She went over an beyond for me and my situation (hitting a deer and not really wanting to need a new car), even driving me to return my rental car, helping me unpack my personal belongings from my totaled car from rental into the car I purchased) and picking my kid up from school. She is the best!!! I felt so comfortable with her. With covid and getting your credit ran, she makes you feel safe and comfortable! I AM ELATED.I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2016- had my wallet and physical copy of my license stolen and no other record of my DL# to replace it. After doing research I realized that West Hills Honda would possibly have this information on file.I explained to them my situation and an extremely helpful associate named David went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me.He did legwork with the DMV in Washington State that I was unable to do being an out of state customer with an out of state license who just generally was clueless as to where to find my vehicle records.I am beyond impressed with the care taken by this dealership to help a customer who hadnt made a single purchase with them in more than 5 years. David had to take several steps to recover my information and kept me updated with the progress when there was a delay. David is awesome - I think he was in the financing office. I cant remember his exact position, since my problem didnt really fall into an exact category.West Hills Honda was able to help me where 3 state DMVs could not helping me recover my own information linked to the original car sale - I would absolutely reccomend this dealership to anyone.Not that it matters, I also love my Honda Fit.During the original purchase I felt none of the irritating upselling pressure from the sales person that is so typical in car dealerships. Especially when purchasing a vehicle as a single woman. My sales person listened to what I wanted, what I was willing to spend, and most importantly? Wasnt rude as heck during the test drive when I got lost.

West Hill Honda is a great place to purchase a new vehicle. Especially if you go to Scott Heston in the car sales for department for a great deal on a brand vehicle. Were a military family of four that recently started to experience mechanical issues with our 2006 Honda odyssey. This was a big problem because we have a cross country road trip in a few weeks. 🙃After getting a $15,000+ maintenance and repair quote from the West Hill Honda services department we decided it was time to let our 2006 Honda odyssey go. Sadly we walked over to the Honda sales department to see if they had any 2021 Honda odysseys for sale. Their was a gentleman standing a few feet away from us and initially we couldnt tell if he even worked for Honda. I walked over to him and asked if he knew where we could find someone to help us look for a new car. He told us we were speaking to him right now and how can I help you. 😄😁 I love West Hill Honda because they have knowledgeable none aggressive sales men that make you feel like they genuinely want to help you. . A few hours later we drove away from West Hill Honda with a brand new 2021 Honda pilot Special edition under MSRP price and a over price trade in credit for our 2006 Honda odyssey. 😲😁Thank you Scott Heston for working with us and getting us such an affordable and safe vehicle.Thank you to the finance department that helped us to get a great deal on a protection plan for our 2021 Honda pilot. Stephen as well as the manager of the finance department took the time to review and explain our contract with us to assure the numbers were correct and that we understood the contract we signed. This is the third vehicle weve purchased from West Hill Honda and it would be our last if we werent moving across the country.

(TL;DR at the bottom!)This review is specifically pertaining to the Service Department.I just had an amazing experience here. This is different from the other times Ive been here throughout the past 4+ years.I came in for regularly scheduled maintenance and not sure who was the tech that checked me in (long-haired brunette), but she was very nice and very transparent, and asked me if I wanted to take advantage of the wiper-blade replacement that I had already pre-paid for during the purchase of my vehicle. This is a MAJOR plus, because there had been many times before where they replaced them without asking me. She has awesome communication skills as well, because she had updated my service advisor of certain decisions I had made with her, that the advisor and I would later discuss. She told me approximately what time the car would be done and back to me (3pm) and they held their promise! Called me almost on the dot.Now, this debrief experience was hands down the best experience Ive had in all the years I have been coming here. James Belyea was extremely informative and transparent, all while practicing AMAZING customer service skills. He was the nicest and most caring advisor I have dealt with here and I recommend anybody to be assisted by him. Is he even from here? Because his level of Godly customer service doesnt compare to overall standards of gloomy Washington in general. Unfortunately, I am moving out of state or else I would ask for him to be my advisor every single time!TL;DR - Service Dept: The person who checked me in was really nice, asked the right questions, was transparent, and had great communication skills between me and the service advisor.James has stellar customer service skills that far exceeds Washington standards and you should go out of your way to ask for him. Extremely informative, transparent, amazingly nice.

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Out of the local area but after three days of back and forth, we came to an agreement on vehicle price, trade in, and scheduled appointment to complete deal. Sent a couple questions three days before scheduled pick up…nothing. Followed up two days before pick up…nothing. One day before pick up…after four attempts to confirm appointment for the next day, I was informed the truck was sold earlier in the week. They were more than happy to let me drive 12 hours round trip to try and bait and switch me. If you are looking for the stereotypical, unethical used car sales tactics, this place is for you.

So I have had a terrible experience with this Dealership the whole time since I purchased my 2017 Honda Accord. They actually had to replace my original vehicle because their detail shop damaged my originally purchased car. I show up today for an oil change and they try charging me extra for a tire rotation then I ask to speak with someone about my extended warranty. I was told that because they were busy with new paying customers that they didnt have the time to talk to me about my warranty. I spent almost 28 000 dollars with this place and they treat me like I had never even spent money with them. Terrible customer service and I wouldnt ever buy a car there again.

West Hills Honda is a all around good place. I purchased a 2018 Accord in 2018, Fish was my salesman grate guy and the sale was fantastic. This year I traded the accord in for a 2020 Civic Hatchback Sport 6 Speed. I can say I’m all around happy with the civic and the deal I got. Cheaper monthly payment and interest rate. Isaiah is the one who sold us the Civic and I could not be happier with the determination and steps he took to get us in that car. Ask for him when your in the market. All around good experience. If you have kids this is the place to go. They don’t look at you weird when your kids acts out after being in the dealer 5 hours. They actually kinda encourage it lol. And treat your kids well.

This place does it right. When we pulled in Shawnda immediately helped us find our way to the sales floor and got us connected with Max. Max was amazing! He quickly assessed our situation and found us the perfect match that met our budget and recreation needs. When an issue arose with the car the next day, he made sure that we were taken care of. Although we had to come in a few times to get the issue fully resolved, the staff was very kind and reassuring that we would not be charged. Overall they did a great job. I normally hate buying cars, but this experience was really pretty nice.

I had a rental Honda that had a problem on the road, while Avis couldn’t provide any solutions for us. We stopped by West hills Honda for help. They took us in with no question, while we waited, they constantly checking on us, free beverages. And we were back in the road in less an hour. Asking Matt at service! Super nice and helpful! All other dealers can learn a lesson or two from them!

Great customer service while helping me find my dream car. As soon as the car was purchased and they got their money it seems to be that they dont care about their customers. purchased my car in March and it is now June. Two temporary license plates later and I still dont have my actual license plate. Every time Ive called to get an update I get the run around and no answers. Been transferred to people who are supposed to be able to help who dont answer their phone or call back when told to leave a voicemail, been told to come in and talk to someone in person and when I do, at the the time the dealership told me to, that person just happens to not be there. This place is a joke! Find a dealership who will do what they can to help their customers after spending 28,000 on a brand new car because this dealership isnt the one!

Horrible experience at this dealership. Came in to test drive the Odyssey and Pilot. What brought us in initially was the email we received on an offer on the 2022. Spoke with Briana Williams and she was kind and informative. She encouraged me to go ahead and test drive the vehicles I was interested despite the fact the new 2022 will not be in their store til mid May. So I did just that.I was paired with Wyntur. Initial meeting sales lady was nice and friendly. However, when it came to product knowledge, thats where she definitely lacked. Let alone, she could not even show me how to remove the seats on the second row of the mini van.. mind blowing. She did allow me to look at the car inside and out without saying much which was nice. We test drove both the cars.After the test drive was done, we went inside to discuss the numbers. Now, this is where everything starts going downhill. I was very clear and upfront that I was wanting to just test drive the car. Yet, this sales lady tried starting a credit application for me. At that point I told her I was not going to purchase a car today. She then made the decision to bring in her manager to do a last effort save-the-sale. Bad mistake.. He was not present the entire time of our discussion and started sounded condescending towards me. He went as far as trying to tell me theres really no difference between the 2021 and 2022 Odyssey. To make matters worst, he tried using the scare tactic of the promotion they have and that I would be missing out on thousands of dollars if I didnt take action now.. Sounds like a typical salesperson.. nothing outstanding there.Last, I hope this establishment addresses their employees about using their phones while trying to do a test-drive with their customer. Yes, that also happened. I was okay with it in the beginning but then when she couldnt keep up with our conversation now thats where it became annoying. I wasted my time. Wish they took me seriously because we are in the market looking for a new vehicle.

Sold my vehicle to west hills Honda on August 14th. I was offered an amount that would have paid off the rest of my loan and then provide me with an additional $1200 (extremely grateful) On 8/26 I received my refund check in the amount of $11! I then proceeded to contact west hills, after leaving 5 voicemails and 2 messages at the reception desk over the span of 2 -3 weeks I had to physically go to the dealership because not one single person would contact me back. On 9/13 I go to west hills to speak with someone in person and explain my situation and was told that I needed to provide them proof from the lien holder of the amount THEY sent which I dont know why they couldnt look that up but instead sent me away to get proof. I was also told by the employee when I explained I have been trying to call them for a couple weeks with no luck that they are too busy selling cars to follow up with voicemails and good luck reaching anyone....The following day on 9/14 I provide them their proof that in fact they did not send the correct amount. I was then told they were going to look into it and contact me back. It is now 9/15 and I have not heard back and I am so beyond frustrated, I dont understand why I cant get any help or resolution. All I want is the money that I am owed but I literally feel invisible and that I dont matter. Im ignored and Im just tired of having to deal with west hills. Just cut me the check and send me on my way. Worst experience ever! We will see if I can capture anyones attention now and maybe get some help.

After some straightforward negotiation online to arrive at a very fair price, I went into West Hills Honda to pick up a new vehicle and I have to say their customer service was absolutely top-notch. In particular, Wyntur Anderson was an ideal sales partner- friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and totally professional and accommodating. Dan Connors was our sales person and he was great. He had wonderful people skills, he was kind, knowledgeable, all the things you want when you are buying a new/used car. The overall experience was dimmed due to the length of time it took to complete everything. The dealership was short handed in sales and in finance. We were there 5 hours the first day and 3 hours the second day, it was a lot of waiting and waiting. We were anticipating just signing the paperwork on day two but due to not enough staff in finance we waited almost 2 hours to even get into the office and then another hour with Lena (second day on the job and she was amazing). I am sure if there had been sufficient staff we would have given West Hills five stars!

The service and rental car department is a joke. After having service performed at both Toyota and jeep/dodge it’s clear Honda needs some work. You often wait 15-20 mins before anyone speaks to you even if you have appt. The baristas always get your order wrong and take forever to make it and the prices for service are insane. The Toyota rental car place west hills Honda uses is ridiculous, they require you to have more insurance coverage than any other rental car company and it took them 25 mins to check me in and get a car available. I will definitely be looking for other car maintenance places other than west hills Honda

My Daughter recently moved to the area from Virginia. Her Honda Fit had lost the fasteners from the plastic skid plate under the engine bay. The Honda dealer in Virginia Beach (Hall Honda) wanted 300 dollars to replace the fasteners and one screw.She brought it to West Hills, the staff there were super friendly, helpful and best of all, they replaced all of the fasteners and screws at no charge! Way to go West Hills, this is how you keep customers!!

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the salesman to the finance managers. The sales person must have been new and he didn’t even try to make up for it with professionalism. The financing snuck in and extended warranty ($1400) without our consent. They did our paperwork back door without us present. They argued saying they didn’t have to get is a spare key. (It’s part of the Honda certified program). I’m amazed how unprofessional this dealership is. They bank on our service men and woman. What a shame. There’s more complaints but I don’t want to drag on. I’ve purchased over 40 cars in my life and this was the worst hands down. To all reading this I highly recommend looking elsewhere or at least having your guard up when looking here.

Awful customer service, since the start of my visit regarding a warranty service. Service Advisor Nina Shaw displayed a very negative attitude, very far from a professional service advisor. It is a shame that such a corporation as Honda employs people with such low skills for a customer service position within the service department. Now I rather waste a little bit more of time writing a review for my fellow would be customers, I strongly recommend you go through another Honda dealership. West Hills Honda just doesnt care for their customers.

My car was totaled by getting rear ended by a truck so it was time to get a new one. Service was AWESOME. Honestly went above and beyond in every way. Everyone was so friendly, and made sure I was taken care of.I had only scheduled for an oil change, but asked if I could get my windows tinted as well. Tinting isn’t even done by the same shop, BUT they organized it all while I was there for me even though it was a bigger service and separate from oil changing. You usually have to schedule an appointment further out, but they gave me the service THAT DAY.Max was very efficient, professional and super friendly! He went the extra mile getting the tinting service set up for me on the spot. He made sure I had a place to wait comfortably and a coffee from their shop. He explained the services to me without being condescending because I know nothing about cars lol, and made sure I was doing alright waiting (I’m between helping out a bunch of other people on top of that)He even got a Lyft to take me to work while my car was serviced!! And let me know when and where I’d get picked up (THANK you Max, you seriously rock!)And the service desk lady Erin(I think that was her name) was sooo sweet and made sure I was doing alright. Also so friendly, professional, but “down to earth”!I appreciate you guys a lot! Definitely recommend West Hills Honda Dealership!

I absolutely loved my experience at West Hills Honda. My sales person Robert from Chevy was amazing and was such a joy to be around. I did not feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to when purchasing my Mazda. I test drive a few vehicles and feel in love with one. Robert and the staff at Honda made sure to help my husband and I with everything and the lady in Finance that helped us was amazing as well! Convenient way to not honor the online price and waste my time. Incredibly dissatisfied with this service. I came there for a scheduled appointment to look at the 2020 Corolla LE. After inspecting the car, I asked why it was priced so low. I was told it was low because its a base model. After looking at the online price, the sales representative said that it looks like a mistake but they would have to honor what the online price was. This online price was on Truecar.com and there Honda site. After going to the office to fill put paper for the test drive, I am told there is a deposit on the vehicle and that it was already spoken for.

Ricky was amazing! He not only assisted us in getting an oil change and tire rotation, but kept us informed the entire time, helped us get a rental, and provided us coupons for drinks while we waited. I was even able to get an appointment the same day. Will be back again.

I recently purchased a Ridgeline. Scott Heston was my Salesperson. He was helpful and knowledgeable with no high pressure tactics. The Ridgeline I wanted was on order. This was my first big purchase! I was referred by my mom who was referred by her brother to come to West Hills Honda and work with Mike Columbus. I came from Burien/Seattle so going over to Bremerton to purchase a car was something I wasn’t too sure about, I’m so glad I did! Of course I was scared to move forward with anything. I came in tonight and bought a used 4Runner. It was a completely different experience than what Im used to. Everyone was super nice and helpful. No one was pushy or aggressive. Its like they genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me than just selling another unit. It actually made the car buying experience FUN! Even the finance guys were nice. They offered a few addons, I declined, and that was the end of it. No aggressive sales tactics, no doom and gloom if you dont buy it stuff. They just did the deal and that was that.I would very highly recommend these guys if youre in the market for a new or used car. You definitely wont regret shopping here.

I returned to West Hills Honda after leasing from them 3 years ago. I did so because negotiations are no stress. I liked the extra mile they go with the 3 year maintenance package. My salesperson Max. Was friendly and pleasant to work with.

Amanda took care of us to get us the car we wanted. Had good conversation while we waited for paperwork to finish. Then David finished us off with the paperwork. Everyone was very polite and courteous.We decided we wanted an upgrade from the same vehicle we bought. So we went back a month later to see what kind of deal we could get. Scott got us a deal we decided to take even though we knew we would lose some money. Glad we did. Now we have what we want. Just wish we would have thought things through before buying the basic car without all the bells and whistles. Wouldve saved time and money. Wasnt Hondas fault, we had told ourselves basic would be fine.

I was sold a lemon and they wouldnt give me my money back they transferred me into another vehicle that has repairs needed like struts and brakes and it had 50,000 more miles on it then my original purchase. I had a amplifier in the 1st vehicle and marteen promised me they would get it out and mailed to me now they are saying they cant get it back its no longer at their site was sold to auction. I will not go back i asked several times for my $11,000 back and was denied that option

We wanted a particular color and had to wait for it. Steve kept us updated all long. The day it came, I think he was almost as happy as we were. This was my first time to buy a Honda. I knew that Hondas were great cars but just never was interested until now. I bought a 2017 HR-V Honda. My friend bought a HR-V at West Hills so she gave me the business card of the salesmen that helped her, Daniel Rosenberg. I called an made an appointment to meet with him to talk about a car unfortunately he couldnt help us as he was still with his customers so he introduce us to Dan Connors so he took over helping us. Dan was very friendly and worked with us. He showed us the car that I was interested in and said that the car hasnt been detail yet but it will look a lot better. Went back after the was was detail and it was very cleaned. When I finally signed all the paperwork Dan took me out to the car and showed me some stuff of the car I needed to know. I would recommend Dan Connors if anyone is thinking of buying a car. Very nice salesmen.
