They have a good selection of a variety of beauty supplies; they also have a good selection of sulfate, paraben, silicone-free products for a reasonable price. The staff has also been pleasant, respectful, and helpful to me. May The LORD bless and prosper their business.

They have everything you need and has a helpful staff.

Usually go here to get braids and hair supplies. They have a variety and the braiding hair is good quality. They have hair, weave, wigs, and hair products. Some of their hair products include colors, moisturizers, oils, and perms. You can also buy hair accessories like durags and barrettes. I think it’s as expensive as other places. The parking is a bit tight

Had exactly what I needed to add colors to my daughters braids and very reasonably priced🙂

Great customer service

Not only were the employees unfriendly and unhelpful they tried to get me to buy the more expensive hair by not helping me find what i was actually looking for. I wouldnt come back here even if i desperately needed hair!!!!

I entered the store today and heard the guy talking to someone at the register. He did not greet me. I walked to the back and there was an older lady just standing there waiting for help. She had been standing there before I even got there. I asled her if she was waiting for help and she said yes. Five minutes later he asked if you need help. I said you should have been sked that question. The lady shook her head yes. He still did not come help her. She waited a few more minutes and left. I grabbed one thing and went to checkout. I told the guy at the register that the lady was waiting for his help and that he failed to greet me when I came in. He asked if I wanted to go outside and get the lady. I told him no and that shes not my customer but she is his. He then proceeded to say word for word you dont have to come here. He had just bagged up my items and swiped my card. I told him to give me a refund. He was quiet after that. I got my money and I told him I was going to put this on social media. He still said nothing and continued to look down. I pulled out my phone and tried to take a picture of him and he immediately hid his face and said noooo dont do that. But if youre bold enough to say something distasteful to the ones who keep your business open, then your face deserves to be seen. He should be in the photos but hes a younger guy with slanted eyes who needs to not bite the hands that feeds him. Truth be told, he cannot sell his products in his own community or those of other races. He makes his living off of people who look like me. I will never step foot in that establishment again. He really needs to be made an example of how powerful the black dollar is. If he keeps it up that ship will sink.

Very poor customer service, very dis respectful to paying customers, dont shop here.

As for black men, their inventory is spotty at best, sometimes they have what you need, most times they dont have what you need, might want to call first before you go

This hair store is very orginized when i went to jloys something like that there prudocts was very expensive but this hair store has cheap and good stuff ive always went to this store ever scince it opend but im not going to lie the customer servise isnt really good but im not there to judge them im there to buy my stuff and leave but there stuff is very cheap and good quality

I witnessed the manager or owner (I’m not sure) talk to his customers as if they weren’t keeping his business up and running! I walked out immediately he was extremely rude & made it clear she can go else where
