The Store was very clean! They are very nice and helpful people! I didn’t have a hard time finding what I needed. This was my first time shopping at this beauty supply I will return! They have a great variety of hair and huge selection to choose from.

They always have a real good selection to chose from and the prices are great, just make sure you pay attention to safety when coming and going the area is a bit rough.

Typical neighborhood beauty store. TONS of weave. Obviously its a best seller here. Guy behind the counter didnt look friendly and didnt respond to my greeting. Didnt find what I was looking for, but it looks like a decent spot for those supplies.

My daughter buys her jewelry there.

Needs to be kept a little more organized and clean but pretty good. Employees were mildly offputting too

They have everything that I need for my hair and beauty needs..from eyelashes, to hair, products, jewelry and more..I like em.

We went inside of the wig room and the guy was sleeping. When he woke up he was not very helpful and was in his cell phone the entire time. Also, the prices are pretty high, not just for wigs but for most of the items. Shampoo is about 9.99 for every bottle. The lady at the register was super nice though.

Lots of on sale items and the expansion to the store makes room for more merchandise.

Absolutely nothing....I purshased Via semi permanent hair color 08/22/2015. I was gonna do my hair the following day but when I attempted to open it the protective shield was already slit open. So I was like what the Hell Ill use it anyways. It was diluted with water like someone might have purchased it used it and then put water in it. I called them I they were very rude and told me basically I couldnt even exchange it. I would never purchase anything from there again. I guess they thought I did it.

Great customer service

I took my daughter into the store to purchase some hair and one of the workers kept following us. Not once did he offer to assist us rather he would stand around the corner so we couldnt see him. When I got to the counter to pay, I asked the other worker if they have issues with theft and he repeated what I said as if he didnt understand. So I repeated it for him and he asked why. I told him that I dont like being profiled and he replied that this is Oneco. I informed him that I wasnt from Oneco and I have the money to buy whatever I want. He then got upset and starting cursing so I left and will never return.

Guy at check out yelled at me because he swiped my card and took money off my card twice then yelled again because I told him he charged me twice, he is very ,very rude and he very lucky that I hadnt disrespect him like Ive seen him do countless times to customers, to the owner, please put him in check because he will run the business u have into the ground with the way he talks to customers, the helper of the store explained everything, while the clerk was still yelling being very nasty, Im not happy at all and will be doing a pop up tomorrow about the money he took from me twice!!!! Hopefully his mouth doesnt cause me to do drastic measures!

Since the new owners took over I think they make up their own prices nothing is marked. My last time was my last time ugh

Horrible customer service! Didn’t purchase anything! I asked where the wigs were and he pointed somewhere and expected me to find it. Meanwhile he sat around and continued watching the people on camera in his store. Will NEVER go back!

They are expensive as hell they suck , went to buy clipper blades and were 25 dollars when every place else is 15 bucks
