Update: Joan and Julio suck. Have attempted through emails and various attempts at calling to reach them regarding my loan information, and they continue to evade and not respond. Worst finance ‘manager’ and sales person to date. Joan’s response to when I called, “that’s out of my department” and I didn’t even hear that from her, but from a random person at the front desk. Julio can’t even seem to respond. DO NOT buy a vehicle here. They’ll get you in, and then you’re on your own.Came in with a previous discharge, they worked with me and got me in a vehicle same day. Incredible group of people. Julio and Joan were absolutely delightful, and prompt. Absolutely would I recommend coming here!

O brought my car in with an APPOINTMENT for as simple oil change this morning at 8am and when I am doing review @ 1:20pm...it is 5+ hrs later and NOONE has called to say it is done or what is happening and I cant get anyone I the service dept on the phone. I AM NOT PLEASED!!! I called several times and get a run around. To wait this long for a SIMPLE OIL CHANGE???? NOT using this place again.

Didnt tell us all that Was wrong with our2012 FORD SUV EDGE SEL. Picked up they that it was okay and ready. I drive it a couple a miles and had to bring The Vehicle. Back to be rechecked. Now we have no Vehicle to get around in. That was only vehicle. We no extra money Im sad.

She really knows about cars..I called her a couple of days after the sale and she answered questions about the car with a very high degree of knowledge. I also got a good deal !! My girlfriend saw a dodge durango listed on your website. Im out of town so wanted to see if it could be held . We live three hours away , so she was told nothing would be done until she at least came and looked at the car. So she drove three plus hours ( as we live in lake city) just to find out that the check engine light was on and that it hadnt gone thru inspection yet. Could have told her that over the phone. Then was told would not fix the car until 2000 was put down and the salesman ran her credit without her knowledge. Upon consulting me and told her to walk away the salesman became even more pushy and loud with her stating that she could get it with 0 down.

Love this place. Have had two cars from them. Always helpful and makes everything easy to understand and will fix whatever issue you may face. One technian didnt do our tire pressure check on our last inspection we called and they had us come 8n and redo the whole inspection and filmed it and that one technian got fired. Their building is pretty new and very nice inside.

Despite the rough start, Jeffrey, Max and the whole team made a great job getting what I really wanted. This is the 1st time that I get home after buying a car without thinking about the car I did not choose. Jeffrey was patient enough to show me and explain me the differences between at least 4 to 5 different trucks within my budged, he really did a great job in getting the truck that I really wanted. His knowledge in the Tacoma and 4 Runner line up was really helpful for me.I will recommend the Gettel Toyota in Bradenton any day.What a difference from their other location over 64th (Gettel Toyota of Lakewood).Thank you guys.

Was told over the phone that they would go up to$5000 above KBB value on selling my vehicle and decided Id drive all the way from Clearwater to check them out. When I got there Joanne who was supposed to be there to meet me wasn’t, I answered tons of questions working with someone else and then came the apprasial where they were offering me a lower price. Carmax even offered me more than them and when I explained that to them they eventually said they would go at least $250 over Carmax. I asked if they could at least go $500 over Carmax as I drove far, was trying to purchase an engagement ring, and truck was in great condition. They said no which to each their own but it cost them a sale. Salesman was great and doing his job which is the only reason why they got two stars instead of one.

The website gave very straightforward numbers for a 3 year lease. $319/mo with $3618 due at signing. When we got there the person who was supposed to be there to meet us wasn’t, we answered tons of questions working with someone else and then came the surprise. $11,000 down…talk about bait and switch. It was a total disaster and irresponsible advertising. Over $7k more. Needless to say, we walked out!

Found what I wanted. Wouldnt even consider discussing a lower price. Im a veteran and they didnt even want to give me that. I also had been given a better deal elsewhere but not in the color I was looking for. They probably could have sold me the vehicle. Their approach lost them the deal. Some people do their homework before they come...male or female.

Went to look and buy a car that the dealers rep gave me a quote on and asked when to expect me. Drove 90 minutes from where I live and was told by the sales rep that the car is not there ! Asked to speak to the sales manager , who was indifferent and somewhat arrogant. Offered me Gas Money and told me that the GM of the store was driving that car and it is not available ! Makes me wait for 30 minutes I will see what I can do and when doesnt show up, the sales guy tells me that there is one more , higher end trim on the car I can look at ! Classic honey trap.Great online sales price on one car only ~ lure the customer in ~vehicle not available or sold ~ try to sell something more expensive or not selling !Before I leave, the sales guy asks What if that same car is available tomorrow . Can you come back/ I can send you a video ?

I tried to buy a car today for my daughter who is graduating from high school. Her mom & I are in the process of selling our house & purchasing a new one. The closings for both are one week from today. We cannot do anything to jeopardize that process. We wanted to surprise her because she a great student & hard worker that never complains. She is currently driving an older car that has been handed down twice before her. It has no A/C, no radio, the inside drivers side door handle broke off in her hand when she tried to get out the other day, and its leaking oil. (She doesnt COMPLAIN!!)However, BECAUSE I couldn’t buy the vehicle today or start the process today, they refused to hold it for me. JUST ONE WEEK!!!!! All these people care about is money!! 💴 💰

This place is okay. Aishia, our salesperson was great. Plus, at a time when inventory is low, they do have a decent amount of cars.They will add $1,500-$2,000 onto the price of your car from the advertised price. It’s a fee that I’ve read online to NOT pay. Frustrating especially because they said it was ‘in no way deceiving’, yet I don’t see how this benefits the customer and not just them? Ultimately, this made me think they were looking to nickel and dime me in any way and did not have my best interest in mind as a customer. Therefore, every decision after this was stressful because it seemed in the best interest of the dealership and not the customer. This is not a customer centric business model and creates a poor customer experience. This is a prime example as to why people dont trust car dealerships.

Between the friendly atmosphere amongst everyone and Joe Rodriguez one of the salesmen made it super easy and relaxing with buying/leasing a car. With management and the sales people they do work very hard with getting you the best deal possible. I 100% highly recommend Joe Rodriguez as a salesman. He takes car buying to a very personal level. He is a friend in the business. Treats you with the upmost respect and works very hard with getting you into something you like and can afford. I use to be a Ford guy but after that buying process with Joe Rodriguez and the financing guys and the management team I think I found my new dealership for life.

Purchased a vehicle here and was told I could pick it up 2 days later. Because it had to be serviced and cleaned. Upon arriving car had an significant noticable damage on the side of it. Salesmen told me their not going to do anything about it. Doomed!!! To add insult vehicle had an empty tank. The excuse was used cars are not allowed gas at all. 😡

Unfortunately this dealership was offering over $6k less in trade in for our vehicles and said theyd never seen discounts and trade in value as high as we were offered at Sarasota Toyota. We ended up going with Sarasota Toyota and got a great deal. Our salesman, Mello, at Gettel was very nice and respectful but the manager was unwilling to match or beat their competitor.

My brother financed a car here - it malfunctioned, he brought it back, the dealership took possession. My understanding is the dealership wont cancel the financing even though they have the car, refuse to provide him proof of cancellation of financing, only wrote void on sales contract. Financing company only accepts cancellation from the dealership. I feel like they are scamming him, taking advantage of people. Seems shady. Reading other reviews seems like they sell cars without merchantability often. I requested the State AG look into this place.

I recently bought a car for my oldest daughter at Toyota of Bradenton. I have to say it was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Jp the General Sales Manager and Roy the General manager took good care of us and they beat the pricing on my trade by several thousand dollars over Other Toyota stores in the area. We were in and out and he ( Jp gave us a fantastic deal on our certified used Camry.This was my daughters first car and she will continue to buy at this store and recommend it to anyone who lives near by.

Came in for my regular car maintenance. Dealt with the maintenance manager, Evan, and he was wonderful! While waiting for my car to get done, my husband looked at trading in his 2018 Tundra for a 2021 Tundra. We worked with the salesman, Dustin. We highly recommend him! He is nice, helpful, and truly cares about his customers. He isn’t pushy and works hard to make sure you get what you want.

Jonathan, Joan, Ryan, and Max were AMAZING! I gave them every hurdle in the book and they found the best deal for me. I went to Gettel Lakewood first and left feeling angry, sad, and sleezed out I texted Gettel Toyota of Bradenton and these 4 all-star people made it all happen and made it sooooo easy and dare I say.... enjoyable!? My family has been going to Gettel Toyota of Bradenton since I was a little kid and they found a way to get even better. They just made me a fan for life.If you are interested in a Toyota and are anywhere in Manatee or Sarasota County, go to this one. Im quite the snotty review person, they get 100 stars from me!! My wife and I had talked about a new vehicle. We had a service appointment at Gettel Toyota of Bradenton and thought we would just look while there, after seeing potential vehicles we were interested in when looking on their website. When we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman and explained we wanted to look at new vehicles. We were introduced to Nuri Reed. She was very personable and made us feel comfortable. She gave me a pad and pen, showed us where to look at the vehicles we inquired about and asked that we write the numbers of the vehicles on the pad that we were interested in.In the end, we purchased a new vehicle. We can say we have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. Nuri is so easy to talk to, listens to your concerns and works hard to get what you want. Nuri is a huge asset to Gettel and if interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle, you should ask for her at the dealership. You will enjoy the experience as we did.Financing was next, meeting with Max Wilbur. Once again, we felt very comfortable. Max does a great job with customer service which was apparent as he explained everything to us, answered questions and made sure we understood what was being offered. The result? I recently moved and needed to have my vehicle serviced, I made an appointment online, but once I arrived via directions from GPS, I was advised my appointment was actually with another Toyota dealership near by, however Gettel of Toyota Bradenton took me right in, Andrew was very professional and nice and he even advised me that I wasnt due for an oil change yet,because with synthetic oil it was every 10k miles, Toyota of Lakeland had never advised me of that, they just changed it every time I came in at 5k miles. So, even though I actually ended up there by mistake I found my new service department. Great Customer service all around. Thanks

Joe Rodriguez was very professional and knew alot about what he was talking about. He was kind. When it came to the financial side it wasnt very pleasant. The manager kept having to get up and leave to get help with most of the process. We were there for a total of almost 7 hours. Other then that the deal went great thanks to Joe and him being so helpful through the entire process. I give Joe five stars and Joan 2 stars. Thanks Joe for all your help.

This place is by far the worst place in customer service. I took my rav 4 for its routine tire rotation and told mathew at intake that my splash guard was hanging on the bottom of my car, to please have someone look at it and fix whatever was going on with it, and he said, sure no problem. When I was handed my keys I was told everything was taken cared of, I even asked Mathew, even the splash guard was taken cared of? and he stated yes, everything was done. I drove home and had my husband take a look underneathe my car and my spalsh guard was still hanging down, it was not ever touched. I of course made this known and was later contacted to come back in to have the problem addressed. I had my appointment at 2:00pm I sat at this dealer ship for 3 1/2 hours! my car was brought out at 5:15pm, Mathew again handed me my keys when I noticed there was an allen key in my left rear tire (it was not there when I brought it in), I of course brought it to his attention because he did not notice it nor did the techinicians! If I would not have noticed I would have drove off with that tool imbedded in my tire. He of course could not believe there was now a tool in my tire, and he took it back to have it addressed. I was finally out of there by 5:30! It really makes me queston what kind of technicians are working there, that miss a whole splash guard hanging from the bottom of my car when my tires are being rotated, and then miss a whole tool in my tire that was not there when it was brought in. I suggest getting you car serviced else where.

We had dealt with Gettel of Bradenton for many years. We have purchased a total of 9 cars and driven over 2 hours for the excellent service we always received from our Sales Agent Rosie. Twice we have purchased2 cars at a time for our twins including their recent purchase on May 3, 2021. Upon arriving I was disappointed to see the lack of masks being worn by those employed here. Our agent had a mask... It is a common courtesy to wear a mask and protect others especially when you see someone has a mask on. I couldn’t go in physically as I had our young grand baby with us and we weren’t going to put her at risk. Our previous experiences were always wonderful until this last visit which we again drove 2 hours to purchase 2 cars again. Customers are more than a number and they should mean more than a number or bottom line. I reached out to Gettel yesterday and my call with concerns were returned today. I voiced my/our concerns and told the Anwar the finance agent we would no longer be doing business with Gettel after the May 3 purchase of car 8 & 9 simultaneously again...I also vented to him on an issue and I was told that’s not his department but I had told him of the issue to highlight the concerns we had with Gettel as loyal returning customers. Because the same day our family almost purchased 3 vehicles but was given 8k more at another dealership. I was attempting to help him to understand what customers must feel like when they’ve been loyal. I also asked to be transferred to a secretary to attempt to speak to the GM Roy Smalls and I left a message and requested a call back. I am still awaiting a call back as I wanted to inform him of my concerns as we had met him on other occasions while doing business there. In the past I could highly recommend Gettel Toyota of Bradenton but I wouldn’t recommend them anymore. We have found more excellent service here that see customers not numbers and bottom lines. I am not looking to slander anyone but I’m no longer looking for a call any longer. We are all in agreement that we will not have any dealing with Gettel. We are people of excellence and we expect everyone to be held accountable. I pray that no one else has to experience the disappointment which we have endured. We have enjoyed working with Rosie through the years and we will miss her dearly.

I give Toyota of Lakewood Ranch a -00 . Bought several cars from them in the past without issues but this time I traded my car in with a different dealership. I took my gap paperwork to Toyota to get my refund on 6-21-21 .. sold my Toyota on 6-19-2021. No one in Finace would even come out of their office to help me. I had to use the salesperson that sold me the car be the back and forth. Jeff did all he could do to help me. I’ve been calling the dealership to find out what was going on with my refund but still no one would talk to me or return my calls.Finally a lady named Shannon called me back. Said she was leaving for vacation but would be on top of it the next Friday. That day came and went. Left voicemails.. no return calls!!! Finally called Jeff the salesperson and he really tried to help me. Not much that Jeff could do to help me get the answers I needed. Jeff is a great person that any other company would love to have on their team of employees. Today I finally got someone on the phone that was holding my gap insurance. Nothing was ever sent over to them by the Finace people until 8-21-2021. Now I’m out 2 months of extra gap refund because of either the incompetence of their financial team or they just don’t care. If you buy a car from this dealership and don’t become a repeat customer I suggest you steer clear. They will lie to you !!! Avoid you !!! And completely disrespect you. !!! Absolutely the worst Dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. Thank you Jeff for trying to help me. I know you could only do so much. Jeff is a good kind caring salesperson.

Theres so many great things I can say about Gettle Toyota. Our saleswoman Rosie is an exceptional saleswoman oh, shes down to earth listens and very much cares about the customers and definitely takes pride and what she does. She gave us a great deal on our vehicles up sold us to Toyota hybrids and we absolutely love them. My only complaint is when leaving voice messages I never have had a response. Its nothing major but its something I definitely feel needs to be worked on otherwise its a fantastic dealership

Schedules service appointment only for them to cancel it because they continually damage vehicles and expect the customer to fix it out of their pocket even though service department damaged vehicle. They refuse to help customer in general. And now wont remove my personal information from their systems so I can avoid fraud done by their employees.

Walked the lot as I was looking to trade in my non-Toyota vehicle. Spent about 25 minutes and never saw a salesperson. Decided to leave and go to the local Sarasota Toyota dealership. Hopefully they figure out, 5 minutes is too long before you greet a customer in sales/service.

After a small fender bender, I had to get my car serviced at the body shop. Let me tell you, the customer service was horrendous. When I arrive to get my car inspected, I waited 10 minutes until I had to go into a random persons office to ask if anyone was going to help me..... finally someone came out and inspected my car. He said probably like 3 days. I then brought it my car on Monday at 8AM. They open at 7:30. Half of the office wasn’t in yet. I was in a rush as I was on my way to work.... and again I had to go into an office to ask for someone to help me. Then I never received a confirmation that they received my car or and email for when my car was ready. I had to call and he was like “oh yeah it’s ready” and I said that I would be coming by that evening. I show up and he said “I thought you were coming by tomorrow!!!! It’s in detailing. Let me see if I can get it out” 30 min later I’m able to get it. Terrible service. Only plus, my car is fixed and looks good.

Brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance that usually takes 1 hour.All Im getting is excuses why did they book all these people on Saturday maintenance if they dont have the staff to take care of it and never informing the customer is going to take two to three times as longer. Absolutely unprofessional and no excuse!!
