I sent my iphone to this company via a prepaid label. Which was already a bonus. It only took 4 days to get there. Once there I checked online to review at which stage the company was at with my resell. I unfortunately did not unlock my phone. Tried to say my device had an lcd burn and offered $13 from the previous offer of $31. There is no burn, I had the device inspected efore mailing it out. Ridiculous.**Edit this review was made after receiving the 1 original email stating the change in offer for my device. Not until after I made this review was I contacted with pictures of this device, that Im not even sure is mine, with a supposed lcd burn. Sent in a nearly new Samsung S6 phone that had been in an Otterbox heavy duty case since the day I bought it new. No scratches, dents or anything. Got an email back saying there were scratches on back and front screen. Asked for pictures. They sent pictures showing scratches which were not there when I sent it. The scratches also appeared new. I sold my Galaxy Note 8 which was in near perfect condition, but I selected Good, because it was an older phone, even though it lived in a case since day one. After I mailed my phone, I thought about the condition, and regretted not selecting Like New even though it was only a $20 difference. I was paid for the actual condition of the device, not what I put on the website. A lot of places wont go the extra mile, and just accept what you think the condition the device is in if you were to undersell yourself. These guys are actually honest.

If I could rate this company a zero stars I would. They sent me a tested and unlocked phone. About two weeks after using it, the phone locked itself. Turns out it was a T-Mobile phone and was not unlocked as advertised. My guess is that the phone was stolen, but one thing I am sure of is that it was not tested. If it had been then they would have caught that it was not unlocked. I highly recommend you do not buy a phone here.Edit: in their response, they claim that When we received and inspected the device it was unlocked for use on any carrier then they go on to claim that it became locked after the fact. This is not how phones work, the phone was always locked. It just takes time for the device to recognize that the SIM card is not correct. This means that OCBuyBack did not test the phone upon receiving it because if they had, they would have found that it was locked. Phones do not lock themselves after the fact.
