Service is fine, but dont expect too much if you want a latest system if you need one for the holiday. Sometime pre-order is good and sometime it can your worse nightmare to have the pre-order if they cancel at anytime , when their district manager of that area said so. Be known ahead of time beforehand.

Dillon was super friendly and knowledgeable and got us exactly what we needed for a very reasonable price. Would definitely come back!

Awesome store. I will buy DC Superhero Girls Teen Power on Nintendo Switch in June 4, 2021 on Friday, new game in new release date. DC Superhero Girls Teen Power is based on the Cartoon Networks best hit tv series, DC Superhero Girls (2019 tv series) created by Lauren Faust when she created that cartoon.

Love the service and store. Unfortunate their inventory for the Nintendo Switch has been out for a couple months.

Went to buy a used game for my grandson for $30. The sales clerk alerted me that buying a new version was half price. I would have never known the difference if he wouldnt have told me. You dont come across this type of honesty too often any more. Greatly appreciated! 👍

The staff is really nice theyre very helpful and very knowledgeable now why am I giving it three stars its because of how they do this stock on the games they have everything on display but you dont know if they have it on stock until you want to pay the store manager apologize to me because my 5-year-old really wanted a game and we have to walk out with empty hands, he told me that its a store policy to do that so I hope in the future they can change that

Gamestop is in the Brea mall on the lower level. This location has a small selection of games. They only aloud 5 people in the store at a time. The staff was not that friendly or helpful. I left unhappy and will not be coming back to this location.

This is my shop, the employees know me there, they never try to upsell me and the passion for gaming is real, i can come im talk some shop when the day is slowing down. Love it thereOnly wish is they could get a bigger spot other than that its right next to the food court. No complaints ^^

They kept the reservation for what I wanted and was great about it! I wrote a bad review earlier cause my parents tricked me! Sorry about that. But they were honest about everything and my parents just pranked me! My parents then told me that the people here are very friendly and were very helpful with everything.

I called in for a cable and the team member said that they did have it in stock. i drove over and they had it at the front counter without me even asking. i just hope nothing happens from here on out. that was nice of them to hold it up front for me. i was in and out and got exactly what i needed

The GameStop employees here were really friendly especially the newcomer Amanda she was really nice asking people if they needed any help. I was there scouting to see Xbox One consoles specifications for accessories and she gladly helped me out with my questions. She even offered me some of the specials they were having on Xbox One deals for Layaway or even the GameStop credit card I didnt know they had. I recommend dealing with Amanda here if you get a chance plus she was very pretty :)

I made a reservation for a collectible and called to find out the shape of the box it was in. I was told it was in great condition. I let the guy on the phone know I was driving a long way for it, 30 minutes from Westminster, and he stuck with his story that it was in great shape. So I get to the store excited to get my item... The box was in horrible shape, unobjectively bad condition. A scratch on the front and the top right corner caved in a bit. It sucked being lied to and driving all that way and to top it off... complete apathy from the sales associates when I voiced my displeasure.
