The site online says it opens at 4a but when I got there on Saturday 10/9/2021 after 5a they claimed they just opened at 5a. When I pulled into the drive thru noone greeted me, I waited for 5 to 7 mins for no answer. I then called the store and when I asked if they were open and stated I was in the drive thru waiting-- the lady hung up on me abruptly and rudely. I pulled to the window and asked her what was going on, she was very rude to me and told me they had nothing ready, that they had  just arrived. I wanted ice cream after a long hard day at work and this is one of the only places open that time of day. She told me ice cream wasnt even ready, I did not believe her lack of truthfulness and sincerity. If there is a chance I will be treated that same way I wont be going there again. It is worth mentioning the employees were not wearing masks inside while working, and that I was not the only customer waiting who was neglected (Before and after me, lost business and future business), if this problem has been ongoing.

My kids scoop!! I’m highly upset!!! Do not go here these ppl are just playing. This was my daughters kids scoop looks more like a tablespoon. I called the manager n she didn’t care just said oh I’ll talk with my manager. No you need to talk to your staff they need to be retrained. Stop playing with ppl!

This place needs to shut down. They never have stock of anything. They close down whenever they feel like and they are clueless because they never have enough staff and always new people so they cant keep people. Was never like this. I use to love going there all hours of the night.

Poorest service I have ever received. They would have more than 3 employees and only 1 serves the customers. Others are busy in cleaning or doing their own stuff.

Horrible customer service at this location. It is seemingly ran by teenagers with little to no customer service skills. They constantly mess up orders and take an excruciatingly long time to fill orders, and then act as though you have inconvenienced them by making an order. If you try and call nobody answers the phone and their website is just ads with no way to contact anyone. I do not recommend this location.

My experience at this baskin robbins was absolutely horrible. Not only did google say they were open 24/7 but their SIGN...their OWN sign said they were open. Me and my boyfriend pulled in and as we are pulling in i see an employee pulling out of the parking lot. We checked the hours posted on THEIR own door and it says 5 am- 5am. Absolutely ridiculous.

Never never have something in stock. They are not able to make milkshakes they never have rocky road never never. I always goes and asked for the same thing. Worst Baskin robbin . Terrible Service!! They let a new employee (first time working) was working unsupervised. She didnt know from Coffee ice cream from Chocolate ice cream! Told they didnt have cones but there was a display box of them. Gave a small milk shake when I asked for a medium. When I tasted it if tasted like milk with a slight coffee. In my 72 yrs I never had such terrible Service from a totally untrained employee. In her defense she should have been being trained!!!

Don’t bother coming here if it’s after 10-11pm. No one will even answer you at the drive thru and if you drive up to the window there will either be no one there or the person inside will pretend they don’t see you and won’t acknowledge you. Absolutely horrible customer service. Maybe a better experience would be provided during the day, but it’s supposed to be a 24 hour location.

If you come i hope you’re not actually looking for ice cream. been here multiple times and always get told they’re out of simple things like vanilla chocolate or strawberry ice cream. once purchased brownie sundaes with no brownie in it. might as well just give up the idea of selling ice cream since you wait in line just to get told “i don’t have that”

Waiting for someone to say hello in the drive through.. waited a good 15 minutes. No service. Guy in the front says someone should answer. I go back to the drive through, nobody. Pathetic. Ghost shop. Or maybe the employees are invisible?

Ordered banana split and they didn’t have chocolate ice cream, strawberry sauce or pineapple sauce. Also, no hot fudge and I asked for chopped peanuts and they put chopped chopped almonds. And as if that wasn’t enough, 1/2 their freezers weren’t working apparently and we got melted ice cream. Absolutely worst experience ever.

I don’t know about their staffs, but I do know they have really good ice cream. This place opens 24 hours and you can come anytime for late night dessert! They have good Oreo ice cream and tasty waffle cones! A very good place to go and try out some good late night ice cream! Don’t forget to order it with waffle cone! My favorite cone of all!

Sign says open waited 10 mins in drive though for no one to come drove around building one car in parking lot and no one was in there try to call no answer. No one else was there

Has nothing that a real Baskin Robbins carries, or at least we were told they had none of the items we tried to order even though the website said they would have it. Instead of saying we dont have those items, the kid went with we cant do that which made for a nice awkward silence each time we tried to order something. Dont go here for ice cream.

Went for some ice cream since I had my coupon from T-Mobile $2 promo. Wanted to splurge and get 3 scoops. When I pull up to the window The cashier drops my and it lands on the ground, no apology doesnt offer me another spoon. I ask him how his he was and he told me Im annoyed oh ok well sorry to hear that. I get it we all have bad days so I didnt take it to heart. He was very transactional. I thanked him and wished him a good day. He didnt look at me or say anything or even offer me a spoon before i left. I saved a few bucks on a large ice cream so its whatever. I normally have good people at the window

The staff is super friendly and it was very clean. The lady that helped me was eager to help order my sons 3rd birthday cake. Even took my name and number for the cake lady to call me personally. Way to go above and beyond team.. 👍👍

Always have to wait because the Dunkin portion seems to take precedence or something is broken and the selection is super poor. It really should be home of 6 flavors instead of 31 because theyre spread across 5 categories. Im willing to drive the extra 20 minutes in the opposite direction for the next closest one and will from now on.

Today 10/3/2020 at 8:52 I went through drive true miss Charlotte I believe was the lady who took my order, I was gonna do this by survey but for some reason is not letting me... Anyways... Im a regular costume at this location and everytime i come theres always an issue with your crew. Tonight was amazing the lady give me an amazing service I was shocked. She needs a promotion! She gave me all the information I needed, she was nice and patient, she was quick to answer, and she was absolutely kind and fast! I really loved the way she had the ability to erase all the bad experience and create a good one! She better get a promotion or it would be a shame to not give a promotion to such a complete worker!!! Keep it up love!

Wow! What great service! I went to the location on October 31 at 3:45 A.M. The young lady was funny and cool. She made me a delicious pralines and cream with a giant cone. Great place for late night snacks and a friendly smile. Thanks!

Just left there, tried to order a milkshake but wasnt able to because they were cleaning the machines. This isnt the first time this has happened. I understand that you are open 24 hours and have to have a cleaning time but maybe you should try 3 or 4 in the morning

This Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins has truly improved a great deal. I went in on Sunday Aug 1Oth at around 4:40pm, and Sherell (the shift lead) was super friendly and helpful. I ordered ice cream and of course the flavor I wanted they did not have but Sherell recommended the watermelon flavor which was very good! Her attitude and customer service with exceptional also team member Shawn was polite and gave good customer service. Please keep it up Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins of Brandon👌

The drive through horrible waiting for ever no one acknowledges you’re there and after sitting there the complaint is about the worker being the only one working the drive through. Customer Service I think not. Listen I believe the customers all customers even if you quickly have to announce your situation to us. We would in turn appreciate the acknowledgment and wait patiently but instead this was. It about us the Customers. It was about the worker. On your job gracefully no matter where or who you work for!The manager did not once apologize for the inconvenience so disappointed!!

Got my little girl an ice cream and was helped by an extremely friendly and helpful person. She let my three year old try several flavors and was pleasant and patient with her. She even put her cone in a cup so as not to be too messy for a toddler. She thoroughly enjoyed her ice cream which in turn made me happy.

Worst Baskin Robbins!!! They never have bananas for banana splits when i come in and dont have brownies for there sundaes. I came in 525pm 6/23 and no management or anyone with authority there was a girl that had one week and another who had a couple weeks experience

Terrible. I ordered a double scoop of mint chocolate chip and when I got it, it only looked like 1 scoop. I informed the drive thru employee and she stated that it was 2 scoops, it clearly was not. After getting my double scoop, the employee handed me my other order, which I got in a cone. She didnt even wear any gloves. She handed me my cone touching it with her bare hands after working with gross money and who knows what else. Very disappointed and disgusted.

Says they’re supposed to be open till midnight, came in about 15 minutes before to no answer in drive thru and a locked door. An employee came out saying they were closed and it literally says on the door due to Covid-19 they were no longer open 24 hours but open until 12. Apparently they have lazy employees who lock up early. I just wanted a fudge Sunday 😑

I ordered a hot latte and they gave me one that somebody else probably returned it. It was cold from the refrigerator.

It didnt surprise me that this location had bad reviews because my experience was definitely similar. This BR location is intermingled with Dunkin Donuts and they had a drive-thru but we wanted to experience sitting inside like the old days and enjoy our ice-cream but maybe we were better off with the drive-thru. When we entered, there were at least 4-5 employees working behind the counter but only one was helping the customers so there was already a wait to get ice-cream. Their ice-cream selection is VERY limited and I was surprised that they didnt have Cookies and Cream. That was a huge disappointment on my end. I wanted to sample the chocolate but the lady ended up just giving it to me on a cone so if it was good or not, I had to no choice and thankfully it was delish. I also ordered a donut and that was good but the customer service was lacking and I mean I wasnt expecting 5 star service but at least, some basic customer service. Definitely not returning to this location.

STAY AWAY. I would give zero stars if possible. Not one, but two EXTREMELY rude workers that I dealt with. One walked up to my boyfriend and I and just looked at us. No greeting, smile, NOTHING. Finally my boyfriend just stated what he wanted. She clearly was not listening because she asked what size even though he already said it. Then just walked away. Someone else came over and literally the SAME EXACT THING. Stared at us, did not listen to what was ordered and asked questions that we already told her the answer to. Except this girl was obnoxiously chewing gum. I ordered something and she said Id need to order something else because the only person that knows how to make that is about to leave. I asked for a banana royale, which is just a small banana split. WHY DONT YOU LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB? I left without ordering and my boyfriends chocolate peanut butter shake tasted disgusting. I was so appalled I couldnt even be there any longer to get their names.
