I needed a new phone so to AT&T I went.I was blessed to have Myra as my contact at store. Very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. She went above and beyond to satisfy my need for a cover for my phone. She had a young man shadowing her, who was also friendly and efficient. A good experience all around!

Amazing customer service. Jay and Lindy are top notch AT&T reps. They answered all of my questions, and they were very helpful with discussing options that would work best for me and my family. We were able to go in and walk out with 4 new phones and new lines of service in no time at all. Awesome experience overall. Would highly recommend.

This place is one of the better at&t stores Ive dealt with and Ive been been a customer for almost 15 years. Kelsey is amazing she really helped me understand how my phone works and I really nice and understanding. Cameron was so patient and funny he really helped make the right decision on what phone and even helped make it not such a boring and grueling process switching everything over. If I need to come back or whatever reason Ill be working with them forsure.

I recently bought a new phone from Mindy who was great. Today Juan was amazing! He spent an hour an a half with me trying to figure out my account. He was professional and courteous. He did not get defeated by the problem that presented it self. He asked others for help when needed and figured out the issue. There was a mixup with my online order, it ended up being canceled and I was instructed to come into the store. When I got in, Kelsey started helping me and told me I was having to pay $600+ to leave with a phone today. She worked her magic and I ended up leaving with an iPhone 12 in the color I wanted for $59.50 all because of a telephone number port thingy. Took all the time I needed and called my old company, very helpful and patient - At first I was very nervous about switching to a company with a contract but now I’m fine and happy to be with AT&T. I’ve been with AT&T for a long time. Wanted to upgrade my phone and went to the Cortez corporate store. The manager of the store helped me. She said my bill would go down with new program. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They lie. Bill went up in price and when I went to the store and quizzed them they just simply laughed at me. The manager and the associates around her all laughed. I guess it’s funny when they get to lie to you and screw you because they’ve got you then. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

We had excellent customer service at this store. The employees were friendly and efficient, they helped us solve a problem we had spent hours on the phone with customer service and we had been unable to get taken care of. I am very satisfied.

The first time I came here was in the middle of the pandemic and an employee sprayed me with Lysol. The last two times I waited an hour to speak with someone. The third time I was told I needed a new phone and went next door for a diagnostic (bc I was told they couldn’t do that) and discovered there was nothing wrong with my phone.

I have been dealing with AT&T’s customer service team over the phone for days and have been very confused over what I needed to do, and Danny as well as a few other employees that I didn’t think to get the names of were absolutely amazing in explaining a much easier way to fix the problem I am having! I am so happy I decided to come here!

Well now looking back at last experience and even every other major purchases there is always an irregularity. First with tbem putting insurances on wrong devices…plural. Then the g8 thinq was supposed to be a 35 a month with the deal be 30 of Tgst was being oaid by att from the promotion? So far I do t see any negative deductions? So when do I Daniel… get this stuff resolved and then because other factors like every visit has been with one or two others with me. So our consensus on what’s been said and actually done are not the same…

Visited the store to open a new account. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, and only waited a couple of minutes to be waited on. Our rep, Eric, had our entire account and two new phones processed and set up insanely fast, and was so accommodating of our time constraint. Also wanted to note: Eric waited to go on his lunch break to help us, which we REALLY appreciated. He’s a gem.

I had the greatest experience yesterday at AT&T!! I easily scheduled an appointment online. I was greeted and seen almost immediately. Parker was the associate that guided us thru all the many options AT&T offers.I now have a new iPhone 12!! 😊

Went here to upgrade my phone and to add someone onto my current phone plan with AT&T. I made sure to make an appointment this time due to almost waiting 45 mins the last time just walked in without one. Only waited 10 mins for service once checked in.The process of getting new phones was easy, quick, and understandable. Walked out with two new phones that were in working order and everything transferred from my old phone to the new one pretty quickly. The only thing that took the longest was the required software update in order the use the phone right out of the box because the WiFi dropped out periodically while the phone was updating. No ones fault, sometimes faulty WiFi at places of business is to be expected. Especially with so many people using it at once.

Kelsey was patient and understanding. She walked me through transferring my account from Verizon to AT&T. She was forthcoming about offers for healthcare professionals, and ultimately got my fiancé and I exactly what we needed. She was friendly and personable, and we would come back to see her specifically 10/10 times. Kelsey was excellent!

Ok. Pretty easy to get into and out of. Service is good, not many phones to chose from, though. Cane in today to see about upgrading my prepaid phone....non available, but was told I could purchase an att prepaid anywhere and mice my sim card.

Went into this location needing A new phone. I was told one thing about my installment plan, but was completely different when I called customer service the same night concerning my account. They were going to be charging me $10 more a month than what I agreed to in store. Luckily customer service calling 611 was able to fix the issues. My old phone that was replacing somehow vanished within the store. I have no idea what happened with that because the phone was no longer working anyway.

Cortez Road Rocks for service. I go in there all the time with questions. They help me rite away.My phone number was stolen. The got my number back. They put a new chip in my phone. I had no wait time. I walked in and they helped me rite away. AT&T is the best phone service!!!!

Joshua is the best rep I have ever come in contact with. I had some major issues with my account and he took the time to make sure it was resolved before I left. It was a long process but he somehow made the experience enjoyable while fixing my issue.

Worst service ever, specially Gabby she lied to me about not having the iPhone I wanted in stock only because she couldn’t get enough commission out of it, also lied about my account having issues, I needed this phone for my business, since I recently ported my 3 lines and bought two Apple watches from att, because of her lying to me i lost money. I wouldn’t recommend her at all all she cares about is the commission and don’t have any sympathy for her customers.

Closed my companys bank account 2 weeks ago, the autopay did not go straight away, stopped in the store requesting to make the payment and insert the new card for the autopay, the lady created a new PIN and when trying to make the changes and the payment told me that she needed the old card number to proceed with any step. Obviously the card has been kept by the bank upon closure, she said she could not do anything else without the od number and gave me a link to access the site in case I have found the old number at home. Not having the number it seems that Im stuck not being able to access my account and even not to making the payment to reactivate the phone. horrible professionally, first you take steps that require infos that the customer already told you he does not have then you send him home with his problem still to be solved. Will finally move to another provider while as verified in the short time I have been with them that also the service was always unstable and anything but good.

The two employees, both men, didn’t catch their names. But they were extremely nice and friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff and very quick service. Most definitely will go back.

I was conned by Mindy with an extremely dishonest presentation of fees and discounts. Several hidden costs and finance payments became clear when I was given access to my monthly bill. I will be returning to the store this weekend to cancel my service and obtain the two devices I submitted in trade. Very dishonest sales tactics, which wasted hours of my time.

I forgot my phone password and went to the store. The guy took Me in right away but after I told him my issue He right away declined and call their customer Service IT which Ive been on hold for atleast 40 mins and finallu i got to talk to them but they cant help also. Make the story short they didnt help Me at all. They just suggested to upgrade my phone and might all my stuff from old phone will transfer once I back it up, I hate that the store only cares about the customer who is buying!! I will never comeback to any of AT&T store ever! This happened 2x already and I shouldve learned my lesson just its convenient for Me to come to that store unfortunately the associates only care about $$$$ not the service they will provide!

The staff are always wanting to help, which is good! But sometimes they just run up in your face! Its like back off bro! Person space! Most of the employees have no technical skills at all. I blame that ok company trainings. They are just there to sell phones! But it would also be nice if there were working demo to work with.

I walked into the building in tears because my phone was just trolling. The update froze my phone. In less than two seconds Cameron, who are now called Camaron the King, fixed my phone. I loved him so much I bought an outstanding I watch.

Wouldn’t even take the time to sit down and look at our account to see our situation. Never again will I step foot in this store.

Went to this store to upgrade a line and left with an $800 bill. The employees do not know what they’re doing. I call many different times to have this problem fixed but no one is able to help. Really sad coming from at&t. Would not recommend this store and at&t services

I have visited this location in the past and Tj has always been a great help! However , I recently visited this location and had the worst experience. Arisabel was the sale Rep helping me on my visit in which she clearly didnt know what she was doing and had an attitude . She was beyond rude and unprofessional! Would not recommend this location and will never visiting here again!!
