New to Brigham and needed timing belt Replaced. Did my due diligence and selected these guys. Service was on time, professional, thorough and very competitively priced. Hard to find this day and age. I will definitely return.

Have been there 4 times for the same exhaust leak, and still have the same leak. The first time I brought it in I asked if I could bring my own exhaust manifolds. They said no problem. They installed the drivers side, but did not have time to do the other one. I brought it back a few weeks later and they installed the other one.(2nd visit) Then it got loud again after a few months. Brought it back they said they could not warranty the work because I brought in my own parts.(something I was not informed of when I discussed this with them) They told me one side was bad and I paid full price (no discount given for already replacing the broken bolts) to have it replaced. They returned the truck to me but told me it was cam phaser issues making the noise on the other side.(3rd time) I just dealt with it after roughly $1700 for the repairs $500x2 on the drivers side and $700 on the passenger side I could not invest any more money. Finally had another exhaust guy look at it, and both exhaust manifolds were blown. They replaced one of them on the next visit for free, but would not touch the other side because they used my part.(4th time back) I have used Master Muffler for over 20 years, but I will not be back any time soon. Their response below was not correct, they would not warranty their work on the bad manifold.

Wow, I cannot say enough about this place. Professional and friendly. Great price for an oil change and utterly amazing price for 4 new tires. They have it done when promised and they dont try to sell you something you dont need. Thanks guys.

My Subarus clutch went out and my wife and I were from a different state. It was a Friday in August, and we were stressed out because the shops we were calling in the area were a week out minimum to even look at a car. I spoke with Jeremy, who said they could look at it by close of business and said they could get it done by Tuesday. While I was there, the mechanic, Jose, went to the car with me to diagnose. He was awesome and great with Subarus and answered all the questions I had! While we were waiting to leave, another mechanic came up to us and offered gatorade which was great in the hot weather. We were stoked to have Jeremy call us that Monday saying it was done so we could get back a day early. Jeremy was awesome throughout the process and I definitely recommend this shop!! I have read several reviews from people not from the area which is encouraging to see!

I rolled in with a blown rod inside my engine, these guys were phenomenal in giving me an estimate. They put the new engine in my 99 corolla within a week and a half (memorial day was in the middle of that so im sure that added some time). I drove the car home and it sounded awesome. They did a great job.

We were in a pinch on our road trip as we needed a a new catalytic converter for our VW Vanagon and the owner was so helpful and FAST! We were in and out of there in less than 3 hours. Very thankful for the speedy help!

They dont just do mufflers and brakes! Jeremy and his crew fixed my air conditioning with super quick turnaround (which is important in these sweltering temperatures) and when it turned out that one of the parts was faulty, they did it AGAIN. So impressed and grateful!

Best experience ever! I watched the owner (I assume) deal with the customer in front of me and was immediately impressed with his honesty. We were from out of town and were driving a classic truck on an 1800 mile trip home. A belt was squealing at highway speeds. We had a long way to go so they looked at it right away. 15 minutes later they gave us the keys and said we were all set. It just needed to be tightened. They wouldn’t even let me pay anything. They had an opportunity to seriously take advantage, but didn’t. That kind of honesty just isn’t common any more. Thank you!

After installing a new custom fuel tank in my bronco, my exhaust needed to be rerouted as the new tank interfered with the current route. I had the exhaust put in by Master Muffler in a different city almost 18 years ago and the muffler started to develop a leak. They Accepted my lifetime warranty to put in a new muffler without blinking an eye. That along with expertly routing my exhaust how I wanted it left me a happy customer. I highly recommend These guys as they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. Service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Took in a 2005 Dodge neon that needed a catalytic converter replace they had it done in shorter time then expected and the price was significantly cheaper then other places. This was about a month ago and I have had no problems since. The people I dealt with were professional and very helpful.

Took my Charger there to get some flowmaster work done to it.. They were awesome! Felt like it was a good price and Jeremy was awesome! Great customer service. Recommend to all.

I had a muffler replaced extremely cheaply somewhere else.... and it showed.... that muffler died less than a year later. When I popped by here these guys had me in and out in less than an hour. It was reasonably priced (more expensive than the first place, but I was happy to pay the extra for what I assume will prove to be a better experience). Because that experience was so positive I popped by when my battery was having some issues. I didnt realize they didnt have batteries to sell, but they happily tested my battery and recommended that I go get it replaced -- free of charge. I appreciated their help and will be going back there next time I have an issue.

Great quick service. Went in to get an inspection and they found a hole in my exhaust. They consulted me and I got it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price.

The number one thing I look for in a repair shop is honestly then price, they always go hand in hand. Jermaine has always been honest with me, even when I did not want to replace something. He told it as it was. They always give me a call when the work is done.They are always great to work with and I have never had to go back because they dont do the job right. Great job Master Muffler

Great autoshop and great customer service! Even though it is a master muffler they do more than just exhaust! Sometimes a little on the pricey side in my opinion but they have always done a great job and i have never had to bring my vehicles back for a repeated problem so that makes up for it. Always has the job done right and fast.

I had a weird noise coming from under my hood so I called Jeremy and had me come in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to show me exactly what the problem was. He explained my options to me and informed me that it was simply the bushing on one of my control arms. I was relieved. He said he would be happy to replace it but since it wasnt hurting my car at all, that I could just deal with the sound and save some money. He didnt charge me a penny. Once the sound gets too unbearable, he will definitely be the guy I call.

Driving to Logan and the Battery light came on in my Son Toyota Rav. I knew the alternator was going or gone. The vehicle died in an Auto Zone parking lot just down the street from Jeremy and his Master Muffler shop at 4pm! I called Master Muffler and Jeremy said he could get the new alternator on that afternoon. An hour and a half later the vehicle had a new alternator at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Jeremy and his crew at Master Muffler in Brigham City for all of your car care needs.

Jeremy (the owner) is a professional. Hes very knowledgeable and sets clear expectations. Good work for for a good price. I needed a new flex-pipe since mine had a horrible leak and made the exhaust sound loud and annoying. These guys got me a new one in about an hour and it cost me about $150. I would recommend this business to anyone for most exhaust-related issues.

This place was great ! Broke down on the way through, checked with them first thing in the moring, told me to bring the truck in. I got the truck to the shop and they said they would work it in as soon as possible in which they did. Located the problem and had the part ordered, truck was fixed and got me back on the road in what I thought was amazing time. In my opinion the price was very fair and the service was outstanding!! Wow I was having horrible problems with my exhaust. It shouldnt be normal to smell exhaust while in the car!!! I took it into master muffler and they were able to fix the problem. They were quick and easy to work with and also cheap which is important to me as a college student.

I brought my Honda Accord in to have its gear shift and break light checked. They replaced my breaks at a very affordable price and told me they couldnt find anything wrong with the gear shift. The gear shift worked perfectly after the breaks were replace and they didnt attempt to charge me anything extra on the premise that they had fixed it.

VERY POOR SERVICE AND REPAIR ON MY CAR. TOOK IT IN TO HAVE AN ALTERNATOR BELT INSTALLED.. THEY MESSED THAT UP. CAME HOME FROM WORK FRIDAY NIGHT. CAR DIED IN PARENTS DRIVE WAY , OPENED THE HOOD TO FIND THE BELT , IDLER PULLEY AND BOLT , GONE!! TOOK IT IN ON MONDAY , HEAD MECHANIC / OWNER SAID THEYD FIX IT. HAD A NEW BATTERY IN IT... AND NOW LAST NIGHT I HAD TO HAVE A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED AT AUTO ZONE , SINCE THE LACK OF SERVICE AT MASTER MUFFLER , TOOK OUT MY NEW BATTERY, AND NOW LAST NIGHT AFTER GETTING BATTERY AND DRIVING TO OGDEN FROM LOGAN TO PICK UP MY DAUGHTER AND MOM / DAD FROM THE TRAIN DEPOT, WE GOT BACK TO BRIGHAM CITY, AND IT DIED AGAIN.... NO BATTER ( WHICH I JUST PUT IN ) AND NO ALTERNATOR. SO ILL NEVER EVER TAKE IT BACK TO MASTER MUFFLER , NOR WOULD I EVER !!! RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE !!!

I have an older car and needed what was left of the mufflers replaced. I took it to Master Muffler & Brake in Brigham City. They looked it over and saved me almost $200, because they were able to reuse the rest of the muffler system, less the old mufflers. What a perfect experience! !

They installed a Trailer Hitch and Wiring Kit in my Jeep and they did an excellent job and I have had no problem with any work they have done for me for many years.

Took my Grand Am in because I thought the tranny was giving out. (horrible squeal sound, no power, reduced MPG) They told me my Catalytic converter was plugged and needed replaced. Labor was lower per hour than dealer by far. LUCKY for me they said the repair couldnt warranted, if my exhaust leak wasnt fixed. They fixed the leak, which had been the cause of the horrible squeal I was hearing. I was due for a $300 AC compressor fix from another shop, the VERY NEXT DAY. After the Master Muffler repairs my MPG increased from 24-30. Money well spent. Car has real zip compared to the dying horse it was before repairs!

We had to take our Saturn Vue in to have several things fixed, right when we really needed the car. Master Muffler managed to start on the Vue quickly, get it running smoothly and come in a bit under their quote. The car started running rough again several days later and that could have meant a bad review here. Instead, MM pulled the car in again, a mechanic stayed late redoing a couple of things and didnt charge us. They actually stood behind their work, and the Vue has been great since. During the last two years, every other service has been done quickly, on or under quote, and without and problems.
