I had the absolute best experience with ABC Auto. They were very professional and did a great job fixing my car. The front of my car was hit my shrapnel, they replaced all the broken bits with new ones, the car looked great when it was finished, and they also gave it a deep inside clean. I would highly recommend using ABC for your auto detailing needs. Great team, very fair and honest.

Couldnt have asked for better service. Trevor made everything easy and transparent. My car was ready a day early and the repairs were excellent. They even included a car wash and interior clean, totally unexpected. I got quotes from three different autobody shops for the work I needed done and ABC was the most affordable. After picking up my car Im convinced that ABC is also the best quality.

Anti-masker alert: No one in the office or shop is wearing a mask. I wish that was the only reason for leaving a poor review. My vehicle was brought to them for repair after an accident. I understand they cannot control parts being delayed and some human error. However, Darin was a master gaslighter and treated me horribly throughout the experience. Two days after getting my vehicle back, I had to take the vehicle back to them because they did not properly reinstall the visors. They just fell out when I tried to use them. Never once was there an acknowledgement of their mistake or any apologies for the sloppy work or the inconvenience of the time. I had just gotten the vehicle back earlier that week and had to sanitize every surface since they are not wearing masks or doing any surface cleaning. So I had to yet again sanitize every surface today when I brought it back in to fix their mistake. Again, I understand the delays in parts, however, for the 2nd month they had my vehicle, no matter how many times I asked for a realistic estimate, I kept being told it would be done by the end of that week. I spent hours having to make phone calls because of their old school sleezy used car salesman tactics. Perhaps they only treat women this way. Aside from the lazy improper installation of the visors, the actual work itself seems okay for now, but I just got the vehicle back, so who knows. I could list more harmful and unprofessional interactions, but this should provide a broad enough scope of why anyone should avoid going here.

Had bumpers and fenders replaced on two different vehicles. Was very happy with the professionalism, expertise, quality of work, and integrity.Keep up the great work :)

I cant speak to price as thankfully insurance covered all of it but I could not have been more grateful for the help Darren and Trevor provided. Darren kept me up to date and informed me what the damages were and Trevor was helpful on the pick-up. If I run into another car issue this will be the place I come back to.

After an unfortunate incident with a cement pole, I called ABC to get an estimate on fixing my car. To be clear, I didnt have a lot of money and I needed to be able to fix the car quickly and for as little expense as possible.The team at ABC helped me to find the parts from a used lot, and were able to repair my car for a fraction of the cost of the estimates that other shops. They scheduled the work to be done quickly, and the customer service was excellent.The car looks great, almost as if the whole thing never happened.

Extremely impressed with this place. I checked two other locations and this one was the cheapest. Not only that, Darin, was very communicative and charged the price that he said he would. All in all, I came out with a clean, fixed truck at the best price available. I will be using this place in the future

I took my car there after getting hit in a parking lot. Trevor was amazing throughout the whole experience. I had kind of a time constraint and he worked with me to make sure it was done when I needed it. When I went to pick it up, the whole car had been detailed inside and out on top of fixing what needed to be fixed! I would hands down recommend this place to anyone!

Quoted me at $1,993.22 and 30.2 hours of professional labor to remove paint transfer from the side of my car (I scraped my car on my garage). They wanted to take the doors off, panels, repaint them individually, etc. Instead I got clear coat safe rubbing compound and a non-motorized buffing tool for about $25, and removed the paint transfer myself with about 3 hours of buffing. Its been 6+ months with this home repair and there are no issues whatsoever.Afterward, I was a little taken aback by how cheap and easily I did the repair myself, contrasted with how long and expensive the professionals told me it would be. I certainly wont come here in the future, as I would expect a completely unfair price.Two stars instead of one because they did not end up completing the repair, so I cant speak for their actual skills, just the ridiculous price.

I was sideswiped on the freeway recently and the passenger side of my 2015 Ford was gouged from bumper to bumper. I initially called Caliber Collision because it was closest to me but they informed me they dont work on aluminum.My next call was to ABC Autobody and I spoke with Trevor. Immediately he walked through the process of the insurance claims/counter claims etc. and was very informative of the process. In addition he was very upfront and honest with the timelines of the repair.He organized a pickup from the shop to get me situated with a rental car both when I dropped the truck off for repairs and picked it up. The truck came out good as new. The running board replacement was on backorder but he assured me that it would be a quick and easy install once the part gets in. I understand bodywork is a timely endeavor but they completed the repairs on my truck in a very timely fashion.Will hopefully not have to utilize their services again but would definitely recommend them if you get into a fender bender. 11/10

Trevor and the whole shop are Great.They took care of me with a really small job, but fit me in to their schedule and got me back and on the road, nothing flat.Just use these guys, you won’t be disappointed.

Ive been here way more times than I would like but even so they make each experience enjoyable. They take the time to explain my options and all the work that needs to be done. I refuse to go anywhere else!

So today crossed the line. Found out leaking from sun roof was because they failed to install the drain tube back properly. But lets just say it slipped off since the car is 4 years old. Still doesnt make me happy when I got my car back that my c pillars were not reinstalled correctly, rain gaurds were not reinstalled properly, my driver side sun blocker now falls off of I pull it down and turn it to the side, there was paint over spray which I had to acetone off glass, they broke off clips that held the bumper and grill together and broke another small plastic piece in my trunk.... the guys were nice to work with I guess since I they also didnt reinstall a seal under my hood correctly they got me fixed up for that issue, but dont really wanna go back from Denver to boulder for stuff I fixed my self because they cant reinstall stuff

Just got my Ford Escape back from the shop, and I am so thankful for the amazing job they did. My car was hit by the hailstorm in May and needed a lot of work. Thankfully ABC Auto Body was able to get my car in at a decent time and do amazing work! My car looks brand new! They were very friendly, and they were honest about the time it would take to get done. I’m so glad I took my car here. I would highly recommend this company.

This is hands down the worst body shop that I have ever worked with. A 3 week repair turned into a 2 month ordeal of back and forth with management. The car still wasnt fixed after 2 months. I got so fed up with this company that I eventually pulled it and had it repaired by another body shop, out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here. There are a lot of way better options in the Boulder area.

I was very disappointed with the treatment I recieved here. Bridget helped me with a quote and left me very confused about how they structure the pricing. I was very turned off because it seemed like she was trying to charge me more. I was pretty hesitant at this point and called back and spoke with Trevor. He explained that the young lady was new and was confused but assured me that she was very professional. Trevor was also very rude. I had a good experience when I brought my prius in a couple years ago and really wanted to work with them again, but was shocked by how horribly I was treated. If your salesperson is new and doesnt know what they are talking about you should extend an appology instead of blaming the customer and being rude, but it goes beyond this. I was told totally contradictory information by Bridget first saying that they had the part in stock and then when I mentioned this to Trevor in front of her she got very haughty and declared that she had never said that. Totally weird experience. I have never experienced such rude and immature salespeople basically calling me a liar right in front of me. Totally unacceptable behavior.

I worked with Bryan and he was great. I had some hail damage fixed, and was in and out in less than a week. Cant recommend enough.

ABC Auto Body was the best automotive experience Ive ever had. They were so sweet and helpful and I left feeling great with a car that was totally fixed. They did everything in under a half hour, gave my dog treats, and didnt even charge me (it was cosmetic damage that required simple unscrewing and re-screwing). Trevor is great and will take good care of you. Couldnt be happier!

This was one of the worst car related experiences Ive ever had. The staff I dealt with on the phone was great - really helpful, responsive, friendly. However the actual work was terrible. It was like a high schooler did it. When I picked my car up the first time (after about a month) they had done an awful job on every aspect of the repair (bumper didnt fit, hail had not been fixed, door was not aligned correct) and I had to haggle with them to properly fix it and actually use OEM parts. Then about another 2 months of back and forth, where they ultimately never fixed the car properly. Im also still finding random bolts popping off the interior and my taillight screws were loose causing the taillight to pop off. Go to a better quality company, dont be tricked but their friendly phone staff.

I accidentally scratched the front left side of my car and thought that I needed to replace the entire front bumper of my car. To my surprise, like 90% of the scratch came off with a small dab of paint thinner and the repair was no longer necessary. Daren was very helpful and although I didnt need to use their services, I would definitely recommend.

Initial estimate for a repair of back bumper and one tail light was 3-4 days.I delivered the car on Tuesday morning and was expecting it ready before the weekend.When I had not heard anything on Friday I called them. They told me they needed to take a look at it and they would call back. They never did. I called them again in the afternoon and got the same answer. This time they did call back to say it would not be ready before the weekend.The following Tuesday (7 days) I call them again and then I hear that there is hidden damage that they will have to clear with my insurance.Nothing for the rest of the week until they call me on Friday to tell me it will be ready on Monday. I should wait for their call. Monday I was traveling in the afternoon and my wife picked up the car - 13 days after we dropped it off.Their process is obviously broken, they do a bad job of keeping the customer up to date and did not seem to check for additional damage until very late in the game.The work seems to be good and thats why I give them two stars.

I felt it necessary to write a review because of how impressed I was with this auto body shop. I recently had my car repaired at ABC auto body after someone ran a red light and caused about $3500 worth of damage to my front end. When I got my car back, it looked brand new. The paint-job was seamless, they repaired every minor detail of my car, and they even had cleaned it out. They also took care of all the insurance and rental car business, which was so helpful. I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

Quality of repairs and attention to detail were abysmal. My vehicle was returned with new scratches that ABC refused to claim responsibility for. After scheduling over a month out, minor repairs took well over two-weeks due to poor scheduling & communication with Progressive Insurance and ABC ordering the wrong parts for my vehicle. No apology or reply was ever received after taking the time to send a written letter voicing my concerns to management. The shop over-promised and under-delivered on multiple occasions. I cannot recommend enough that you steer clear of this place and take your vehicle elsewhere. If Google gave me the option, I would give zero stars instead of one.

Wow... Insurance company quoted $3K of hail damage while Trevor said $6.5K. Ending up... Trevor knows what he is doing. Very professional, responsive, complete, fantastic work done and best of all .. Me and my wife had paid ABC Boulder 14k to repair our daily driver. First impression was great ,I walked in and was politely taken care of and pretty quickly as well. We had been given a date that our car would have been started but delayed another two weeks to start repairs. Other than Brian no one in the office cared to inform or ask for any concerns about my vehicle I had waited in the office for 1 hour until I was assisted to see my car . After checking my car in their lot it had been in there over a week and a half it had a huge knew scratch on the lower driver side door . I was told that my car was supposed to go threw a process for inventory that checks all damages that had already been there but said( they don’t know what happened there and can’t tell if they are responsible for it but can’t say it wasn’t there either because they just don’t know). Other than my car being delayed from start to finish and having new damages, my car was finally done and was given to me without looking it around or showing me what had been done . Not one simple detail of the repairs. Not to mention they knew my tail light was out and My back up light strip in the interior was out and had me notice it on my own just so I can call back and ask what happened there and simply said they knew what lights I was talking about and to bring it back for another day. After going through all of this I notice my repairs are not aligned as far as my rear door and trunk, paint job had dirt in it and pinholes all around where the car was cut, There was also primer overspray under my mirror which was completely out of sight, my interior suede had black dirty hand prints all over the area the was worked on. After showing this all to Brian he would explain why the doors are crooked are because the thresh holds are brand new , when we showed him our bumber was rigged in the joint and popping out he said they can’t do nothing because the bumber is brand new and Went to the other side of the car to explain prior damage that was not apart of the repairs and changed the conversation to hidden damages we didn’t even know about to sugar coat what we were really complaining about. Then it’s when we got to the pinholes and overspray where he did not try to explain why that was there because there was nothing to say but that we were right. After feeling belittled and cheated while we’re trying yo explain every detail that we did not like from the repairs we were told we were going to have to bring it back and check it out. It has been over a MONTH and we have not got one call to follow up on our pride and joy. ABC just reeled us in and with politeness and respect and But we’re treated as if we were not a CUSTOMER AND DID NOT JUST PAY $14.000.... I do not recommend the shop , I’m not wasting my time putting this review people in the Denver area need to know that abc is not where to take your vehicle . Me and my wife are super upset that we trusted this shop. Just because they are polite you really don’t know what you are getting into ,WE DIDNT! Take it from Us ! I don’t have free time and i work hard for these people at abc to make me dizzy and run in circles. Horrible service. Smiling faces are not good all the time . I recently took my car here to get an aftermarket fiberglass hood installed. They did a great job matching the color and the hood looks flawless! The painter even suggested painting the underside black which looks great, I never would have thought about that. Great business.

The customer service was A+. They finished the car when promised. There was a dent that was missed, and they picked the car up at my work in Boulder and returned it the same day. One of the few places left that strive for 100% customer satisfaction, thanks to Trevor.

Im late in submitting this review but must as the experience was exceptional. In September of last year, our teenage daughter was rear-ended while driving around town. Our SUV sustained quite a bit of damage in the rear resulting in the need for auto body repair. The insurance of the driver at fault recommended ABC Auto Body and so happy they did. Not only are the repairs top notch, the customer service went above and beyond. Trevor was such a pleasure to work with - friendly, professional and always in communication. Our car was not only repaired but cleaned. And, even on a subsequent visit in which one additional piece needed to be added... our car was cleaned again! I would highly recommend ABC Auto Body to anyone in need of this service!

I came in with a bumper that I popped out of place. And they couldve ripped me off for 100 bucks easy. But instead they told me to pull around to the side and popped it back in and gave me a new pop clip for my bumper free of charge. Definitely would refer any friends or family to them.

Take your damaged car to these folks. This is a good company. Three years ago the previous owner replaced a mangled left door on my Highlander. Recently the door was malfunctioning so I took it back to the new owner and asked for an estimate. Instead,Trevor and crowd treated it like a warranty repair, fixed the door and vacuumed and washed the Highlander at no charge. Highly recommended.

Excellent auto body shop in Boulder! My 2010 Kia Soul was totally smashed in front when I lived in Boulder in 2015. My insurance company (USAA) thankfully let me get it repaired. ABC did a fabulous job. My car looked brand new - including the engine. Two years later and it’s humming along. Thank you ABC!!! PS: The folks at ABC were great – very nice, responsive and competent.

Friendly staff, record turnaround time, quality work! Even with the extensive repairs needed, they were done ahead of schedule and made sure all my questions were answered along the way!

Work performed on backside looks good, but the cargo door now squeeks. Mechanic left duct tape all over the back window which resulted in damage to defroster grid. Took 3+ weeks to perform work, so make sure you have alternative means of transportation.

Easy and pleasant experience with Brian at ABC Auto Body. They do walk-in estimates, no appointment needed. I swung by with my Honda which had some paint transfer, possible dings underneath, and a crunched side view mirror. They buffed the transferred paint off at no charge so that they could see if there were dents or scratches on the door underneath and gave me two separate estimates - one for the mirror replacement and one for body work to repair the few light dings they found. They also gave me a referral to a place that will hammer out dings (rather than do the full body work and repainting) if I wanted a less expensive repair, which I thought was evidence that they do actually care about helping the customer figure out their best option, as other reviewers have said. I dont mind dings so decided to live with those but asked ABC to replace my side mirror. It could not have been easier. They got the part within two days and since their mirror guy was not busy he did the replacement in less than 15 minutes while I waited (though I also had the option to drop the car off and come back for it). Efficient, professional, friendly, and reasonable cost. I highly recommend these guys and will go back to them next time the need arises.

My daughter is attending CU and I (her father) live out-of-state. She cracked up her SUV and I needed to choose a shop without being there or knowing people who had any experience with this in Boulder. I made my decision soley off of the reviews on line. This was a little scarey and I could not believe Bernie was as good as so many say. Bottom line, Bernie was fast, efficient and always gave me status calls without me asking. I have no idea if the price was the lowest I could have received, but I will pay for top quality service and being able to trust a person like I do with Bernie. When he overlooked something in the estimate, he called me and was frank and apologetic. We had a small thing that needed to be addressed after I paid and the truck was returned and Bernie handled this in the most amazing way. He actually had a mechanic from across the road address the issue because that mechanic had better knowledge. He did not charge a dime for this and treated my daughter like she was his own. I could not more highly recommend a body shop than ABC.

I have a rock chip on the roof of my car that took the paint down to metal. A small round circle. I called before hand and ask what can be done. They said to bring it by and they’ll take a look. So I did. I went by only to be surprised by the fact the guy told the only thing that can be done would be to use the touch up pen I already and just dab it in or to repaint the roof of the car. Upon further research, there are other shops that do local work to fix these small imperfections.Why I rated it so poorly was that the employee who came out to look at it used the pen and went ahead and started applying the touch up. Did not clean the area, or really ask if I wanted to. To those who may not know. The area must be cleaned with soap and water or alcohol rub to prevent the touch up paint from shearing now properly. I immediately had to leave and go buy rubbing alcohol to remove what this employee had done.I came expecting some evaluation and a local solution, but instead had to undo a mistake that made the problem look worse. I am sure large bodies or work, they do can do a job, but if you have minor scratches and chips, this is not the place.

My brand new 2012 Camry Hybrid got rear-ended about a month after I drove it out of the dealership. I brought it to ABC and they treated me very well. The car was ready in 2 days, they stripped the bumper, bonded, and repainted and clear coated, saved me a bundle since I didnt have to replace the bumper. I cant tell there was ever an accident and my new car looks new again. They honored the quote down to the penny. Thanks ABC.

I’m a senior living in the county and desperately need my car. I was told 3 to 5 days for repair and today, the 5th day, I’m told it will be ready on the 9th day! Never use this company if getting your car on time matters to you. There are no rentals available since Boulder is such a popular destination.

The directions that google gives are misleading. You need to turn North on Frontier from Pearl Street and take a left to get to ABC. There was also no paperwork to be signed before work began on my car. That aside, I got three estimates to repair the damage on my car and ABC was the cheapest and the closest. They were scheduling a week out and the work was supposed to take 3-4 days. It ended up taking 5 days because the guy who was working on my car had a seizure, which set everything behind. It wasnt anyones fault and there was no malicious intent, but it was still inconvenient. Despite the delay, quality work was done as well as they vacuumed the inside of my car and fixed some touch-up paint that had been done by the previous owner.

Trevor and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to not only fix, but clean, my car. He was incredibly helpful and considerate I will definitely come to them next time I need some work done!

This place is lazy and unintelligent to call themselves experts at fixing car. (Do not trust THEM)When I went there, with a small dent at my bumper and fender from running into a column in a parking garage, they inspected and told me I will have to replace the entire bumper and fender for a cost of almost $2000!!!!!.I went to a car welding auto shop, and they fixed my bumper and fender for close to 700$.This place is very lazy, and dont know about fixing. They will want to replace everything instead of actually fixing the problem.

I need to split this review into 2 parts.The body work ABC did was excellent. I was hit in my parking lot by a neighbor, and the car looks brand new. Bernie was extremely nice and easy to work with and you cannot tell my car was hit. I will state again the body work was excellent.I did experience some negative. They forgot to reconnect the linkage for the driver side door lock which I found out the hard way wasnt working. Unlike many shops ABC made right and reconnected the door lock - which was great. I thought this was excellent service, to go back and fix the mistake.The only reason I am not giving them a very good or excellent review is that after the 2nd disassembly/reassembly of my driver door some snap tabs for the door handle were broken so the inside handle isnt fitting correctly - it is partially falling out of the door. It is functional but I will probably have to replace it in the semi near future.

Poor quality paint work. New roof and hood installed, brand new metal, but paint has defects and they will not address properly, saying you cannot expect perfection.
