One of the smaller AutoZones. They are pretty stocked up on parts and accessories. The store is well staffed and ready to assist you. If you can not find the item assistance will be provided in locating your items. They offer weekly discount deals. Also some items are price matched. For some of the simpler things you need installed. Like windshield wipers, light bulbs or battery. They will go out to the parking lot and check out the part to verify the correct fit. Also help with the quick install.

My family and i have been visiting this location for years and its in a very convenient easy to get to street corner for us. i purchased a battery and got it installed at no charge. this came as no surprise as we have had this done for us in the past. they have competitive prices and if they dont have something you need in stock, they will try their best to find you what you need at other locations.

Great place to find difficult parts the counter guys are pretty knowledgeable.

My car battery suddenly died yesterday and needed to be replaced. I called AutoZone on W Lambert who was still open in the early evening. I talked to Vinnie on the phone who was very helpful and professional and told me to come over right away. He not only helped me with the new battery but changed it out for me without a charge. Vinnie was very professional and gave me good information moving forward. I heartily recommend Vinnie and AutoZone for your auto repair needs.

I needed my headlight replaced. I came in and was helped by Sarah. She checked the website diligently to make sure to get the proper headlights. I ended up buying both instead of just one because the deal was so good. She came out and replace them for me. The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL, she was absolutely Amazing. Knowledgeable friendly staff.Along with military discounts.If they dont have it they can usually get it the same day or the next day.Alternator and battery checks right on the spot.Great job to the employees of this AutoZone setting the bar in customer satisfaction.

I would like to recommend the Brea/Lambert Auto Zone outlet particularly Dennis who assisted me with a problem over the phone and did the research to fix the problem quickly and efficiently at the store Very helpful and pleasant.

I went today to buy a filter and coolant for my car. Chad the store manager was very helpful and he helped me instal the pad and put the fluid in my car. He also helped me with the air conditioning. He was very honest and helpful I would like to give him the five star rating and more.

Called yesterday and was told they would install my new battery I wanted to purchase when I came in today. The employee, older man with frizzy hair, was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me he wouldnt install it because I cant. I then asked where we could go and he said he didnt know. Didnt apologize for the inconvenience and had a bad attitude. If you cant do a major function of your job, why are you there?

Smaller than most AutoZone stores. They normally have to order parts that should be readily available like lights or batteries.

Bad place for business. Went and bought oil and filter that they had on special and it kept ringing up at a more expensive price. I kept telling them that its on special and they would tell me that they knew but wouldnt change it amd if i had a problem with it to contact autozone corporate because there was nothing they could do to help me about the price. The register guy kept arguing with me while the manager stood next to him and did nothing. This is horrible customer service. Will never do business with these horrible people again or autozone. Im taking my business to pep boys, oreillys and napa
