I wish I could give this place no stars.I made an appointment some two weeks ahead and was told theyd call me the day of to schedule. They never called, and when I called them, I was told that the person who was going to install the windshield had left a message saying he couldnt do it until next Thursday. Now I cant go on the trip Ive been planning for months. What can they do about that? I asked. Well, they can send someone out next Tuesday.How is this place still in business?

Called the business to inquire about a mirror replacement and he hung up on me before I could ask a follow-up question a if he was bothered by the call.

I decided to try this business to replace the windshield on my pickup. My insurance company had them on a list of glass replacement companies near me. They scheduled me for a morning appointment but didnt call or show up within the scheduled time. I waited a while after that, then called the insurance claim processor again, who sent them a second notification. Another two hours went by with no call. I then called the claim processor to cancel the appointment and set one up with another company.
