It was Okay there except they were out of a lot of color . Not just because of covid necessarily they have always been out of a lot of colors. The Lady with the washed-out pink hair made me feel uncomfortable there walking by me quite a few times and I guess making sure I wasnt stealing anything. Then I was looking at a color book and she took it out of my hands and put it up. I wasnt real thrilled about her trying to make me feel less than whatever. But I try to stay with the SalonCentric.

Highly recommend to all professionals and salon owners! Very friendly atmosphere, everyone is always in a great mood ready help. Everyone is very knowledgeable on all the products. They always let you know about the best deals. They always have everything in stock and will gladly order anything you need in a great timely manner. The store is always very clean and organized and very easy to find all products.

I love this store! Katie, the manager is amazing and so helpful!! she’s always there for me in every way! I have never had a bad experience in this store... it’s always so clean and organized and everybody is so friendly and helpful it’s a pleasure to shop here especially considering it’s only open to professionals, so you don’t have to deal with a lot of people in the store at once. Its wonderful and everyone always has their masks on and they have hand sanitizer by both registers.

If there was an option on zero stars I would give it a zero. Like honestly the amount of rudeness was absolutely unacceptable to the point where you feel like youre unwelcomed. For now on I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Sales clerk practically ran me out of the store as though I didn’t know what I wanted. Claimed she hadn’t heard of Aveda!! Then made up some excuse when I wanted to look around, about I needed to be a licensed person!

I came here before 6pm on a Friday and the door was locked and no one was there. And I even called and said I am on my way and she said as long as I’m there before 6 it’s fine. I got there at 5:57pm and I just needed to get one box of hair dye. I would have came sooner but I did not get off of work until 5:30 and I work in palmetto. I can’t believe how lazy and rude people can be especially because she knew I was coming and locked the door even before 6pm. If you close before 6 don’t post ON YOUR DOOR that you close AT 6 ON FRIDAY. Now she has inconvenienced me when all she had to do was stay there until 6, the time that she was supposed to be there and even said she would be there.

Great staff, friendly and helpful each time I go in. They often make suggestions regarding things that are on sale and are never too busy to talk about the various things going on around town - music, food, fairs, festivals or holiday festivities. There are brand specific items that I can only get here, so its worth it to make a trip here to check out the various offerings and current sales.

I dont get my supplys there often because they usually dont have what I go in there for... Very frustrating!!!!
