One poor girl checking customers out and customers backed up down rows to be checked out.I go over to the office and knock on the door and tried getting some help about a saw. Lisa comes out very short with me doesn’t help me with the saws and goes back in the office.Thanks to you harbor freight I bought a saw at lowes.Learn a little customer service skills.We are your pay check.I’ll never ever go back to this store again.Thank you Lisa!!!

3 employees standing around talking with Lisa the manager. I asked where the flags are that are on sale. I couldnt find the ones on sale. I went back to the front to get some help to find them. Lisa was very short and bad customer service. Then to find out they were on a end cap in the front of the store. I still bought what I came for

I really like the selection of tools that they offer, since I am only a hobbiest the quality of the tools work just fine for me, I usually dont buy the cheapest stuff they offer though.

Harbor Freight always has a good selection of tools to get the job done especially if youre looking for cheap tools that only need to be used one time but the good thing about that is you can always get a couple uses out of those tools before they eventually break on you and if you get a warranty they will return them and give you a new one.

Always seem to be out of stock for the bit items I need... but they’ve always “got a truck coming in on Tuesday,” which never seems to restock anything.

Not a fan of the membership fee or having to come back at a later non-member date to get the sale price.

Didnt go to Harbir Freight, one of my favorite stores. I went to Hobby Lobby next door which finally opened.Nice to have it in town as Michaels was the only other craft shop in town. They had been getting expensive so its nice to see some competition in town.

If you’re looking for tools that will last you a year, you shop here. If you’re looking for something that will last you a lifetime, go somewhere else. The staff was not very friendly, and they were not very helpful. The quality of their tools is very low, and you can shell out a few extra bucks for something better. Save your time and money and go to Kenyon Noble or Home Depot instead.

Horrible. The shipping has no options. Mine was late, no apologies. The tracking link in the email makes me type in the order number and zip code, and doesnt remember them. They Advertise a credit card during that. Its like no one there has ever ordered online. Stuck in 1996 with Andy Meng.

I would give them a zero star review if I could. Call to see if they had a generator in stock, the said yes and were going to hold if for us as it was a hour and a half drive in to town. Get there and she said Oh sorry we didnt actually have one in stock and there was nothing they could do and could even old one for us next time.

I can almost always find a free tool coupon that Ill give to my son to add to his toy box so he has real tools like his dad when we do projects hes 4 and loves going in with me.

Stay away called to orderr a thermometer in stock. They have it and refused to take payment over the phone. Nor would they do curbside pickup. Im diabetic and trying my best to stay clear. I was told we are a essential company and do not have to make any changes. Sad

I like harbor freight. When you have a low budget and need to get the job done, you can always count on harbor freight to have the stuff you need and works good. Theyre always nice and helpful. Two thumbs up for sure.

Decent deals on decent stuff. Some items are great values like the tile saw, but others are junk like the small tire air compressors. This location also has rude cashiers.

Best place for cheap tools. If you need the tool for one job, buy it here. If your life depends on it, probably buy it somewhere else.

Awesome! Very creative merchandising! I went in for one item last week & walked out with a bundle! Lots of those I gotta have that(!!) things that youve given up on finding, or never knew existed. Quality merchandise at prices well below what Ive paid elsewhere > For example, Dremel attachments. (They dont carry the full range, but what they have you wont find anywhere else.) Plus, I needed help several times for several different items. I never had to turn more than one corner to find it, and they knew the answer! I highly recommend that you try them first for whatever youre looking for.

Wide selection, good prices, well lot, lots of parking but the excellent service topped everything. The cashier went above and beyond anything a person could reasonably expect.

I just called and asked if they have submersible pumps and Gene said they did. I asked what sizes. And his reply was a disgusted oh Judas priest!!! I said excuse me and he said nothing else. I hung up I was offended. If this is the type of employee that answers the phone then you need to get a better one with a professional attitude for dealing with customers. Rude ones need to stop answering the phone. Very poor customer service. A customer needs to know the size of an item instead of making a 70 mile drive for nothing. If he tries to defend himself let him know he was on speaker phone and several people heard him. Five of us have decided not to do business with this store in Bozeman. Wish you had no Star options because thats what this type of attitude deserves.

Harbor freight has come a long way in the quality of products. Their prices have elevated a little bit, but the prices are always a lot better than most other retail stores.

Its like if Home Depot and Walmart and Hobby Lobby had a baby. Tools for any job you can think of and for some you cant even imagine.

Bozeman harbor freight worse customer service ever, I went in at 10am on the 10th of January. First time to shop this store, I first walked the whole store to find what I needed, I had to go back up front to have cashier help me, she told me what aisle to check. I couldnt find it again, back to the front a lady just came out of office and I asked her, she told me aisle 11. Back to look again. Couldnt find. Back to the cashier, I complained to cashier that every time I need help I had to go up front, she called a gentleman to help me, you were out of the one I needed so I bought the cheaper one, he went back into that office and I ended up needing something else, I couldnt find it and no help on the floor but three employees are in the office talking, back up front to ask the cashier where my next item was, she tried her best but told me somewhere I had already looked. I finally just left, never had such poor service.

Affordable cheap tools. Great place to get tools for a job you just started and cant afford a whole lot. Great variety from yard tools, hand tools, pneumatic tools, electrical tools, and variety of everything else. Everyone should atleast go check it out before going lowes, home depot, Walmart, ace hardware, etc.

This store has lost my business. I went in to get a generator and they did not have the advertised model. Asked the manager if i could order 1 and pay for it now. Would pick it up when it came in manager said no thats not a possibility so I asked if I could pay for it and take the display model no that was not a possibility. So i will go home and order on li e because this store is 3 hours one way from my house. He obviously did not want my nusiness.
