Fixed Automotive has left us very impressed. We had car problems that left us stuck in Brigham City. We had family recommend stopping in at Fixed Automative because of the high reviews. They were very friendly when we got there and ready to help out and squeeze us in. They gave us quick service and it turned out to be such a easy fix (i had previously had work done on my sway bar links at another mechanic, but the bolt just wasn’t tightened enough and that can be very dangerous especially at the freeway speeds we were about to drive at.) they got us a new bolt and fixed it so quick and free of charge. We are so grateful for their help and kindness!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

We had to make an emergency stop when our Toyota broke down, they were so willing to help us and since it was an easy fix for them, they were able to quickly service our car and get us back on the road. They didnt even charge us for their work! Thank you so much for getting us taken care of when the previous repair shop in Idaho had caused the incident with our vehicle.

Was traveling from california when my check engine turned on. Got recommended by someone that got good service by them. They told me it wasn’t urgent and they were actually able to fix the problem with check engine light without needing to replace anything. They said it was optional whether or not I wanted to go through with the repair because the issue may not happen again. Could have easily charged me $350+ but they were honest. Highly recommend

Three years ago, I had my throttle body replaced for a new one at this place for a little over $600 (I still have the receipt). Now, less than 10,000 miles later, it had gone bad and needed to be replaced again. I learned from couple coworkers and three different mechanics that it is very rare for the throttle body to break so fast. I also learned that the throttle body costs around a little over $200 and 30 minutes to replace, so $600 was overpriced. Needless to say, my trust in this place has waned. I was too naive, so from now on I will take pictures before going to a shop and ask for the old parts back.Note 1: I was told that they might have just cleaned it ($5 clean) and charged me $600 which could explain why it went bad so fast, or they replaced it with a refurbished part even though the receipt states new. I dont have any proof (because I was dumb three years ago), but it sounds more probable than getting a defective product.Note 2: I took my car into Young Ford in town for a check up when my car was operating in low performance mode because the throttle body went bad again. They told me the exact code that caused the problem (which is two sensors picked up reading that differs greater than four degrees) which means the throttle body needs to be replaces according to their instructions. Young Ford also sent me a two minute video summarizing their check up. They wanted $650 to replace it (overpriced). When I took this car to check up at Fixed, all they told me is that something in the throttle body is bad and the whole part needs to be replaced. Fixed was not very specific, so I trust Young Ford more than them.Note 3: Fortunately, I had a receipt. They said that they lost their records a couple years ago. It took them hours to contact their dealership to check up on the warranty for the throttle body because the dealer couldnt find the records as well. Eventually, though, they told me that the warrant only lasted one year. Isnt there suppose to be a limited life warranty for a new throttle body? There are a lot of inconsistencies with what they tell a customer.Note 4: Three years ago, they had my car for half a day even though it only takes 30 minutes to replace the throttle body.Note 5: One of the mechanics referred me to a place he trusted. It is Georges a couple street north of Fixed. That is where I will go in the future.

Fixed is always great! They are fast, friendly and honest! Fair pricing. They will not tell you something needs to be fixed if it doesnt. They will give you options and let you decide whats best.

My car broke down in Brigham. I called Fixed Automotive, they recommended Hansen Motors to tow my car. Hansens towed it within the hour. ($75). Then Fixed Automotive called me soon after to tell me it was the alternator. They gave me a price. (Just over $350). I gave the go ahead and it was fixed in less than an hour. From first call at 1:30 pm to last call at 4 pm, my car was ready to go.

I work in Brigham and live in Logan, my car broke down right after I left work today, I wasn’t sure who to go to as my regular mechanic is in Logan. I gave these guys a call, he knew exactly what the problem was when I explained it to him, they got me right in, fixed the problem quickly, and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop!

This was the worst experience ever! I ordered this thinking I was going to get a product but no they said it was delivered not there problem. So as a word of caution dont purchase I cant even call them as there number is not in service. Sand since I dont have the product I cant cancel my membership they say so just Dont buy this product if you value your money

This is a really good place! Being a woman who knows little about cars, I’ve had problems with other mechanics in the past who have tried to take advantage and charge me hundreds of dollars for quick fixes. I’ve gone to fixed automotive a few times and they always try to give me the cheapest option, even things I could do on my own with no charge to them. They also are really good at getting you in quickly. When you make an appointment they usually see you right away, unlike other places that make you wait hours before they look at your car and tell you to come pick it up days later. Really great place, I definitely recommend them.

I had a check engine light come on in my car and had issues with it starting properly. Called later on Thursday afternoon to schedule a time and was expecting not being able to get in until later the next week, but they had me drop off my car that next Monday morning. Limited interaction with the shop as my repair was too big for them to handle. But they were easy to work with, honest, and referred me to a another shop who was able to give me a for the work I need done.

I needed my 98 Camry fixed quickly to pass State Inspection. My exhaust system had a leak and was quite loud. They repaired the system exactly as per their estimate. I also asked them to fix my A/C which seemed low on Freon. They again quoted me a price for labor, leak dye and new Freon per ounce. They are quick, accurate, priced right and friendly. I needed a new muffler on a Rav4. Mater muffler charged me $130 to do a patch job. Fixed Auto replaced every thing from the catalytic converter back for $150ish. I only go to fixed now. Fixed auto`s wields looked better also.
