notice the front tire had some damage loosing air we pulled into les schwab was greeted they did not have my tire size on hand, was willing to get it order asap tho. They then said the would place my spare on for me. Shilo took great care of me and got us back on the road. Thank yoy guys very much great customer service and everyone was very professional will definitely recommend this shot to everyone.

Eight workers sat in the office and told us it would take two hours to fix our flat. Poor customer service and prices were higher than others in the area. We went to Georges a mile north of this place. Georges was great!

Awesome Slogan, We wont let you get your hands dirty in our parking lot we will get it for you. Two mechanics ran to get the tires out of my jeep and before I could get my doors closed they were already inside working on them. Great attitude and knowledge of the business and customer support. I absolutely love bringing my car in to this business. They provide excellent customer service and always make you feel welcomed. In the last year I have purchased new struts, tires and a rack and pinion steering system for my vehicle. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend this business.

They did try to educate me on the best snow tires for my car, which I bought, however they disposed of my all-season tires that I wanted to save when they mounted the new tires. I did eventually get them back.At the time my new snow tires were installed, by some unfortunate coincidence, all four tire pressure sensors stopped working.

They kept me informed about what they found. They did a small fix for free. Inside was clean. They were a little slow but it was lunchtime. Ill go back anytime.

Over priced terrible service

I just had front shock put on today November 1st 2018. Kevin and Connie are the best people Ive ever run across in this kind of automotive industry. Fast and friendly from Kevin the manager to Joel who is one of the technicians that took care of my shocks. I highly recommend Les Schwab to all my family members Neighbors church members and anybody who I have riding with me and my 6 passenger Dodge van cuz it rides so nice.

Been meaning to post this for a few months. My wives vehicle had a popping nose while I was out of town so I had her take it to this location. After a 45 minute wait they told her there was nothing wrong with the suspension and that it was transmission related to take it to a transmission shop. Upon further investigation after getting back into town and 5 minutes of looking it turned out to be a broken sway bar link which is a 15 minute repair. What a joke that a shop that prides itself on tires and suspension couldnt find a broken sway bar link.

The young man who came out to the parking lot to ask me if i needed help was so kind i first went down the street to big o tires and the guys there where so rude its nice to see that there are good people out there.

Someone came right out when we pulled in to help with what we needed. Great customer service and didnt have to wait too long for 2 new tires to be put on car.

Big O tires over tightened a lug nut, and would not take it off without charging me hourly. I went to Les Schwab and even though they werent the ones who messed it up, they took the time to not only loosen but also replace it for free!!! They were so friendly and helpful. I fully recommend them!

No one welcomed me like technicians at a usual Les Schwab are supposed to, and inside it seemed like they werent interested in my business. They took their time filling my tires, but at least they got it done.

Ive been having issues with tires from Les Schwab lately. I have been in 3 times in the last two months do to tire tread separation. This Location helped me the most by working with me to get into a better tire for a good price I will no longer worry about a possible blowout in my truck anymore thanks to this locations willingness to help out and ensure I was on a wuality product.

Sat for 90 minutes at the commercial tire side before anyone would assist me.

They had my tire fixed with 15 minutes and they did not charge me. Way to go with exceptional customer service. I do know where I will be buying my next set of tires.

Good fast service, especially in the morning. They were straight forward with me and didnt try to upsell anything. Reasonable prices, but steer clear of their cheapest brand.

Service was very slow and there was no explanation why. No apology for slow service.

Poorly untrained techs. Ruined the bolts on my hub. Cause they used a air socket to loosen it and my bolts were a left-hand loosen. They r o under off my nuts on my hub bolts. And said We could fix it but it will get pricey. Thats not for me to fix I didnt break it now Im stuck with a messed up tire . Be sure to tell them how to do it so they dont ruin yours as well I give them -20 stars

Brought our trailer in with a flat tire. They fixed it right then and there. We didnt purchased the tire there. Know charge. Just another reason that we purchase all our tires there numerous times!

Pulled up to my house at 5:55 after work and driving through the canyon got out of my car and I could hear a hissing noise and I had a nail in my left rear tire. I found the nail and figured Les Schwab would be open till about 7 drove over there and they were closing the garage bay doors as I pulled up I swooped over drove up and asked you close at 6 or 7 the guy told me six. Then proceeded to ask me what do I need, I told him I have a nail in my tire can you guys fix it? He said pull right in... he had it repaired in a matter of minutes now is where the service really stands out is I didnt buy the tires from this establishment and they would not let me pay for the service! I did not buy the tires from them and I told them that and they still would not let me pay! I proceeded to my vehicle and tried to offer a tip to the gentleman that fix my tire and he refused the tip! I said are you sure you cant take this money not only did they stay late but they also didnt charge me, now thats going above and beyond for the customer! If you even can call me a customer... And to boot, i pulled back into my house at 6:13 p.m. Well done Les Schwab...

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated. I showed up on time for the appointment. They werent busy and there were six mechanics in the shop. It took 45 minutes to rotate my tires.

Are you freaking kidding me. Just like a garage or shop to screw a lady over. My wife takes my truck in today for a low tire. They find a rock cut through and tell her they cant patch it and its still leaking. You need not one but two new tires so they wear even. She tells them to put on the spare and proceeds to drive to Farmington Utah where we bought the tires from Burt Brothers Goodyear(36-40 minutes south). Guess what? They patched it!Les Schwab tires are crooks.

I had a blowout on my Fleetwood Trailer just before Willard Bay on my way to Malad Idaho. I stopped at Les Schwab to have them replace both tires. They had the trailer in the shop and tires replaced in about 45 minutes. Thanks to Connie in the Bringham City location my Labor Day weekend with the family was a success.
