Knowledgeable staff and quality products. While I am resistant to continually sharing information with businesses, I like that SW can save your colors and purchase histories to help with renovations, touch-ups, and new projects. Can be pricey, but coupons are readily available when trying to stay in a budget. Trust professionals, you dont always get professional help at the big chains and hardware/DIY box stores.

As a business utilizing commercial vans and trucks in the Bozeman area, the obligation to remove snow from your fleet should not come as a surprise. I was blinded in traffic by snow flinging off the roof of one of the S-W vans yesterday, and then watched as it turned into the S-W parking lot, where a commercial truck sat with snow clearly covering its roof, as well. Brushing snow from a windshield is only half of the effort — you endanger your drivers and members of the community when you fail to enforce proper snow removal procedure.

When the local paint store that is supposed to carry Dalys Seafin Teak Oil said that it wasnt in stock - and didnt offer to get it for me - I saw on the Dalys website that Sherwin-Williams stores in other Montana cities carried it, so I called this store to ask if they could get it. The person that answered the phone was very helpful and ordered it in from another location for me, and thanked me for the business. Everyone I dealt with on the phone or in the store was very friendly and helpful. Great service and much appreciated.

We just really like the paint / product. Plus folks in the stores are attentive and we always get in and out pretty quick - not like the box stores where you can wander and never see anyone to help.
