The ability to leave a paper check on my door for day of delivery is great. And I love that I can see in my account online when Ive ordered oil in the past. Definitely love this company!!

Do not plan on using cash energy anymore I had my oil delivery scheduled for Friday it is now the end of Friday no delivery no text or call or email nothing. There communication skills need to be worked on. Customer satisfaction is a huge part to stay on top of and this was not it.

We gave them our payment Information, but they never charged us for the oil. Four months later, the bill was sent to collections without even a phone call or notice. Never again!

We have been using Cash Energy for a few years now but this past Saturday 2/8/20 our satisfaction with this company went up a million notches!! We had to have an emergency delivery as we found out that our oil had run out that day! My wife and I were driving back from Florida and a relative checked the house to find it 45 degrees! Being on 495 in Massachusetts we panicked! My wife immediately called Cash energy to report an emergency situation. Very quickly Maury the driver called and told us he would be arriving to put oil in for us within the next hour. He was so reassuring to us {this had never happened to us before} and kind and he kept us informed when he got to the house to deliver the oil and called us back to report the furnace was running and all was fine. I wish we could have hugged him. Being on the road when something like this happens you feel helpless. Maury was so thoughtful to keep us updated so we knew the furnace was running and we could continue our drive without worry. I wish more companies were as reliable as Cash Energy and their employee Maury. Thank You!

We ran out of oil over the weekend and I was worried about how much it would cost to get a same day delivery on a weekend! Called the company we usually use and it was $250! Called Cash and it was half as much! The rate per gallon was actually a little lower than our usual supplier. Placed our order and getting heating oil was a breeze! Keith F. came out quickly and got our oil burner primed and started. He was extremely friendly and professional. We will be switching to auto delivery with Cash Energy! Cash Energy works great for me. Theyve always come when they said they were going to, and done what they said theyd do. Ive never had a problem with them. I have played the game with other oil companies, pre-buying oil, and winning in some years and losing in others. I have been with cash energy for my second season now, and I find them to be well-priced with delivery in a reasonable time. I monitor oil prices for a division of our company, and despite burning over 50,000 gallons per year, my work price isnt much lower than what I pay at home for Cash Energy. One time, I went online to the Cash energy site and purchased oil at a set price. When it arrived, they delivered the oil for $.10 less per gallon. When I called, they told me that when I order, they guarantee that the delivered price will be no higher, but if the price drops before delivery, I get the lower price. I am purchasing oil today at $1.699 when Maine Oil reports prices up to $.30 more per gallon in the Bangor area.

Anthony C delivered in the bitter cold and did a great job

Ive been a consistent customer for a few years now, and so imagine my surprise when I call and receive the worst customer service Ive experienced from any company in quite some time. Serious about service indeed! I had #2 fuel oil delivered on Thursday (over 200 gallons) and on Friday see that Cash Oil is running a promotion that would have saved me 40 cents per gallon. So we call to see what can be done (an account credit or pre-buy for the next delivery perhaps?) and are basically told too bad, we dont care about you being a customer in the future. I almost couldnt believe it. I feel very foolish for giving them my business for so long!

Excellent job and quick delivery

Used the Bangor location a couple of times. First time went OK and so did the second. The third time they were a no show. It had snowed the night before. I asked my plow guy to move me to the head of his list which he did. My driveway was cleared by 0730. Imagine my surprise when I get home and still no delivery. The first person I talked to couldnt tell me why there was no delivery made. She had to have the 24 hour on call person call me back. He told me that the driveway was unplowed and inaccessible. I promptly told him that UPS and USPS had no issues getting down the driveway that day. He also claimed that they called and left a message. There was no message on any of the 3 cellphones in this house or on the home phone. They came back the next day. Our fourth scheduled delivery never happened. Once again I came home to find no oil and the check still taped to the door. I called the Hampden Office. The lady told me that it was because it was an out of state check and that the current address had been handwritten in. I told her that we used the same checks for the last three deliveries and asked why is this a problem all of the sudden. She tried to blame it on the driver that we had come to our house today. Hmmm....drivers get to make up company policy. Talk about empowerment. She then put me on the phone with Ralph. I explained to him the situation and he said Thats right. We dont take out of state checks. You were told about this. When I asked who told me, he just kept saying that we were informed. He said that we could put a label (had to tell him he meant a return address label) over the old address with the new address and that would be acceptable. Again when pressed about who supposedly told us, he said Did you check your phone messages? They called you. Again...no voicemail on any of our cellphones or home phone. I could see I wasnt getting anywhere so I politely hung up. I then called back to make sure that they didnt reschedule us because their services are no longer needed at my house. Ill purchase my oil from a more reputable source from now on.

I didnt like it. There rude and inconsiderate. When you order oil you expect to get the next day not get told there not delivering it until Monday. Will never order threw them again. I could have ordered threw malefants and it would have been here already

Worst secretary customer service whatever you want to call the woman that answers the phone to schedule delivers shes rude in considerate and a know it all.
