Went to the Bradenton UBREAKIFIX and met David. David who was awesome, as I explained my issues with my phone he listened and had my phone fixed in literally 2 minutes! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The next time I have an issue I will be back with out a question! Thanks David!!!

They gave me one quote over the phone, then a different one in person because of a “misquote” they should have honored the quote over the phone. They lost a customer because of that. A good business does the right thing and honors their quotes, even a misquote.

I went and did my broken screen on my iPhone and was quoted $213 to fix it in about an hour. I left and came back and David informed me that I had two screen protectors, one plastic on top of one glass and proceeded not to charge me a dollar. I would’ve not known the difference and the honesty was appreciated. I will be back should I actually cracked my screen. Thank you David for excellent service.

The staff are very nice & professional. I went here to fix my iPad Pro screen , they had to order the parts, a week after the part was ordered they notified me that it arrived. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! Went there to repair my phone and since I was a first time costumer they offered me a discount but I had to pay 25$ upfront then returned the next day to find out my phone was not “reparable” and when asked about the refund of the 25$ they told me to call a number to get the refund. After 2 months I just realized I signed up on a monthly suscription to Asurion home plus that I didn’t even knew it existed 25$ a month, so I ended up spending 50$ in the subscription plus the 25$ for a never repaired phone.

My phone was not working at all took it in to see what could be done Russell took the phone for maybe two minutes and when he comes back its like nothing was ever wrong with it. Great service friendly demeanor and super professional highly recommend their services

Took my phone to a different ubreakifix location to have cracked screen fixed 6 weeks ago. Fast forward 6 weeks and that screen stopped working. These guys at this location wouldnt honor the 90 day guarantee. I did absolutely nothing to the phone, it just stopped working. 90 day guarantee is a total scam.

These guys were awesome. My brother phone screen was cracked extremely bad🥲 these guys were able to fix his phone in hours. So that I can get it back to my brother before his son is born today ‼️🙏🏾💯

Be sure to get a price in writing before you leave your phone with them. I was told not told there would be an additional $130 charge after already paying $400+ to fix my phone. The cost is not the issue, but not disclosing it until afterwards is unethical, and I had asked several times if there was going to be an extra cost, and was told no. I interacted with 3 different employees, and none of the mentioned the additional cost, and I was actually originally told that it would be covered with the cost of my original payment of $400+. Lesson learned, I will take my business elsewhere moving forward, just wanted to warn future clients to beware.

I was in Bradenton, Fl. for a wedding, when I cracked the face of my business iPhone. My daughter recommended UbreakIfix, since she’d had a screen issue prior. David was professional and very responsive to my repair situation, since I had time constraints since I live in Houston and needed the phone for zoom meetings and was flying back in a few days. He had it repaired in 24 hours, and I was able to complete my meetings and get back to Houston with peace of mind.

David is the only person I let fix my phones! He does a great job! 10/10 would recommend.

They put me on a subscription for a service I didn’t even want, need, or ask for. When I called to cancel the subscription the costumer service said they get a bonus for putting people on it. This is clearly a scam that no one should have to go through. If I were you don’t even look upon these people.

Convinced to sign up for a free month of Asurion home plus. I asked if Id ever be charges and was informed that Id only be charged if I renewed at the end of thirty days. I specifically asked if I need to cancel on my end to avoid billing and was informed that there was nothing for me to do unless I wanted to renew. 6 months later, I realize my account has been drafted monthly by Asurion. Dont waste your time with those dishonest guys at the Bradenton store.

Worst place to ever go! I was better off going to geek squad! Poor communication and never fixed my product that I waited for an entire month for! They told me it was fixed and to come pick it up . Never the truth ! Wouldn’t recommend or ever go back there! My computer turned on when I took it to them and wouldn’t when I go it back.

Highly recommend!! They should make a commercial, I ran over my LG thin Q7 Android phone with my Jeep and they repaired & fixed my emergency in 1 day. They had a part overnighted and fixed by closing. They even stayeda couple minutes after 7 until I got there! Thank you for the great customer service and not charging me more than what they said they would fix $$$ it for!! So happy, I did not have to spend $500 to $700 for a new phone!! I purchased a phone screen protector here for $29.99 around 8-2020 and was told on 4-2021 that the screen protector has no warrant at all. Buy a zagg on amazon. They have a phone life time warranty and the one I just order was $9.95 with prime.

Stay far away from this establishment employees,management and possibly owners are scammer they sign up my mother form insurance without her permission we try to cancel they gave us some number for a third party they said my mother sign up for the service when she don’t speak English this service is for $25 monthly divide repair for electronics at your home I called the corporate office and they are aware that franchises are doing this scam to customers do not do business with this establishment visit another store they get rude when you tell them they got caught

Thought my Android phone screen was broken. Russell looked at and peeled the protective cover off! Screen was okay. He installed a new cover. Great service. Go there for any electronic device problem.

It took 5 weeks for them to get my playstation Back to let me know they couldnt fix it. I called at least 3 timesto find out what was taking so long and it took them 5 weeks to tell me that they could fix it they never called me back once bad service not good at their job.

I made an appointment for Saturday at 3pm. I arrived on time and was told they were backed up so likely wouldn’t get it done that day. I asked if it would be done on Sunday if I left it with them and was told yes. Sunday I called around 1pm to ask on the status and was told it was in the process of being worked on and would be done shortly. I asked for them to call me when it was done with at least a 30 minute window before they closed to get there. By 4:15 (they close at 5) I still hadn’t heard back so I called them. I was told it was done. I got in the car and began driving to get there. I got stuck at the train crossing for about 15 minutes. I called them to let them know I was on my way but because of the train would likely arrive at about 5:05pm and would they be able to wait for me. The manager said to get there as close to 5 because they are generally out the door by 5:03(he actually said 5:02). I arrived at the store at 5:04 and the doors were locked up. I understand that people want to get home but the fact that they never called me to let me know the iPad was done and then wouldn’t stay the additional 2 minutes? I had to have my father go and pick it up the next day which was out of his way. For the money charged to change a cracked screen I would have hoped for better customer service. Just very disappointed with my whole interaction with them.Edit: 11/19/2020 The store manager, David, reached out to me in regards to my original post. We were able to come to a great solution. My iPad looks great.

This place is a joke, Im sure if they got better employees that moved quicker than the dmv on zootopia they could actually get things done. We have samsung + and at first we called and asked if they did the warranty work for Samsung. Oh no we dont do that it will be 150 to fix the screen well that was a lie. So after getting a claim on the Samsung page and paying the 29 we finally had the confirmation and took it in the store. Dropped it off eta to pickup 2 hours later. Came in 2 hours later havent even started on it. So I took the phone back and Im never going in there again. And thats after standing in the line of people waiting for 30 minutes.Response to owner:Thats the thing yes its an assurion claim. When I first called and asked them if they honored that they told me no that it would be $150(cant remember the exact amount) to fix it as they dont accept warranty work. It just sounded like a scam from the start, I wont be going back. I picked the option to mail in the device.

Phone glass ...front and back...repaired and returned as anticipated. Felt more comfortable observing the steps in place to help customers during this time of uncertainty.?s for your consideration: do you change gloves before working on the next device? Consider automatically providing a glove before signing bill...otherwise everyone is touching the same pen.

While I was first amazed at how they were I got less and less of a good feeling. The only way I knew what was going on was me calling them on 3 different occasions. While Im grateful they helped me Im not all that thrilled with their response times

Took my LG V20 in for what I thought was a new charging port,being that it would not charge. They looked at it, cleaned the port and said ( there you go it was just dirty) and now it charges GREAT ! Didnt even charge me for cleaning it. Now thats CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ill definatly be back and Highly recommend this place!

They were great last time, but the 2nd time I brought it back, The guy who took my information when I walked in seemed like I was bothering him and very impersonal. No customer service. His name was David. The other guy on staff was great.It came back fast, but was flawed so I had to bring it back for them to adjust. Darren is great, David maybe needs to learn some Customer Service skills.

Took my Samsung phone in last days of warranty to them, as the charge port wasnt working. The guy checked it out, confirmed that the charge port was broken, said it wasnt covered by warranty, and said my only option was to buy a new phone (this one cost me $750 a year ago). Total blow-off.I went to another UBreak in Sarasota--the guy explained they couldnt fix it because charge port was connected to mother board, and that is beyond their level. He gave me Samsungs number, wrote a note describing the problem for me to share. I just got off the phone with Samsung, and I just need to send it in to have it serviced under warranty.Seems like UBiF in Bradenton should be IBuS--ItBreakuScrewed.

I love the fact that they offer free diagnostics on any device. Fixed plenty of screens for me and a computer that I had spilled water on.

My daughter’s iphoneX got a bright green line on the screen. Also it had problems charging and connecting to the computer. It would work but then the connection would break after a minute. Brought it to apple. They said it was not fixable because the female charging plug had a bent pin and that could not be replaced. They offered to give us a new phone for $699. I brought the iPhone to uBreakiFix on Cortez today at 10:30 am. They fixed the screen and the port for $250 plus tax. Prices depend on model of phone as parts cost differently depending on the model. Fix was done by 1:30 pm. I just tested the phone and it all works. Phone has no green line, is charging continuously, and I am able to download pictures onto my computer, meaning phone connects to computer and stays connected. Interaction with staff was professional. I will use this outfit at this location again.

I got my screen replaced on my s10 +a week ago. Paid 300$. Now my plastic belt clip is scratching it. The glass on a s10+ is supposed to have unprecedented scratch pertection. So I called and asked why would it scratch now when it never did before. They said they cant comment on that and said all they can do is sell me the liquid glass for $50. Are you kidding me

Dropped my phone today and my screen was totally unreadable, so I called and then brought my phone in and they fixed it in less than two hours. Im really pleased and impressed with how responsive and quick they worked to get my phone working and back to me.

This location replaced my glass on my iPad (for $160!) and I’ve had nothing but problems with my device since. I’ve taken it back in to have it fixed and the store manager refused to issue a refund for the defective part they installed. Terrible company. Terrible store manager. The owner of the franchise should be aware the manager treats customers so poorly. I will never be back, and I highly recommend you stay far away! I would give zero stars if I could. I will add I’ve also tried to get this repaired within the warranty window of 90 days and still a refusal for a refund for their shoddy part/breaking my iPad.

After waiting 5 days for an iphone part, they told me it was of poor quality and would not work. I also had to stand and wait for 15 minutes in the store to pick up my phone even though they had two more employees in the back.

I took my phone in for a cracked screen, got it back in 1.5 hours, it had a plastic screen cover on it (never had one on any of my phones before it made me suspicious that something was wrong) the home button was hard to operate, the tech told me that happens????? Got home set it on the counter 3 days later transferred a line to it from Verizon. It was hard to push home button so took it back the tech said I damaged it by putting it in my purse in a pocket. Talked to a Supervisor and she said I would need to pay more for diagnostics on it no guarantee. That’s bad business folks stay clear.

Very cool place! I went in with and issue with an Xbox and was handled very quickly! I was even invited in the backroom and personally viewed the issue with my product and a monitor. Place is clean and well set up with good technicians who explain and show you whats going on! The best part was they didnt charge me a fee, for a simple fix. Thank you!!

I went to UbreakIfix, 4434 Cortez Ave, My phone battery had exploded after staying in the sun. They told me they could replace the battery but they felt it would be a waste of money as my phone was old. I was please with their honesty.I will definitely go to them if I have a problem they can fix.

The only reason im giving two stars is because it didnt cost me anything for them to tell me that they couldnt do anything about fixing my PS4. I went in after calling them and telling them my situation with my PS4 and they spent less than 5 minutes looking at my console too tell me theirs nothing they can do that it was my mother board. I ended up taking my console to another electronics repair place 45 mins away and all that needed to be done was a hard drive replacement. They should specify that theyre limited to their skill-set when it comes to repairing electronics
