I work in the auto insurance business and made the mistake of referring about a dozen customers to Glass America. While my contact is nice and super responsive (Sheri), this company is a disaster. Out of twelve people that I referred over to them they didnt show up for two of the appointments or cancelled at the last minute and they damaged two of the vehicles while replacing the windshield.My best advice is to AVOID this company. They cannot live up to their promises.

They replaced my windshields in both of my cars. In one car the windshield rattles when I drive over 40mph and my rear view mirror was cracked and is now dangling from my windshield. And to top it off I cannot get anyone to call me back or answer the phone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
