I dealt with Brandon who was very knowledgeable honest and professional. I was very happy that he was able to transfer all my data to my new phone from my old one which was full of moisturize. I had a long wait but it was worth it. To be fair he was working all alone that day but managed to get all of us taken care of calmly. Great employee!

This was my second poor experience at this store . Although the employee helped activate my phone ( hence 2 star not 1 ), it was a difficult experience , way more than it needed to be. He broke policy in the end rushing the process stating that he was hungry and hadnt eaten lunch yet. Warning to customers and the owner of this store.

This is the store you go to if you want great service. And I mean above and beyond great service. I came to this store because I wasn’t getting answers I needed from the other stores or phone calls. I was stressed out and went here as a last resort. Everyone there was genuinely concerned about helping me and ended up working it out with Brandon. Brandon helped out on a phone call and made sure I got answers I was looking for. Without getting into full detail of my issue, I’ll just say Brandon went way out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I don’t write many reviews, but for what this store did to help me, I only wish there was more stars I could give them.

Shout out to Kevin who did an amazing job replacing my wifes screen protector on her LG phone. He didnt settle for anything less than perfect. After a rigorous cleaning, he placed the protector only to spot some lint or something. Unsatisfied, he lifted the protector and used a piece of tape to get at the foreign object before replacing the protector. Immaculate and perfectly placed! When I heard the price for the protector I thought is was overpriced. After I saw the finished product, I felt I had gotten a deal. Great job!

I am so happy that I stopped here. Years ago I used to come here and was sent away to the main store in town. Now they have great staff...I stopped in for a screen protector and case for my LG, and got the best customer service around. I been to plenty of stores with poor customer service. I always felt like a number. Mike is great...very knowledgeable....and my new Verizon rep. He cares. I will continue to use this store from now on. Thank you.

Went to purchase a new phone, plan, and tablet. Arrived at 5pm, I waited 40 minutes and was then told they were having a software issue and its best i come back another time. Coincidentally they close at 6.

Last week wwnt to set up a phone, no problems. It was busy, I waited and was helped with setting up a new phone by a very educated an pleasant employee. Tonight, Friday night 30 minutes before closing mind you, go in to have a new phone set up yet after looking at his watch, Im told it will be $19.95 to set up my phone??? Did prices change in a week? Or is It just dependent on what time of day you would like to set up a new phone.? Hmmm....

I was really lucky to find this Verizon Wireless store. While visiting the area on vacation my phone started acting up and as the days progressed it got worse. I stopped in and met Sean and Dianah(sp) who tried to troubleshoot and correct my issues. But try as they did the issues persisted and I decided to upgrade to a new phone. Throughout the process Sean quickly setup and transferred my data to the new phone. I am really happy with the service I received from the employees at this store. They are very knowledgeable about their products very concerned that their customers receive the best service possible. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at any retail store. Thank You both for your help.

I went to the Verizon store on Manatee Avenue next to Five Guys with troubles with my email. I spent six days trying to work with Spectrum to figure it out and decided to finally go into the store. Sean took the time to help me out and make sure all my email is setup correctly and even showed me a few cool features on my phone. Theyre the best and I would recommend this store to anyone. My dad bought a Verizon jet pack at this location last year, December 2019. He was talked into purchasing a grip replacement plan the agent told him if he had any problems to bring it back for help. We paid more for this service and extra for the plan since he is elderly and here in FL alone. When he needed help he returned and was sold a new jetpack and a 2 year agreement even when he told the sales people he had the replacement plan. They completely took advantage of this elderly gentleman.

This store is great! I waited almost 2 hours at the store at Cortez and 41 before getting fed up and leaving and went to this store instead. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Sean at GoWireless/Verizon on Manatee Ave w in bradenton helped me out as he provided the utmost customer service, answered several questions regarding the galaxy S8 and tablet, as well as sincerely handling the crowd which formed behind me in a professional and calm manner....especially 2 days after Hurricane Irma hit and leaving over 100,000 people in Manatee County without power...thankfully GoWireless was open because my phone wasnt holding a charge and without power I needed a new one. Anyways Sean also displayed his multi-tasking skills by setting up 5 phones for another customer while mine was transferring data :)Brandon and Michael helped out as well being that they were slammed, Im telling you this is one heck of a TEAM! If you are looking to upgrade, buy accessories, and/or change providers...I would recommend working with Sean.

I walked into the store on Manatee Avenue and needed assistance Mike Lisella, the store manager offered his assistance immediately although he was finishing up with somebody else :-) his team this evening Brett and Cobi were also very nice and friendly I made it a really nice atmosphere. This is the Store to go to for good customer service.....Not the Cortez Store location which was all about Sales for them, didnt explain that contracts were extended on Home line and new Tablet with upgrade. Tablet malfunctioned & they wouldnt take it back and made me go home to call myself!!! After several visits they didnt care to explain anything to me. I went to the Verizon store on manatee Ave w. And spoke to Michael...and he patiently explained everything to me, that the other store did. Finally I get some understanding of it all. I will continue to use this store from now on. Monday morning December 9, 2016. I went to this store with a friend, intending to purchase two phones and a couple of car chargers. The two gentlemen (if I can call them that) behind the registers were busy, one with a customer who spoke limited English and one with a customer setting up a new account. We had no problem waiting, except that neither employee bothered even looking up to acknowledge us. Let alone saying Be with you as soon as I can. We waited ten minutes by my clock, wandering around looking at things, hoping to at least be greeted. No such luck.When the employee working with the person whose English was limited finished, the other employee asked him to come over and look at something on the computer. Neither still acknowledged our presence. Instead, the one whod been called over spent his time fixing whatever was wrong with what had been entered, while the other just stood there. Didnt ask us if we needed help with something. Didnt look at either of us. Just ignored both of us.Another eight minutes went by. My friend finally went up to the employee who was just standing there and said politely Excuse me. We just need some quick information about a car charger. The employee finally looked at her and said Be with you as soon as I can.Now were at twenty minutes, and a phone call comes in. The employee whod said Be with you as soon... hands the phone to the other employee. Instead of telling the caller Sorry, I have customers waiting, Ill be with you as soon as possible, he took the call!We gave it another five minutes, by the clock, then left.25 completely wasted minutes of being ignored by people who supposedly are in business to take our money. We went to another Verizon dealer and spent our two thousand dollars there.We were left wondering whether, if wed been men in business suits, we would at least have been acknowledged.This is a case of either ridiculously poor training, or ridiculously rude people. In either event, they lost our business and that of any friends we could tell.

Michael is very helpful...I love this store. They are very knowledgeable of the Iphone. They always answer my questions and are very friendly.

This is the store to go to in manatee!! Very nice staff and very VERY helpful. You will not be disappointed.

Bring your lunch and a big book.....they drag it out for hours. I have had to use them several times my experience varies by representative. Most are slow and you will wait 1 1/2 hours for them to sell a phone while you have a simple question. They openly laugh at older people who are not savy, and I saw store manager (Michael) refuse to wait on an older vet who complained that he was ignored. Accessories are over priced and can be purchased for 50-75% less on the web. Avoid Michael or better go to another store unless you are lonely and want to waste an entire day.

This store and Michael are great, they helped me and my wife reset passwords. They know team work!! and took extra time to show us our new devices. I never received that great of customer service at any other store. I didnt feel rushed at all like I did last time at the 14th store. Thank you for all your help Michael and staff.
