The best chain donut shops around. Love to stop by when the HOT donuts sign is on. I only wish that there was one closer to where I live as the nearest one is over 60 miles from my home.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts. Every time I have gone the donuts are refrigerated cool, though. Not sure why I cant get warm/fresh donuts even with the hot now light on. Disappointing but still good.

This is not the place to get Krispy Kreme donuts go to Tampa off of Kennedy boulevardThis is like a poorly run franchise location but I do not recommend visiting in any way.I dont even think they make their donuts there the freshness and quality of the product was not of a real Krispy Kreme I dont think I could ever come back to this location if this is a franchise owner the franchise owner needs to go and work in the store and see what issues there are.

The best place for donuts, besides those in Hawaii. Enjoyed the various types of donuts and the quality they put in it. Don’t like it when they say jelly filled and only a quarter sized is filled. Krispy Kreme doesn’t do that. Thank you👍😁

PRO: good hours, friendly staff, real Krispy Kreme doughnuts.CON: Im pretty sure they just RE-HEAT donuts that have been pre-made. First clue, when I called, they reported the hot light is on all the time. I immediately noticed they seemed a little smaller than I expected and the taste was a little off. Still genuine unique Krispy Kreme. Yes, they were hot, BUT, I often reheat my own leftover Krispy Kreme donuts and I know they are just not as good as FRESHLY BAKED. So I know what re-heated looks & tastes like. VERY DISSAPPOINTED! I think this is miss-leading advertising. I will NOT be going back. Ill go any time of day or night to get HOT FRESH Krispy Kreme, but NOT just HOT RE-HEATED donuts!

Well I like your store better in Fort Myers I was really disappointed in that one thats the one I go to when I go to Tampa I dont know if you add salt to your mix but it tasted like it had too much salt in it you needed more help the young man that was working the line had to stop in between two or three customers and go back there and box up your donuts for you he didnt have any help you needed an employee in the back of the house

The staff at the Brandon store are very friendly and knowledgeable. Only doughnuts for me. Im from where KK began. Cannot figure out how the competitor keeps growing.The store is in a terrible location. Then again, order dinner from Outback pick it up then just drive across the street to KK for desert!I ordered them online and have not been able to order them since. 😧

They only had glazed left when I visited this evening. Today, if you bought a dozen donuts, you received another dozen for one dollar. So, no surprise. However, the glazed donuts were warm and soft. Customer service was great as well. Will be back to this location.

Well we went in for my birthday and the two young ladies that were working behind the counter were absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked in the door I had a pin on that said its my birthday and then one young lady automatically wished me a happy birthday. I received my free donut my husband received his free donut. They were the most Pleasant young ladies for so early in the morning. Seeing them being so bright and cheerful oh, they asked me made my day. The donuts were absolutely delicious as usual Ive never been to Krispy Kreme or the donuts are not good so thank you for making my birthday extra special.

Krispy Kreme has the best doughnuts, much better than DD. Nothing beats a hot glazed.The only reason for 4 stars is this one has a limited menu compared to other locations and they are out of flavors a lot of the time.

There were two employees this morning around 7, very pleasant and friendly! The girl I spoke on the phone before I stopped by was there, told her shes very nice on the phone and that I appreciate her kindness. We should have more people that are kindhearted.

Donuts were good, hard to find the drive through at night though. Theres no signage anywhere pointing towards it which was confusing. But you just have to swing around back of the whole plaza and then go through the employee parking to the side of the building where Krispy Kreme store front is located.

Best donuts ever. Why would anyone buy from someplace else? Place is small and shopping center is small too, so parking at times is hard to find and drive thru line can be long. It seems like lately they run out of dounuts. Im not sure if they make their donuts here or bring them in from the Tampa location. If it wasnt for this I be here more often. Since I work in downtown Tampa and pass by one off of Kennedy on my way to and from work, I usually go there since it is a lot bigger and doesnt share parking with any other business.

Many of the donuts were not available. Trays just turned upside down. Cashier acted as if taking my order was an inconvenience to her. She stood statuesque as the manager gentlemen pulled the glazed from the back. If youre open you should have what you advertise. Is that so hard?

Really great staff. They take their time to ensure your order is complete and accurate. Would give five stars if the location was more convenient, but definitely go check out this place.

Needs more counter help, I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up a pre-order. Then my order was short two specialty donuts that I paid for in the pre-order online.

Went there Sunday morning from sun city to get some pumpkin donuts and they only had one variety and glazed donuts. What a wasted trip. Went to circle k where they have more of a selection. Wont go there again and was a wasted trip. The two girls there were to busy talking to each other instead of the customer. Very disappointed thought it would of been better . Well walmart could do this

If you dont want to run a sale complain to your corporate office, but when every one of your other stores will gladly seperate a dozen into a half dozen box instead of saying we dont have any boxes and then when you pull up there literally stacks of boxes and you then even stated youd be fine with just one to keep donuts separate or even freaking bag and the guy says no.. Well Im sorry you had to work on the fourth of July but be glad you have a job.

Came into a store which should have all variety of donuts. And out of 1/2 of them at 3:00 came back next morning at 9:00 and was full of Varietys. And a nice young lady explained to me why. So great young lady. And donuts were great too.
