Purchased a blower belt from BDS that was found to be mislabeled (not their fault) Contacted Christina at BDS and after some back and forth issues, the problem was resolved and a new (correct) belt was sent quickly. They also promptly refunded a shipping cost that I incurred. Thank you.

BEWARE!!!! If we could give negative 5 stars, we would!!! The lady who answers the phone is absolutely obnoxious and should be unemployed. There is a total lack of professionalism here. We’d be terrified to spend one penny with this place after our experience.. Apparently all the negative reviews are true.. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but now there is no doubt.. they are absolutely awful to deal with. The obnoxious lady mentioned above abruptly told us to go somewhere else.. all because it was so hard to answer a simple question about a discrepancy online that contradicted what she was saying. So our advice is BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!! So glad we found this out ahead of buying the 2 blowers and 2 high dollar scoops we were about to shell out for. Dodged a bullet here for sure!

I have had many purchases at BDS. In LA, in Anaheim, and now in Brea. All three places I went away happy. Especially in Brea! You people need to learn how to get along with others. Your in the wrong country if you cant.

Same as below. Condescending sales lady lost a customer before she could even make a sale. Ask a couple questions, and she becomes dismissive and hostile while being unable to answer any technical questions in detail. After a little searching, I found a much better and more helpful company to purchase from who could explain the how’s and why’s regarding technical setup that I might have. It’s not rocket science, but BDS employees seem to think so.

This company stole $30.00 from me! Invoice #16-6081. I called asking for bolts to use on my BDS crank hub (which I explained was at the machine shop to fit the key ways, so I didnt know what the thread pitch was). You would think that BDS knows their own product well enough to send the correct bolts... I believe that she did it on purpose, she was trying to tell me that I didnt know what I was doing! After arguing with me and refusing to tell me the thread pitch she agreed to sell me bolts.It was three weeks before I received my crank and hub from the machinist, I called immediately but she wouldnt speak to me for 3 days...then she told me that it was just too bad.I will never again do business directly with BDS...The Blower Shop treats people with respect and accepts responsibility for their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and do business with a truly reputable company! BDS isnt it...
