I posted a review on dealer rater website, but wanted to leave a review on Google as well to get the word out there that West Hills Ford is really an awesome place and the people there really do care about their customer relationships. If they dont have what you need on the lot, they will walk you through the ordering process to get you in the vehicle you want and need if youre willing/can wait. No pressure, no games. Honest and transparent.Shout out to Noah in sales and Chad in finance for making the car buying process a fun/exciting experience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. CAR OWNER BEWARE!!!! Not only is the shuttle service not being available due to COVID ( Other dealers have shuttles), but they wont book you an appointment until at the earliest 6 months from the time you call. If your issue is quality of life/ known problems...good luck getting in any time before 6 months.I have gone to them previously for other issues and turns out a drop of oil is a major oil leak and they want you to spend stupid amount of money to fix instead of keeping an eye on it.I went to them to figure out what was wrong with my AC and they said they needed to put dye in it and let me run around with the car for a week before they could diagnose the issue...1 week later the service advisor had no idea why I was there.

What a waste of a whole day. Car shopping is not normally enjoyable but the finance guy that we worked with at West Hills Ford really made the experience off-putting. Either my husband misunderstood, the guy was not clear, or the guy was outright lying, but when I went in to take over the transaction, the balding man with a combover was extremely condescending and dismissive. When I asked him why the price on the paper was not the price my husband told me that he told my husband, he said something like how he was no longer comfortable selling us a car. I found him to be beyond rude.In addition, many customers were not masked. Some employees had a mask on their chin instead of covering their nose and mouth.I will never look at a West Hills car again and will not be recommending this place to family and friends. (Besides for a horrible waste of our valuable time, the no-deal worked out great! We found a much better car at a much better place for a much better price. It took us about 30 minutes to buy the better car at the better place. So easy!)UPDATE: Scott, GM, asked me to contact him so I did a few couples after his response to my review. He apologized for his employees poor etiquette and asked if we could repair the harm with an oil change and something (I forgot). I said I rarely go to Bremerton but my husband suggested that perhaps Scott could have the new cars door looked at (something about the door lock attenuator). Scott scheduled the husband in today, Friday, and gave us an hour of free labor. My husband is relatively pleased (more so than I, I appreciate the apology but people should be decent with or without a poor review) and thought Scott was not too bad. I will change the one-star rating to three stars.

After getting a Oil change a I come back to my car looking like this from their lift. They said they would get back to me and now its been 3 months and havent heard anything. I had a body shop look at it and they guy told be it looked like it was from the lift not being placed right also ripped up some of the clear bra on my side skirt.

Shawn and Wendell helped us get the cars we wanted! I was suppose to get the truck in a week but they had us walking out with 2 cars the same day! Great staff great people, awesome team! After 44 years of driving, I finally got to pick out the vehicle I want, and is she a beauty!I am very pleased with my experience with Shawn. His upbeat pleasant personality is what we all need these days. It’s easy for someone in a fast paced busy customer service position to become a bit irritated with people, but not Shawn. I haven’t purchased a new vehicle in 18 years and Shawn made this a great experience.

Took my 2018 Lincoln in for periodic maintenance package that they advertised as $725 TOTAL PRICE. Got charged $825 and the service person not only couldnt explain why the difference in price was but also couldnt explain why everything that was supposed to be done wasnt listed on the receipt. He said there wasnt enough room on the receipt ?? I dont think he had a clue how to enter it for the work order or the invoice and didnt attempt to get additional help after asking him multiple times to find someone that could answer my questions. Disappointing....

Were a repeat customer at West Hills (2017 Ford Explorer and 2021 Ford 150). We love the sales team and the overall purchase process. Everybody in the process aims to please and weve walked away both times a VERY happy customer with no demoralizing sales experience and no regrets on trade-in and purchase prices.With our 2021 F150, they helped us with a factory order, tracking the process and getting us in quickly after it was dropped off. I just bought a 2006 Toyota Tacoma from West hills Ford and it was an amazing buying experience. Shawn Barrera was the man! He was very helpful finding me the exact truck I wanted. The whole stuff was very friendly and welcoming. They even played with my 3 year old while mom and I were busy signing papers. We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle purchase!

I almost purchased a car that was in Virginia, during 2 different hurricanes. I did notice a large stain in the middle of the van. Because car dealers dont have a moral/ethical compass-buyer dont beware, buyer walk away and purchase from a private seller! I would rather roll the dice with the public than dealers.Because there is a car shortage, dealer honesty has sunk to an all time low; and you certainly cant rely on their honesty (they listed the car as a 2005, but carfax indicates its a 2004-the year of the hurricane.) If you can, Avoid this dealer!! I placed several calls to request my down payment hold money for this car be returned to me,$500, and they failed to respond to my requests. Im going on day 3 and I finally received a call, Hey, we got great news for ya! Just return the funds to my account.

5 WEEK repair waiting time… 3 cars nothing but problems. STAY AWAY.First car bought in 2017 and have had it in the shop for major problems once a year since. Transmission was replaced. They did all my oil changes and somehow my engine oil ended up with metal shards which created a need for a new engine. Now we are currently getting the turbo fixed because it was not replaced with the engine last time. 5 WEEKS has now passed and they still are “waiting for parts.” They never answer or return my calls. My service advisor has “been away.” Therefor, nobody knows what is happening with my car. It’s like it has seized to exist. I went to get something from the car about two weeks ago and my whole engine was in pieces just sitting out on the ground. Really makes you think what problems will come from that later.Second car has had a faulty known issue with the transmission since day one. 2014 focus. We have had it in multiple times to get the clutch plate replaced.Third car was my son’s and had the same transmission issues and was also a 2014 focus. He had clutch plate replaced twice and once the whole transmission needed to be replaced he finally said he was done and traded it in.West hills ford needs to get their act together. 5 weeks is way too long to be waiting especially with no straight answer on when it will be done.

I have to give a huge thank you to my service advisor Chelsea D and the team of highly trained technicians at West Hills Ford. I have an aftermarket service/repair warranty on my Ford Raptor. Chelsea went to bat for me and was able to get a huge amount of repairs approved and repaired for me. The warranty company did not make it easy but Chelsea persisted and prevailed. The drive home from the dealership proved to me that the dealership knew just what do do - and they did it right. It feels like my truck has been restored to new condition. I have coverage up to June of 2022 - I plan to have West Hills Ford check the rig out from top to bottom at every oil change - or more. Thanks for the great work and the fantastic communications during the service.

Service department review.This is how my experience went today, which happened to be my first time at this dealship.First I walked in, they had a reception desk that was unmanned, but a sign in sheet. Signed in and looked around no associates around to ask where the service desk was. Proceeded to the parts counter to ask, the kind lady directed me to the service doors. Stood at the what looked like a reception desk that had a sign saying the associate would be back at 2 due to training (its 315) waited at that desk for about 10 minutes, during which time at least 5 associates walked by me and not a single one asked me if I had been helped yet. Around the 15 minute mark of waiting a truck drove into the service bay and someone with an iPad promptly rushed over and proceeded to assist them. This was where I decided to walk out. I wont tell anyone which places to go or not go but I will gladly share my experience. I hope I have been a help to anyone else who was looking to walk in and schedule service.

Customer Service is a dying breed that is seldom seen in society and businesses today. I am a huge believer in customer service and feel that it is the only real way to have a successful business. When I experience great customer service where my expectations were far exceeded I want to boast about it. The crew over at Haselwood Ford in Bremerton starting with Chad Bass and Trey along with the rest of the staff are quite friendly and amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. They are friendly, enthusiastic and just all around great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and they found the perfect vehicle for the size of our family.Real class act from the time I entered the dealership, getting a complimentary mocha to the signing of the paperwork, I’m very impressed!! V8 4Runners can be hard to come by in good condition. Saw their listing, stopped by and checked it out. Brian Brase gave me the full inspection list showing what they had done and the recommendations of their techs. As an E car with no warranty, implied or otherwise, this transparency is critical to an honest sale. I signed the paperwork because I was sold the steak, not sizzle.

Brenda Dunn gets it done!This fine person is a service advisor for diesel trucks and fleet. She worked miracles on my f350 and did it fast, with great communication, and a smile on her face the entire time. I must admit, I chewed her OUT at 7:30am for something that really wasnt her issue, but she took my bad attitude and made everything right. Brenda is a genuine asset to this dealership. I will bring all my trucks to this dealership for service as long as I get to work with this dynamo. Top notch service!

Had car towed to dealer, they said the crank pulley bolt came loose. Reset timing and tightened bolt, drove fine for about 24 hours then I got a CEL. Inspected myself and a local dealer I work at as a technician and found a absolute hack job. Broken intake, PCV line left off, brackets missing bolts, no MPI done, let me drive on broken suspension components like sway bar end link and right rear shock broken in HALF and didn’t say a word to me. Took to another dealer for CEL diagnostics and found even more wrong then I did. Said and I quote, “ who ever worked on your vehicle performed a absolute hack job” cel was for a damaged vacuum line from waste gate. Poor workmanship and cut rate practices.

I wanted to check on my new license plates for my new car. Unfortunately NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I was on hold for at least 30 minutes. So when I physically show up there are all kinds of people not answering the phone. Poor customer support!!!!

I came in, specifically, for the March Madness event, that ends tomorrow. I was planning to buy a vehicle, if the dealer employees seemed honorable. Honestly, if you are an older adult, you have been subjected to the pitch. I never got that. I was treated with such respect and kindness. I was listened to and truly felt valued by every team member I came in contact with. I could not possibly recommend a dealer more than this one. Shawn? You are so well suited for honest sales. Nolen was fantastic!! Best sales guy I’ve ever had. Wonderful voice and amazingly attentive.He even cleaned her up for me the day I came in to get it. The opposite of a stereotypical car salesman.The whole team worked really hard to make this deal happen. And I’m not gonna lie... they made this young guys dreams come true.Always wanted a GT in this color... so I’m over the moon happy :)“Mag-D” I think that’s his name? The finance guy who drives the Lexus... fantastic guy!Was able to get me a lower APR than expected and got everything done fast!To be transparent, Yes... they’re a car dealership, they’re gonna try to upsell you on rim insurance and warranties and it’s true they wouldn’t budge much on the price- and I didn’t get as much as I expected for my trade-in but it was a very smooth experience and was very worth it.Nolen really went the extra mile to make me happy.The price was far below other comparable offers for this particular vehicle- below even what KBB would say is “fair” for this car.And who cares honestly... it’s my dream car :)Awesome COVID-prevention strategies too! One of the best experiences of buying a car. I went into the experience pessimistic because my credit was shot to terrible depths years ago. So of course once I entered the premises I kept telling every salesman that came near me that “my credit is terrible and I’m positive y’all can’t help me so let me know now and I can go back to the wonderful day I was having” they looked at me and kept saying just try you may be surprised at what we can do for you. Specifically Jose was excellent he genuinely made me feel that he was trying to help instead of sell. He never tried to push to much info about the cars to me, but always answered my questions. I think that was perfect because they truly let the cars they had speak for themselves. It was like being on a test drive with a friend. The financial person was great aswell. And the person drawing up the rates was amazing aswell. Again they never tried to actually sell to me it was more these are the facts of what we can offer if you don’t like it we’ll see how much we can budge and lower the numbers to your satisfaction. I liked this experience so much and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

I just want to give a big shout out to the fine folks at West Hills Ford Mazda. You guys are awesome thank you so much especially you Dave! (The sales rep who helped my wife and I)My wife and I had been looking at cars all day from Port Orchard to Puyallup and then back to Bremerton. I can tell you that every single car lot we went to we had a bad experience with the salesperson. Except for this lot. As soon as we pulled in even though they were almost closed a woman named Bonnie warmly greeted us which immediately changed our attitude away from skepticism. They left us alone for a while and let us browse vehicles and then after a while a sales rep named Dave came out and greeted us. He was so friendly and so real we loved him it didnt feel like he had an agenda and he was just being genuinely awesome.We ended up finding a used Mazda Tribute that we liked a lot and he took us out for a spin to the other car lots pointing out our other options. It was great and helped to re assure us even more that his goal was to help us and not himself.By the end of the night (9pm at this point) we had bought the Mazda we loved and drove away with it happy.And because I am always the skeptic I took it into another mechanic later that week and the result was that the car we bought is in amazing shape and should last quite a while.Thank you guys,Job well done

Having a Ford truck I was in the position of choosing West Hills Ford or a Tacoma dealer to have some warranty work done. I decided to choose West Hills Ford and boy I am glad I did ! Once I arrived I was warmly greeted by Kelsi in service. She promptly signed me in and explained the process and how long it would take, a few hours later she called and stated my truck was ready. When I arrived she let me know that they found a interior trim piece that was flawed but didnt have the part and to please return next week to have it fixed, which I did. The whole experience was easy and Kelsi along with the rest of the staff was kind and professional. West Hills Ford is now my service destination.

I tried to get into the “other” dealership for months to take care of a couple recall notices. I would stay on hold up to 30 minutes, then have to leave a message, and never got a call back. West Hills was SO EASY to schedule with! I made the appointment online, had my car in the next day, and my car was fixed in just a couple hours! Great service! Super nice facilities! I will go back when it’s time to trade in!

Chad called me today to apologise and let me know that he had been out of the office for several days unexpectedly, do did not receive my voicemails or email. My cars rear end gave out and I had it towed to West Hills on a Saturday. I called the same day to see what the status was of my vehicle and how much it was going to be to fix it, after 20min of being on hold I they finally answered and told me that everyone had left for the day and wouldnt be back till Monday. I called Monday after work and was told that they had left for the day again, this was at 4:00pm. Its been nothing but constant stress and getting no where with these guys i finally got a ridiculous estimate of over 8000 to fix it and if I chose not to fix it I still owe them 800 just for them looking at it.

Ive been getting my Mazda service here regularly but Gerardo in the service department just solidified me always coming back. I went in for an oil change and was surprised to walk out to Gerardo taking time out of his day to buff out some transfer paint and surface scratches on my car that were there when I brought my vehicle in. I can not say, Thank you, enough to my Service Advisor, Kelsi. What she did for me was above and beyond the call of duty. Long after I had left the dealership, after my vehicle had been serviced, she took my issue to the Service and Finance Managers, fought for my what she felt was fair and earned me a Ford credit. Wow! What Kelsi did for me was not asked for nor expected, because of her customer service, I WILL come back to West Hills Ford for my vehicle servicing. If you see this Kelsi, I say again, THANK YOU! UPDATE (6/24/2020)John, the service director contacted my mother today, and was very kind. He is reimbursing the full amount except for the horn, which is totally fine. We were not in this to get free work/service, but just wanted the company to take responsibility and wanted the job done appropriately, and completely. John was fast to address this issue, and made sure we were aware the tech that didnt do what he should have is no longer working there. The work the 2nd tech did to the vehicle was wonderful, and were happy the car is safer to drive now. We are extremely happy with how John handled this situation. Im changing the review to 3 stars (up from 1 star) solely due to John, and his quick action, and that the tech no longer works there. *Future work will determine if a higher rating will be given*Note to manager: Please find a way to implement a process to check/verify the techs work so this situation may be avoided in the future.My mother took her car in for service, and a few hours later they said it was ready for pickup. She, and my wife, went to pick it up, and West Hills gave them the full point inspection paper stating that everything was good. NOPE. They didnt touch A THING! She paid over $150 for absolutely nothing to be done. Luckily they didnt leave the lot, so they went back inside and the service department said they would have another tech look at it in the morning. The next day West Hills calls and admitted nothing was done, and gave a quote of over $450 for everything. 5 days later, she was finally able to pick the car up, and West Hills Ford refused ANY type of refund for the work they NEVER performed, and only gave a 5% discount for their lack of professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and their lies. NEVER buy a vehicle from this place, and absolutely NEVER take your car in for service here. They DO NOT CARE about their work, or YOUR SAFETY. They ONLY care about ripping people off for their money.

BAIT AND SWITCHI rented a car and drove an hour to see a specific truck they had scheduled me to test drive. When I arrived a very unwitting young man who was assigned to me didnt even know which vehicle I had come to see but immediately started asking if I was interested in other vehicles, no I replied.He said hed bring the truck around so I could see it and a few minutes later the manager came over to explain there were some major problems with the Truck I had scheduled to test drive and they wouldnt be selling it. I then told them the parameters for the years of a tacoma trucks I was interested in, its very specific. They came back with one way newer and more expensive than I was looking at. Not even close to what I asked about but you gotta try and sell a car right?Im sorry you wasted my time, my money, and risked my health with a scheme which is quite frankly, illegal.

Took my car here for a diagnostic on a transmission issue I was having that came back with over $5k in repairs. The vehicle it’s self is worth about $5k. Over $3,000 in just labor alone, however they said they could knock out all the repairs in one day? You add up the labor charge per hour and that doesn’t really make sense. Ended up taking my car to a local mechanic and saved over $4k to get the ACTUAL issue I was having resolved. I know the dealership has warranty on the repairs they do but each service was at least $100 more than most places I called for a quote on the same service. All in all, very displeased with amount of money they tried to get out of me, won’t be going back.

These people were great! I was contacted within minutes of sending them a request for information. All the financing was done online; my trade in was done online as well. All I had to do was ‘show up’, sign the contract, leave my trade-in key, and drive away!I highly recommend West Hills Ford! They ‘rock’!

Went looking for a new/lightly used F250. No new trucks. Checked out the used trucks. They had a 2018 F350, but it was a fleet truck and well-used. Didnt want a wore out truck to pull a new 5th wheel.

Waited for hours after being told I would be able to drop off the keys and go only to be told that they wouldnt be able to make the sale and that I would have to come back a third time. All the other salesman left and they had to call another from a different building to tell me they couldnt do the sale. They also changed the price they were offering me 3 times. Will not be returning

Usually very wary of the salesmen and the hassle, but Austin and West Hills Ford was exceptionally patient and answered all of our questions. There was not pressure and no tactics. We changed our minds a couple of times, but Austin took it in stride and was really just concerned that we were happy with our purchase. We love our new F-150 and are very appreciative that Austin even entertained our 2 1/2 year old for a couple of hours. Thank you.

I was going to try this dealership for the first time and was extremely disappointed!!! I made an appointment the same day told them it took me an hour to drive there and when I arrived the mechanics were off work. They forgot they closed early that day. So when I emailed the manager I have never gotten any response. If this is how you treat new customers of new vehicles I don’t know how you will stay in business. I would have been happy with a response and a couple free Oil changes to show how sorry you were your staff made a mistake. Instead the guy I spoke with Gave me his card with 50% off oil change. I drove 1 hr each way, used gas money and time to come to a closed shop. The ladies tried to apologize but really???? No Response from the manager ??? Disappointing!!!!1-7-20 the manager still has not responded

While I have used this place before, during the pandemic their workers did not wear masks or wore them improperly and seemed very disgruntled by the fact I would not come in or share spaces with their workers or other clients. The service clerk seemed very terse and overworked and when I had my oil changed, I suddenly had a leak and my brakes were 1mm on the front and 2mm on the back and they wanted to do diagnostic checks that cost money rather than fix the leak and break bads?Took it elsewhere for a second look as my suspicious radar went off and sure enough, they were able to tell me exactly where my oil leak was and that they lied about my brake pads being 1mm. They actually had significant life left. While I was told this misleading information I do not know, but I caught them in the act once and that is all it took. I would advise you always get a second look before returning to this dealership for service. Its the only way these places will be held accountable for mistakes or unethical business practices.

West hills was great in the purchase of our car. Duffy was well informed and pleasant to work with. Duffy had plenty of knowledge when talking to us on our test drive. He helpful when the financing guy came to talk to us. He could have been a little more for the buyers rather than the company. Why does it take so long to purchase a car?! We came in at 2pm and left with a new car at 8:20pm.. That was ridiculously a little too long. Also, Loren in signing of the papers was great to work with. Nice and professional. Over all I would recommend Loren and Duffy.

Stephen was an amazing help. I wasnt pressured into a car I didnt want or sold a bunch of extras I dont need. The whole team took the time to understand my needs and make sure I was getting a good vehicle. They were careful to keep within my budget and were mindful of my limits. Ive been super annoying and been calling with questions since I left and everyone has been great about helping.All in all Im very pleased with my experience and would definitely send friends and family there.

I took my care in for emergency service. Thankfully it was not a major issue. The service department got me checked in and arranged shuttle service to get me to work and back. W Hills Ford did not want to cover the rental car in my new car 7 yr warranty & maintenance contract (from Jim Burke Ford, in Bakersfield) the 1st day I brought it there on a maintenance contract paid in full in 2014, and add the remaining 2 years to the new car just purchased at W Hills Ford.The sales team ran my credit, which was unnecessary, as I stated my plan would be paying cash. I am presently documenting how many new auto insurance offers and credit collections notices which I am unfamiliar with. I purchased a home in 2018 (on credit) and now, after visiting W Hills Ford, my credit score has dropped substantially.Afterwards, another representative offered to sell me a different auto insurance.This was a waste of my time.The week after my purchase I noticed the cargo cover (for the space in the rear) to be missing. It came with the top of the line Titanium Ford Escape. When I called, transferred twice, disconnected, then no one returned my call. I loved that feature, as it was also in the Hybrid, because it covers your contents, so as not to be visible to possible theft. When I called back about the cargo cover for my new car, all that was said was he would look into it and it was expensive.You might consider, I purchased the car there, and maintenance contract. It might be in your companys best interest to improve the customer follow up.Thanks for asking as, if you dont ask, you will not know where improvements can be made. I still do not have the previously mentioned cargo cover, just the empty slots where it was supposed to be.

My 13 F-150 needs to have a funnel to add anything to the gas tank except at the pump.I had loaned my truck out, when I tried to drive it ran out of gas in my driveway. When I looked for the funnel I purchased years ago it too was gone along with the gas.I called West Hills Ford parts Dept. told the young man on the phone and began to order another funnel. He told me they were in stock. I asked him to send to me through usps rather then ups. He also told me shipping would cost $12, I had no choice.Just when I began thinking “no good deed goes unpunished” there was a knock at the door.It was the young man I ordered the part from. He told me he didn’t feel right about charging me $12 to ship SO he brought it too me. I wasFloored is that good customer service or what?Thank you young man from parts Dept.

Had a problem with my Ford Escape Key a few months ago. Was bounced around a bit and landed at West Hills Ford. They would’ve gotten it taken care of sooner if I hadnt been staying at home due to COVUD-19, but I stopped by today just to check on it and they took care of me on the spot and got the issue resolved! As always the service & employees from the service department to the snack bar are great. And they are going the extra mile right now with social distancing & sanitizing as well.

Under previous management, I vowed never to return in order to service my Mazda 3. However, when I found out that ownership had changed and they offered enticing coupons, I gave them another chance. I’m glad I did! Great service. They honored a fairly old coupon. They were courteous and quick. Great experience. West Hills has won my business!

After moving to Bremerton, I thought I would shop local. I bought a used truck from these folks. Nolan in sales was a nice enough guy. While they refused to negotiate on price because they claimed the truck was in perfect condition and had completed a detail inspection. Now - I’ve come to find that they want 2k Dollars to fix a water intrusion issue that has clearly been there since day one. They sold me aftermarket warranties which were touted to cover everything except gas. It’s complete garbage. Their sales manager cursed at me on the phone, explaining that he didn’t want to deal with problems like this. I kindly asked that they discuss amongst themselves where they would be willing to meet in the middle on the mater. Many attempts to reach the sales manager later he had ghosted me.This company needs to be run out of town. They clearly have only their own interests at heart - waiting to pounce upon the hard-working folks of this town. I can’t express how strongly I would steer clear of this horrid company. Please read the other reviews out there.

The group seems genuine at making customer service important. Kelsi was my service advisor for the follow up service and did a great job. Recently went in after restrictions were eased to return a lease. Ive bought 10 vehicles from here over the years and debated leaving this review. Worst service and experience Ive had. Dishonest and unwilling to work with a lease that they sold me. I bought a super duty from another dealer and will NEVER go back to West Hills or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed.

Most painless car buying experience Ive ever had. Everyone was helpful, with no pressure, pushing, or pain. The salesperson deserves special recognition due to coming in on a day where she was not supposed to work, in order to make sure there was no chance of miscommunication. From start to finish took about 3 hours, most of which was spent making sure whichever car would actually work for me, both physically and financially. Seriously, for a typically horrible experience like car buying, this was a breath of fresh air, and not a cheap tree shaped air freshener one either.

Been battling with them for 2 years to fix our truck.Bought the extended warrantyPaid for the truckWas fully ripped offLeft with a truck that needs a motor rebuilt and a long battle to get them to do the right thingThey don’t care about the customer, the service will lie to you and do everything possible to not do the right thing if it’s not in there best interest.Our warranty is faultyAfter 2 years and several visits it’s clear we will have to settle this in court.Why would you agree to fix it and honor the repair then call me and say yup it still smokes and no we are not going to do anything about it. Our vehicle was in the repair bay having major engine work done which took 24 days to complete. In the end, our vehicle was beautifully repaired and runs fantastic. We were, however, frustrated over the amount of time it took to complete, but the general manager reached out to us and made things right! I was very impressed and would recommend their service department to all my friends :)
