They sell fake items replicas and refuse to accept returns filing a better Business bureau complaint regarding their business do not buy anything from these sellers as they are conducting fraudulent business and will continue to do so until others speak up on their wrongdoings!

I bought a clutch kit from them for $260 and being disabled was not able to get to the project right away . When I finally did I found that I had ordered the wrong part . I contacted them and explained the situation to them and was told I could send it back and pay the difference of $130 for the right part . So I paid the $20 got the tracking number and contacted them about a week after they received it back since they did not contact me . I have asked numerous times for the invoice and have not received it though I was told a few times that they were waiting for the ok to send it . So going on over a month and have been ignored and there phone just goes to a voice mail box that is not set up . So I have been screwed out of $280 stay away from this company read all the other bad reviews online not on ebay liars and theifs

I have bought a clutch from them . I tried to get it installed about a month later since we were waiting for other parts for the vehicle. when we were ready to install it, We found out that they have sent an clutch kit that is not compactible with the car. I contacted them for a return and refund. They said they will send a shipping label. Few days later they did not send a label saying that it was over 30 days and I need to ship it. After I shipped the part back, I contacted them. Not only I had to pay $30 for the shipping, now they don`t respond to my messages or refund me.

Waste of lots of time and money. worst customer service ever, not willing to help at all. cant believe this.

Have issue with clutch and flywheel and they ignored my emails after confirming my order.

Waited several days to ship, After They said it had shipped. Contacted customer service on 2 occasion about an incomplete clutch kit, Did not get a call back. Received an e-mail with INCORRECT information. Had to buy correct parts elsewhere. Spend a little more money and buy better quality from a better supplier.

They dont want to refund my money back they send me the wrong part and I had to pay to send it back to them and they say they didn’t receive it bout i got the tracking number that says dilivir i got proof

Terrible .... Clutch supposed to be delivered 6/15 no clutch today is 6/20 still no clutch . No response from emails and worse yet the clutch hasnt even shipped yet . I ordered through Walmart.com for the rewards on my credit card and now its just plain frustrating.Car still waiting fathers day gift ruined and no response from them 😠😠

Clutch died, went with my miata mechanic to Grip force looking for new clutch parts. They responded pretty quickly and gave us the parts we need at a decent price! Would definitely recommend

Purchased a oem style clutch kit and flywheel. After installation Im notified its a retro fitting kit. Apparently the term retro means not correct!! This was blantanly the wrong flywheel, now Im stuck out of money and labor. Very very poor customer service. Will never deal with this company or one of its affiliated eBay stores again.

Purchased a clutch from them on eBay. The clutch sent did not fit and they were horrible to deal with and refused to refund. Had to dispute through eBay. Strongly recommend you buy from another seller who knows their stuff.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. No one answers at their listed number; always goes to voicemail which is always full. 888 number as listed on their website goes immediately to claim your $100 Walmart gift certificate? No one will ever call you back despite repeated emails. Only response come when you say I need to buy another item from you. , and even then, from several different return email addresses other than listed on their website. DO NOT DO ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THIS BOILER ROOM OPERATION. I wish I hadnt!

Second time here, staff is very helpful and fast, getting a new flywheel and clutch kit for my type S. Cant beat these prices! Will return when in need of other products they offer!

Stay away, product is no good and will not refund once you install it to find out. Pay the little extra money for a quality clutch and it will save you more in the end. What a joke of a company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!This company should be reported to the BBB in California. We own an automotive repair shop in Missouri and were working on a 2004 Mazda RX8. We wanted to upgrade the clutch to a stage two. We purchased the clutch through Ebay from this company. After installing the clutch, we drove for approximately 175 mile on highway and the clutch exploded. We contacted them to warranty the product, where they proceeded to tell my husband he installed it incorrectly (he is a 19 year ASE certified technician). We never got to speak to the same person twice and each one had a different excuse or story on why it was not their products fault. All we wanted was to warranty the product!!! Their customer service was rude on multiple occasions, gave conflicting stories, and were down right shady. This company is selling a product, knowing that it will be defective and having no intentions on standing by their product. This goes beyond bad customer service and is a safety hazard. I am planning on contacting the BBB of California to file a complaint. This company also goes by Megatuning INC. and Grip Force.

Stay away from this place.. first they send me the wrong clutch kit i ask for a shipping label to return they refuse to do so unless i gave them a positive feedback which i did to get shipping label. 2 weeks later they send me the shipping label i return the clutch they took forever to process my item to then tell me they cannot give me my refund because the parts looked used. Sent the wrong pilot bearing (too large outer race, thrown in loose in the pressure plate box without even a bag around it), sent a lightweight flywheel with only 6 bolt holes for the pressure plate (stock is 9), sent a crappy aftermarket input shaft bearing that has roughly twice the sleeve surface area for the inner sleeve.Wont be leaving negative feedback on ebay because after being placed on hold for 8 minutes, was lied to on the phone about receiving a refund for the cost of just the pilot bearing in exchange for positive feedback. Customer service sucks, products are misadvertised, YMMV.

Very bad experience, I purchased a brand new clutch from this company off ebay for my 2005 Toyota Corolla XRS-exedy oem kit (kty14) parts came in quickly, I ended up doing the clutch 8 months later only to find out the clutch kit they sold me was incorrect (even if the add stated it would work with an xrs) kevin who works there gave me the run around and even telling me I was installing it incorrectly, he even tried telling me my car had an engine swap.the clutch itself works (part was for a 4age older toyota) the pressure plate does not, he basically told me to beat it as it was 8 months later, the add was misleading, the customer service is absolutely terrible and i will do whatever i can on social media to make sure people are aware this is a poor company that doesnt even know what they are selling sometimes, they also treat customers like we have no idea what we are doingi do not recommend this company to anyone. avoid at all costs, purchase from the supplier directly at least they can get correct part numbers

Do not buy from these scammers , ordered a part from them that was claimed to be compatible which wasnt , i returned the item and they deducted 20 % off the whole price even thought they messed up , i speak with tony and he makes a deal to refund my money if i leave a good review on ebay, i did leave a good review never heard back from him , spoke with scott too that was apparently looking into the matter , 3 weeks later i call in and speak with Kayle and he says they cant do anything about it . bunch of liars and dishonest people. do not buy from them.

Ordered a clutch for a subaru impreza. We received half of the pieces by the time we got all of them and installed it turned out to be a defective clutch a total nightmare. I had to open a case with my credit card DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM all they have is junk!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM GRIPFORCE . I bought a stage 2 clutch ($360)from them less then a year and it failed . They clutch has a 1yr manufactory warranty. So i called and spoke to the manager Jake . This Guy Jake was no help at all waste of time. He told me he would sell me a new clutch at COST ($180) and that the best they can do for me. After all i end up spending $800 for installation with clutch i bought from another company. I GIVE GRIPFORCE ZERO STARS. They also go by the name of (Megatuning Motorsports)

Gripforce is a company I will no longer do business with. I bought a STAGE 2 clutch that only lasted 6 months. I went back to them and asked what can we workout. I was told there nothing they could do for me.

Only refunded half of the money. Then lied about sending the rest. Avoid this company at all costs. By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
