THIS BUSINESS WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I am a college student who came to them with a broken CPU fan in my laptop that I needed fixed fast. I specifically told them that my CPU fan needed replacing when dropping off my device. After a day I was told that it would cost me $300 to replace the fan and I politely declined the service. However, when I went back to retrieve my device, they charged me $89 for disassembly and diagnosis (see attached) even when I told them the issue already. These fees were never disclosed to me.The part required to repair my device costs only $20 and the job takes one to two hours yet they were planning to charge me $300 to do this. I cannot imagine what they would charge for a more intensive repair. Unless you would like to be scammed, avoid this business at all costs.

They were super fast in fixing my gaming pc. Took it in on Monday, and got it back early Wednesday morning. They were super professional and courteous through out the process. I will be coming back to them from now on.

Absolutely awesome experience. Just went in for a little advice and Eli went waaaayyy above & beyond to help me. He spent hours working on the computer and even kept it over night and dropped it off at my house the next day when he wasnt even working. Great they have walk in service now. Id expected to leave my tower for a few days but the hardware problem was repaired, bad programs cleaned off and performance tuned up nicely in like fifteen minutes. Awesome they even showed me exactly how the problems were being fixed. Been with them for 15 years . Is nice to know they are always there when computers gets frustrating.

Dont listen to their recommendations, and the prices are a little on the expensive side.

Terrible customer service i called in to speak with a manager or installer and the sales person i talked to immediatley hung up on me and proceeded to do so for another four more calls. Save yourself time and money use another computer repair shop that doesnt treat you like scum when trying to give them your business.

These guys are simply the best. Cant find more knowledgeable and friendly IT guys anywhere. Hard drive blew up on me and they diagnosed, copied all my files and had the new one running in less than 24hrs. Pretty amazing

I had recently moved into a condo in the area and had horrible problems with my ISP with VOIP calls dropping every few minutes and terrible glitches with my Netflix. I was at my wits end. These guys solved everything in 90 minutes. They ate lifesavers

These guys erased all of their reviews to get rid of my terrible experience. Although the owner did refund me for my experience, his employee did lie to me about price, my computer hardware, and screwing up my repair leaving me to take care of it myself better than he could... Seems sketchy to me. Lets see if they do it again.
