The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous. I mentioned that I had used another Choice Auto Center in Delray and that nobody answered whenI called. The person at the Boynton Center told me to keep trying. When someone did answer, I was told I could not have service until the next day because they were short on staff. So I called Boynton back and they told me to come by. I needed to wait three hours, but left feeling my car was in top condition.

Usually good service, but went in telling them my air compressor was making a weird noise, and they said it was nothing. Less than a week later, my air conditioner was dead.Also, highly recommend getting the Drive Card financing. The financing company is unprofessional, and basically swindlers. Just pay up front or use your own card.

Im new to the area and was looking for a place to start going for regular oil changes. It can be intimidating going to a new mechanic but, I felt like I was in good hands at Tire Choice. I asked them to check on the air filter and rather than sell me a part that I dont need they were honest and told me it was not ready to be replaced. I greatly appreciate honesty! Honest Honest Honest. Talk to Jeff, mgr. I went here to get some Freon put into my a/c. Turns out the Freon level was fine. They ordered the pressure part, installed it & determined that nor the compressor were the problem . They reset the car & voila the a/c started working properly. I tipped him because he didn’t charge me . But, the easiest repair for a mechanic to lie about is the a/c. They tell you that you need a compressor when you don’t. Never once did they even think about doing that. Keeping this store in my contacts for future use.

The Tire Choice in Boynton Beach was quite busy when I arrived. Since I didnt want to wait (being the 7th customer in line) Laurent, the manager, suggested an appointment for later in the day. When the time came I received a call to return to Tire Choice. If you need any kind of service, Tire Choice in Boynton is the place to go. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to assist customers with any issues they may be experiencing with their vehicles. I stopped by today to get a full set of tires, and Laurent made sure I left with the best of the best. He recommended the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S as I consistently lose traction in 1st and 2nd gear. Laurent was also handling the front desk all on his own, and had no issues addressing multiple customers at once as well as answer the phone in a timely manner. Called earlier in the day and was able to schedule an appointment the same day...Adam was very kind and helpful.. initially went to get an alignment,t balance and rotation but he informed and showed me how my front tires were not looking good. He gave me a very good deal for the tires, alignment, balance and rotation and with a warranty also if anything happened to the new tires..literally took only 1 hour for them to do everything..i was in and out..i was also concerned about my brakes and he took the time to show me them and explain if they were okay.. definitely recommend this place! Will be going back to get the other two tires done!

The cost of patching a flat tire I thought was excessive. Would of been sufficient to have put a plug in the tire for a simple nail Wasnt about to shop to fix a slow leak.

Adam and Brian did a very good job. They advised me on the best tires for my car, which they had in stock. They performed the work on time, for the price they quoted. They went the extra mile for me by helping to fill out the rebate forms. Car rides great. Buying tires is a no fun, expensive proposition, but these 2 guys made it as painless as possible.

I desperately needed two tires for my car and Mark and Adam were amazing! They really showed me the difference of all the tires they had and were very knowledgeable when showing me the difference of tread and made my decision very easy. I had a great experience at the Boynton beach store! My tires were leaking air on a Sunday and this place was open and the repair men were so nice. It turns out I had nails in three of my tires (thank you construction site next to my work) and I got a great price on the two tires I had to replace and the patch work was quick. I highly recommend this location if you have any tire needs!

I picked this place because of the good reviews and I am so glad I did. As a younger woman I have been taken advantage of before at car shops. I came in with a tire leaking air after recently hitting a curb hard and expecting the worst (new tire maybe even a new rim). They quickly checked out my tire and told me I had a nail in it which they could repair and I was out of there in an hour. Their transparency and honesty will make me a customer for as long as I live in this area!

Brian was exceedingly helpful with my visit today. He explained what to look for when purchasing tires, pulled down all the brand options they had and visually showed me the treads and ratings. He also was not pushy, did not try to point me toward the most expensive and was honest. I like that in a salesman. My tire caught a nail in it and was leaking air. My roadside assistance told me 1 hour to get here, my tire compressor failed me at the same time. Barely got to a gas station to fill up more air. Everywhere around closed at 5pm when I needed help with the repair. On 18% cell battery, I located this store, called and the guy was super friendly, said come in they can take me right away. I drove to the location and was greeted respectfully and with a jovial attitude. He was patient and did not rush any service to try to sell me a package. They took my car right away (talk about perfect timing) and within 30 mins I was patched up and good to go. Charged a decent price and both reps at the front desk were friendly. You could could see they were under pressure but they maintained their composure. Great service and did not mess my car up. The tire did have 55 lbs of air and the tech forgot to put it back to 35psi, but no big deal, I released the excess air when I got home. This is a place Ill go to when leaving from work in the future since its convenient next to many eating places, and I had a great experience. Keep employing honest, friendly, and people who like what they do. Customer service is something that make the experience so much better and you guys now have a customer for life.

I blew a tire on Thursday 2/13. I called Tire choice and spoke with Mark who was able to help me out with all questions I had. I placed my tire order, the very next day my tire arrived was placed on the car and was called as soon as my car was done. My car drives better than ever with just the one tire replaced. Will do business with again.

Very amazing and responsible service, got my Mercedes balanced and actually the manager found some faults that 3 previous mechanic places failed to find.-It was a simple spacer that fixed my cars vibration that only Tire Choice was able to find and fix,saving me at least $1k ,the manager took the car for a ride before handing it to me, to make sure that it worked as intended, and only charged me for the balancing.They really take care of your car, and they are very very friendly, the wait time is very short compared to any mechanic ive been before, and the work quality way higher than mechanics i used to go to.I am very happy with this place and i will definitely go back when i am ready for my next new tires.Honesty matters a lot to me, and these guys really have it, i highly recommend this place, you will thank me later.

This is my 3rd time taking my Ford Escape/SUV in for servicing at Tire Choice. Each time there, i was fortunate to be greeted by the Service Rep., Elliott. My very first visit was for my tire, a slow leak. I just knew I would be told that i would have to get a new tire, the tire couldnt be plugged, but that was not so, they were able to plug it, the cost was reasonable, and ive had no problems ever since, the tire is just fine! The next 2 times were for oil changes & and a couple other regular maintenance up keep for my vehicle. I highly recommend Tire Choice, i have been very satisfied with their work on each of my visits. Originally came to this location because it said Goodyear on the sign as I have lifetime rotation and balance plus 3 yr alignment plan through Goodyear. Gentleman at the front said they weren’t affiliated with Goodyear but explained my situation of going out of town and he went ahead and honored my Goodyear receipt and took care of my truck. He took the time to show me my alignment was straight and explained every question I had. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of service. A very honest establishment. Brought my wifes car in for a tire change (after an accident) and I asked for an alignment but when they put it on the rack they told me it didnt need one! Very rare that a service station would rather be honest then to just do it and charge me. Now I bring my car here for servicing. They meet/beat prices so theres no reason to bring your car anywhere else.

Having a 2003 Benz C Class, this location’s Elliot, honestly explained they Couldn’t properly Align my car due to alignment settings that Only can be made by Benz. Apparently because if the age of my vehicle.Since I have owned the car since new I have had it “aligned” numerous times, or so I had thought.I know this doesn’t occur often but if it applies to your vehicle, do some research.In the end, I am to be credited the money I spent on the alignment policy and need to go spend it at Benz.Whole point of this Review is to Credit Elliott and his alignment person with being two Great Employees and two Honest People!I strongly encourage people to take a look at this shop.
