I came in to get my iPhone screen and back glass replaced and could not be happier. The service was wonderful and the owner, Jay, was very nice and professional. He quoted me a competitive price and said it would take about 3 hours to have both repairs complete. He called me after 2 hours letting me know it was done. They do a lifetime warranty on the screen for peace of mind. Will 100% recommend and will come back with future repair needs.

Are you concerned about derogatory content, inappropriate texts/pics, sneaking around, lying, putting themselves and their reputation at risk!?! These guys can help! They can lock a phone down so tight, they even put restrictions on the restrictions! We had some concerns with our son and his sudden change of behavior, so we took his phone to check things out, believing the screen time locks were in place, and that there couldnt possibly be anyway hed be able to do anything inappropriate but what we found was shocking! We spent hours researching, running around in circles and wasting time, before we ended up with Platinum Tech, within 30 mins they had addressed every single concern, shut down all outlets our son could use to bypass security and made it so it was as basic as they come. His phone now can only call and text people on an approved list, no games, no music, no internet! We had some apps that needed access to wifi for medical reasons and they were able to keep those running without granting internet to our son. Platinum Tech is extremely knowledgeable, especially in anything iOS (iphones, MacBooks) and they are more than fair priced! These guys are worth their weight in gold just for the peace of mind its giving us!!!

Broke the screen of my phone and called around Bozeman with prices of around $500 from some place and at least a week of my phone being out of commission. Called platinum tech repair and they had my phone fixed in just over 24 hours for around $200. Great service and awesome to work with!

Went in for a battery replacement, Connor did an amazing job at replacing the battery, however, the finger print detector on the home button was malfunctioning afterwards but, they were nice enough to replace my screen free of charge and we’re very responsive about the issue.Definitely recommend this place 10/10!

I think the guys name is Chris. Im horrible with names... I walked in after getting turned down at simply mac across the hall to try and get my ipad air fixed. I asked the gentleman how much it would be to fix it and he quoted me a price that was better then anywhere else.. I stressed to the guy that Im really big on learning to so something my self and not having to depend on other people ... he respected that and gave me tips to do it my self sold me a screen and was going to give me tools to learn it my self. I insisted I gave him some money for the tools .. his honesty was appreciated... after getting it done last night .. do I recommend doing it your self ... nope... let this guys do it cause its hella tedious and not as easy as Im sure hed make it look.

Went to the mall in search of a new battery for my iPhone 6. Went to ‘a store’ and was told there was a 400 person waiting list for new battery installs- the guy pointed across the mall to platinum tech and said- “they may have one in stock.” I walked over and was greeted instantly and told they have multiple batteries in stock- and installation was 5 minutes with a 90 day warranty. Needed a new battery for my Iphone 6. Simply-Mac put me on a waiting list for 2 months, and told me that the installation would take an hour when the battery did come in. Stopped by these guys a few minutes later and one of their techs (Chris Vazquez) and he installed the battery in front of me in less than 10 minutes and slapped a complimentary screen protector on as well. 10/10, 100/100, any number numerator over the same number denominator, would recommend!

Excellent service. Needed a screen replacement and they did a fantastic job. I like their lifetime screen warranty. In fact, after 3 months my phone screen was showing some problem again and I reached out to them. They replaced new screen again at no cost. Gave me a new screen guard too.
