Joe was great!! Actually I’m buying another car. I just bought my new Outlander 2022 a week ago and I’m buying a new car once the new units arrives at the end of Nov 2021. The only I dislikes salesmen does not have any units to sale (empty lot)…!! Come on Firkins your men need to feed their families don’t loose your great sellers.

I just bought my car here yesterday and I’m so happy with my purchase and how the people treated me at Firkins Mitsubishi! I’ve been on the hunt for a good car, at a good dealership, for the right price, for about 3-4 weeks now. It’s been stressful because each possible car just had something that wasn’t right: been in a crash, at a sketchy dealership, too high miles, way too many dealer fees, etc. At Firkins I was treated like family. I spotted a car just driving by and went to check it out. From the start they were very friendly and pressure free. They are very blunt people which I loved! Even when I was stressing about how my original financing choice had fell through they gave me other options and explained everything in detail so that I was comfortable with what was going on. I’m a first time car buyer and they definitely made the experience exciting and memorable.

Joe Murry in service was excellent. I was not happy when I originally purchased the vehicle. My elderly mother cosigned and was taken advantage of by Joe Santana and the service manager. They drove an hour each way to get her to cosign, and the terms of the contract were changed. They told me that a warranty package was added for no charge, which would cover oil changes, belts, batteries, etc. Instead we were charged over 700.00, and it only covered 5 oil changes. Thats over 70.00 per oil change. Also, the term of the loan was supposed to be 72 months, but the contract my mother signed was for 75 months.The service department is very good, but I would never recommend to anyone to buy a car from Firkins.

Visited this dealership today just to see if Im able to get the car I want. I didnt think I was going to be able to drive my new car home today. But Linzy, helped me out. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. With that being said, Im one of their happy customers who brought home a new 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES FWD!! Beware of this guy call finance “profesional” he is very sneaky, after we had agreed with sales team on a price to pay for our used vehicle, when to see this guys to sign paper work, it was all on my wife’s name we got there he had some paper copies and the rest she had to sign on the tablet that they have, he was saying he was problem loading up our paperwork to his table he tried using his phone it wasn’t working either at the end we ended up signing on the tablet supposedly it was the same thing 3 Times trusting on what this sneaky guy was saying, we couldn’t see what she was signing, he was quick too he got us out in no Time at the end he gave us a USB drive with the purchase agreement which was empty when we check. The next day we call to get a hard copy of the purchase agreement to find out he added a service agreement for $2000.00 and some sort of shield protection that we don’t know what that covers for another $1000.00 Wife has made several phone calls and emails no response from this guys we drove up there after work talk to another useless profesional by the name of Craig he said we will call you tomorrow we are still waiting for a phone call, she received a text from the sale lady that the service contract was cancelled, after what happened we can trust you guys we need a hard copy showing that it was canceled. she ask for a hard copy still haven’t received a copy, she called again every time she calls gets sent to a voicemail no call back no emails back. BE A MAN AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY JASÓN WHAT YOU DID WAS WRONG. If you see this guys when you are signing be careful.

Went to Dodge next door to look at a truck and the 2nd one I wanted to see was next door at Mitsubishi. Brett and I took a test drive in the first truck, then second. I chose the second, they were identical one gray/silver other white. White one had 10087mi. 17000 less than first. It came down to which one gave me the best deal. Brett and manager Todd worked with me and I think I got a really great deal on my new truck.These guys are professionals and very customer friendly. I will buy from them again. Stop in and ask for Brett. He will really help you get the vehicle and best deal.

Yes. The Wrench came on on the dashboard so I have been told that means I need to bring it in for service. Ive been told by other men who seem to know automobiles that I am wasting my money. In this case, because of the pandemic, I had driven less than 1000 in the 5 months since my last oil change. Since they are using synthetic oil I am told I am throwing my money away. That synthetic oil can go much longer and I should use miles driven as an indicator, not how many months have expired since the last oil change.I hope someone answers this comment. Thank you.

A little upset with the service department here. I spoke to the service manager after being told my vehicle issue wasnt covered under warranty/recall and although they were very nice, they refused to do anything for me. I called another dealer where I live now and they fixed the issue under the recall. I just wish they wouldve done more to help me here 😔

Although the car buying experience was great, their service department not so much, it seems like every time i go, there is more than an oil change needed, when the car is less that 2 years old.

I had a great buying experience here two years ago. In fact, I drove an hour and a half, past two other Mitsubishi dealets, to buy my car here because I lived out of the area. Ive moved now to a few minutes away, but can never get a service appointment on a weekend. I travel during the week. Weekend appointments take weeks to arrange. Add longer service hours on the weekend, Firkins Mitsubishi. The people who work during the week are frustrated.

Great place to buy a car. The G.M. John Gross is a stand up guy. He cares about the customers, salesmen and the community. J.R. was the selling manager he did a great job and Angie Linzy is incredible. She takes your problems and makes them her problem. She bent over backwards and did not give up helping me into a sweet new ride for the payment I needed to be at. My husband and I were in desperate need of a vehicle. We have personal family friends that work for Firkins so we decided to go there. We worked with one salesman from the Firkins Dodge . He was fantastic. However, we were interested in a Mitsubishi Outlander. So he introduced us to Joe Santa over at Firkins Mitsubushi. Joe and Peter Churchward were with us the whole time while we were trying to find the best possible deal we could get. Once we decided on a 2018 Outlander Sport, we were introduced to Tag. He is their financial manager. Tag worked for three days to get us the best possible deal. The entire staff at Firkins Mitsubishi is amazing. From the moment you step on to their lot, you are 100% taken care of. If you are looking for a car dealership that truly cares for their customers, go see the staff at Firkins!

Be careful what you buy cars are supposed to be inspected however sold me a vehicle with a tail light thats out unfortunately was no easy fix has to do with wiring harness so I was sent to a nother dealership for someone else to fix it 3 days now off of work travel to and from super disappointed

I love sales consultant Angie Linzy and business manager Jef Schwartz! After three prior vehicles I looked at sold before I could get off work, I sat in my job parking lot scrolling car apps for a new vehicle. I have been in rentals for the past 4 months after my car was hit by someone. It took such a long process because that persons insurance was a joke. Anyway, I share that to share my frustration and the importance of finding a vehicle. Around 6:30pm, I called to confirm the car was still there and expressed my intent to view it tonight. Although she was aware it was an hour drive for me, Angie informed me she would wait. Now I arrived at 7:50pm and they closed at 8:00pm. Neither Angie or Jef rushed me. They let me test drive two vehicles and allowed me to take my time asking questions. I gladly started the process for purchase. Jef went over all the information during signing and Angie ensured the car was freshly detailed. As a single mom whos life has been in a worldwind lately, I am truly grateful that both Angie and Jef provided such great service and understanding. Im not one to ever write reviews, but I had to take time out to acknowledge and appreciate these two. This dealership is lucky to have them. They have represented them well.

OK Angie was amazing and went out of her way to make everything smooth with this purchase.. everything almost went perfect with the 2012 Mazda 5 Touring.. 1 owner carfax and they came down alot on the price for me considering I was coming from far away.. But 10k is 10k and its not a brand new vehicle.. The one big problem was the next day the check engine light came on (fuel tank pressure sensor) - well after I brought it in to my dealer, its VERY likely this condition existed for a long time and they had to know about it.. of course its not covered under the warranty that I bought so Im out $420 to fix it.. I tried to talk to the owner but they refused to do anything - basically they reset the computer and it takes a day for the check engine light to come on, so thats why I didnt see it when I test drove it.. So just beware when your buying from them.

When I went to Cox autos the people there didnt help me the way they shouldve. And when I went to firkins they had a good selection of new and used cars and Craig randlett was there ready and willing to help and did a great job on doing so and helped me to find a good car. Go to firkins

If I could give less than one star I would. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I bought a brand-new 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage in less than 150 miles the tire on the rear passenger side went bad. As a company they are unsympathetic to my dilemma. I have only owned the car a weekI will never recommend anyone to this company if I could return the car today I would.
