We have been bringing our Lincoln and Ford autos to Alex Karras Lincoln for several years. Their mechanics are highly skilled at diagnosing and repairs. Their prices are competitive and we were always treated fairly. The waiting room is very comfortable. Genuine Ford parts are used; none of that junky stuff other shops use. This Lincoln shop can be trusted!

Took car in for a blown hose and a checkup on my rain sensitive wipers which were not working. Hose issue resolved satisfactorily. Was told I needed a $900.00 part and with labor a total of $1300.00 to repair the wiper issue. Stated I needed a wiper control module and a new cover. So happened, I had had my windshield replaced a couple months earlier from a local shop who I contacted and they stated they would look at the issue. They had a technician check it while at the dealer. Fixed the problem, no charge!! Said it needed a barrier gel between the windshield and the unit for the module to recognize the vibration when the rain hit the windshield. They are replacing the broken cover as well at no charge!! Very disappointed with Alex Karras service. Not sure I can trust them going forward with other work. Called the service manager and he only gave me my $45.00 dollars I paid, in a in store credit for the misdiagnose. Every time I have taken my car there, everyone has been polite, etc., but I am now a little leery about getting my car serviced there. Too bad, as I had been very happy with previous work. So, if you go there, be aware as obviously they are not being thorough with their service work.

Very happy with my experience! Ladies at the front are very nice. They were professional and kept the communication while my car was in the shop. It was returned in beautiful condition. They did a great job with the repairs and also they took an extra effort to vacuum and organize inside of my car. I left so happy. Thank you

Your Service folks have always done a good job without wasting a lot of my time. I try to schedule my service for as close to opening and they are usually available by 7:30 to 7:45AM.However I suspect this may by my last routine service at the dealership due to the outrageous cost of an oil change & tire rotation. Yesterday I paid $90 for what I have formerly paid $39 for just a few months ago. You priced yourself out of my business. Ill use one of the 15 minute oil change shops for $25 in the future. As for the inexpensive front to rear tire change I can do that in my driveway to save 50 bucks. The dealerships used to use the X pattern tire rotation but I guess that got too expensive.

I brought in my elderly mothers 2002 Grand Marquis. Initially I could not pop the hood, but of course once I got to Alex Karras the hood did pop. I asked Stephanie if her auto techs could give the car a once over since I was there.They did and she told me they found nothing wrong. I appreciate Stephanies help and Alex Karrass good service. I dinged my car and scratched the paint, and it was bad enough I really wanted to have it fixed. I didnt know about Karras Body Shop but was referred, I went in and Walt took a look and was able to get my car in within a few days. They gave me options and the one I went with, looks great, they were fast, helpful, and willing. I am so appreciative of Walt and staff being so professional. I definitely recommend, not that I want to have to get more body work done, but this is absolutely where I will go in the future and know that I will be treated well and taken care of. BAD BAD BAD BAD. The first time we took our vehicle to them for a service, when we got vehicle back and there was something wrong with the engine and it needed replacement. Then a couple of weeks ago we took our vehicle for an oil change and guess what, there is something wrong with the super turbo charger sensor, which they didnt fix. Then today the engine guard came loose took it to Midas only to be told that when Lincoln did the oil change they forgot to replace the screws. What the heck. I will not recommend anyone to go there. Even the people at Midas told us never go there again we are not the only people that this happened to. And when you do complain they get rude with you. Unprofessional is what I will say about this place.

Alex Karras is a first class dealership. It is a locally/family owned business without the high pressure dealings that most have come to dread when buying a car or getting it serviced. Attentive detail from everyone in the service department and the job done right. The sales staff is long tenured and professional. No high pressure salesmen, sales managers or being turned over five times. I recommend this dealership without hesitation. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Over the years, weve had the opportunity to visit a myriad of dealerships. Many offered state of the art showrooms, massage chairs, imported coffee, fresh baked goods along with a plethera of various amenities. Ironically, none of them can equal the elevated level of the gratifying experience put forth by this dealership. This will be our third purchase from Alex Karras Lincoln in 9 years. This dealership along with our sales representative Roman and its exemplary service department has achieved what few dealerships can possibly accomplish, deeply rooted professionalism, loyalty, service and a sense of genuine caring. These characteristics are absent from most auto dealerships or any businesses in general. As an operational analyst well versed in systems and processes, I am at a loss as to how they are able to maintain this level of excellence in a consistent fashion for such a long period of time. I am however thankful that they have done so. On a personal level, I cant imagine ever doing business with another dealership again. On a professional level, Lincoln corporate should probably take a hard look at this operation and develop strategies for replicating the model.

All the folks I worked with here were extremely courteous and professional. Their work is exceptional. I have had 2 different repairs of significantly different complexities and, in both cases, their technicians were vigilant and persistent in making sure their work was perfect. Icing on the cake is taking delivery of the car and finding it far cleaner, inside and out, than it has ever been since being new! I will always recommend this facility for any type of collision work.

I have had nothing but top notch customer service and repairs at Alex Karras Lincoln. My truck got hit very hard back in November ($9000 damage) and their body shop made it new again. Today, the headlight that they had replaced wasnt working. I went back, it was a special bulb ( a couple hundred $$) and the mechanic found one in his tool box and replaced mine free of charge. Now thats customer service!! I wont go to any other body shop if I need one.

We searched for a Navigator Reserve with specific exterior and interior colors. After finding it online, Alex Karras Lincoln held it for us since we were located out of state. After setting up an appointment to look at and purchase the vehicle, we were not disappointed. The entire staff were very pleasant and cordial with us. The vehicle was ready when we arrived, and the purchase process went extremely smooth. They explained and helped us with all the different amenities inside that we were not familiar with. Not once have I had to wait for an appointment nor wait too long for my vehicle to be serviced! I enjoy waiting in their well-stocked and comfortable waiting room. My go to service rep is Rick Karras! (But their lady service person is really good and friendly, too.) My car is always washed and perfect when returned to me. They are family to me.

Do not bring your vehicle here for service. I need 4 brand new tires because of the poor service. Stephani and rick are great but I would not trust the mechanics here. Services here have always been disappointing, I have had to go to other dealerships for stuff they fixed or neglected. I will be submitting a BBB complain.

Very courteous, all worked as planned. Im not one to complain, but feel the workers should know. When I received my car it was detailed and looking great. The interior smell was to much. Im not sure of the odor they were going after, new car smell..., but it is lingering on and I cant wait till it all dissipates. I highly recommend Alex Karras body shop. I have a 2007 Ford Mustang that had a leak under the dashboard. Walt and his staff took my car apart to clean out clogged filters, pulled up carpets and did everything necessary to not only fix the leak, but to eliminate any mold problems that may have incurred. I was shocked when my bill was only a fraction of the price that I thought it would be. I will continue to use this body shop and recommend them highly.

I experienced low tire pressure in all four tires and one had a low of 7psi which turned out to be a puncture and the tire replace. Everything went well and I had a rental auto while the tires were reviewed and replaced.

Body shop did an excellent job on our Jeep Cherokee that had built up mold due to poor manufacturing on the rocker panel passenger side. They cleaned out the mold and sealed the part that JEEP did not bother to when they built the truck. It has less than 20k miles and as of now is only three years old. Don’t buy Jeep..called corporate and they did not help. Our insurance company insisted to take it to our local Lincoln dealer as the JEEP dealer would not do anything. Highly recommend Alex Karras Lincoln for all your automotive needs.

Alex Karras did a wonderful job repairing my 2015 MKZ this is the second time Ive had to take my car in within the last 2 months for repairs first repair was replacing my air conditioning unit and 2nd repair was body work after an accident both times the staff is very helpful and professional and all repairs were done in a timely manner great job thank you.

These guys really are great. Bought a used car here and its definitely a keeper. Car is now 11 years old but looks like new and rides and runs like new. Just had it in for first service and was very well taken care of in a timely manner. Plus, the price was right.

The check in and out people were very efficient and friendly.A day or so after we replaced the external sensor, the problem with the a.c, recurred. On the second visit the mechanic did some reprogramming, which seemed to fix it. He also told us that the issues may have been the result of critters chewing on wires, We’re still not sure the a.c.. is working at peak capacity. Warmer weather will tell us.

I got very good service and a quick assessment of the cause of my mechanical trouble. I brought it in at 3 PM and was able to pick my car up the next day at noon. I have started coming back to have regular oil changes at Karras Lincoln on a regular basis because of their friendly, competent service.
