Wasnt happy with the fact that B & G overcharges $2.25 for the Doggie Sundae which is just a squirt of ice cream with 2 biscuits. It is not worth the value. Youll get a better value for your dollar ordering a small cup of vanilla

Overpriced. I was excited to take my wife here after a few years of being away and was let down. We got the super nachos and a waffle cone. The cone had so little ice cream in it you couldnt even see it over the waffle and the nachos would have been better from a gas station for half the price. Higher quality or cheaper prices is needed.

B&G is the best! Service is great, ice cream flavor combos are endless, the food is exactly what you would expect from a long time small town dairy treat shop. Cheese balls, chicken strips and french fries -all perfectly fried with golden goodness. The malts are reminiscent of the old time malt/shake shops. My favorite item (that is only a blip on the full menu) is the E.T. avalanche, definitely a must on a hot summer night.

I love Milky Way. They have really great malts and shakes, as well as sundaes. Theyre closed over the winter, but thats ok. When they open for the season you know nice weather is on the way!

They have very good avalanche which is like a blizzard. I had a cookie dough one.

Ordered simple addition (Reece’s pieces) to a normal avalanche which I stated 4x times, and not only did they get the order WRONG, but they were RUDE and acted like it was OUR fault; stating it was “company policy” since we didnt catch it when they Listed our order, didn’t say sorry, offer to help correct, five pieces on side, or ANYTHING!.... just a tough BEEP! Such awful customer service, and in a small town. How surprising!

I. Adore. B & G Milkyway. Everything is delicious, the service is always fast and super friendly, and they have doggie sundaes for my bestie! Always get a little nostalgia when I visit, too. Never experienced less than 5 stars.

Not from here but... Its not anything special. The shakes hardly have any flavor. The burgers were good. But sense its an ice cream place we really expected some good ice cream.Some local family insisted we go and get the best ice cream in the area, maybe our expectations were too high but I thought dairy Queen blizzards are much better!!

So many choices of flavors! You cant go wrong no matter what you choose, everything is delicious. Our personal favorites: mint chip and black raspberry malts. The staff is very friendly; they will patiently walk you through the menu. Patio dining or drive through.

Tasty slush-shakes... I forget what they call them.

Just ordered 2 pizza burgers and some various other items. I took a bite of the pizza burger and it was legitimately fridge temp. Took both of them back and asked for something else and they asked if I had eaten any of it instead of I was lshowing andconvern. yeah I ate part of one of the pizza burger thats how I found out it was fridge temp. They reluctantly traded the 2 sandwiches I brought back for one burger. (They are the same price)

Havent been to a B & G in quite awhile and guess I havent been missing much. My mudslide avalanche was pretty much just vanilla icecream. My husband ordered a chocolate shake and it was more like a malt/chocolate icecream in a cup. Couldnt drink it like you should be able to with a shake. Had much better icecream other places for less.

Excellent local summer drive in for ice cream treats.

I just went thru the drive thu and got 2 slushies and when I got to the window the girls was complaining about how drive thru orders are do annoying and are a waist of time, and as I was receiving my slushies she was talking to someone elce and did not say a word to me before I left she gave me a dirty look. I have never experienced suck rudeness and lack of customer care.

They close at 9:30. So I get there right at 9:10. Lights are all on, drive through menu is lit, I assume theyre open. So I pull into the drive through. Sit about 10 minutes, and nobody comes on. So I think maybe its broken. I called them, no answer. Theres now 3 cars behind me. So I pull ahead to the window, thinking Ill just knock on the window. I do so, and theres 3 girls in there. All 3 refuse to even look my way. I knock a few more times, thinking Ill just ask if theyre closed. They all just ignore that Im even there! One is 10 inches from the window, and she purposely avoids even looking at me. Terrible customer service.

Over priced, banana split icecream is no longer the same. They cut few spices of banana and give you one strawberry cut in fourths and call it good😠

Just went there tonight to get some ice cream. Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:15, its open until 9:30 according to Google. All the lights were on but no one answered the drive thru, there were 3 other cars behind me. Tried calling them and no one answered. I pulled forward to the window and there were 3 girls standing inside, I knocked on the window and they all just ignored me, refused to even look at me, wouldnt even come and say that they were closed. Next time at least turn off the lights if youre going to close early. 😡
