Terrible customer services! I export cars overseas for our military members and we must have an inspection of the vehicle done in order to obtain marine insurance. 3 times I have requested their services only to be forgotten about or told we didnt see your request in time or sent an email explaining issues getting on to the port the day the vessel is sailing! I even sent in the request 3 WEEKS ahead of time. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If you like speaking to someone abrupt and rude, give a call here! Hell even hang up on you for no extra charge!

Vehicle showed up exactly as described and even a little better (had the original manufacturers tool kit which I was not expecting). I had a lot of money out on this purchase so was a bit worried but the vehicle showed up right on time and I couldnt be happier with the experience.
