Just picked up my first ever protein powder and the staff was incredible! I actually arrived a minute or so earlier and they didn’t hesitate to open their doors for me. Nathan was very helpful and super sweet. He went above and beyond to offer advice and set me up with a great shaker since I’m new to the fitness world. Keep up the great work! 😊

Sadly, the management of this location is apparently disinterested in actually helping us. I gave two stars because I used to LOVE this store. There seems to be completely new people here now (a lot has changed since Covid), and they keep trying to push their own agenda on me. I compete, I know what I want, and want NOTHING to do with someone who thinks they know more about my body than I do. Gone is the crew who took the time to actually talk. NO. I refuse to put any more money into that member program. and DEFINITELY no automatic shipments. Ill keep my shopping to Amazon. Thanks but no thanks.

Walked over here to hopefully find a better experience than the other place. But this was worse. Used to be MUCH better. I don’t want a membership and already know what I need. STOP. That’s it. I’ll find better ways to get what I need

These guys are great. Everyone should use this GNC! They actually care :) My friend needed something to help get ready for our trip to Mexico. She had all kinds of concerns because of other stuff she has to be careful about. This store is smaller than the other one but way nicer.

I experienced such a high level of proffessionalism and assistance here yesterday. would give 10 stars if possible but for the sheer rudenesss of another customer there. he appeared to truthfully want to start a fight. the manager was calm, cool and continued to attempt to help him. even offered to personally call the headquarters for him. staff, store fantastic.

Great new staff! Both people working took time to talk to me and help with all my questions. Felt so much more comfy than when I go to the one near where I work (Copley)

Wow. Today went in to return a product. The associate, non manager running the store was unsure how to perform the return and suggested I return when the manager was on duty(5 hours later). I suggested the associate call the manager of another store, he called his manager , a woman on his cell. She told him not to perform the return until she was present. The associated told me this. Anyways the associate was eager to customer assist, unlike his manager of the winter street store. So he and I worked together and were able to correctly complete the return.As a gold member, I only stay a member today because of Jeffersons extra efforts. I highly criticize his manager for lack of education and customer satisfaction. I will not shop this location or an location she may transfer too. Horrible people skills were evident.Thank you to Jefferson for salvaging my respect for your business.

Good location, when I went to the store, an individual kept trying to sell me on products. After I told the individual I was ok he then continued to try and sell me on another product. This made me feel uncomfortable.... This individual needs to tone down on trying to sell products to the consumer.

I went to this store to buy whey protein on August 5th 2016 after noon, there were to employees a gentleman and a lady, the gentleman was so friendly and and he helped me find what I was looking for, and I asked him so many questions cuz I dont have enough knowledge about whey proteins, I asked one last question before I left ,but when I asked that question the lady who was working there laughed on my face I think she thought that my question was a stupid question and I felt really uncomfortable at all, I think I will never go back to that story again, even though it is in front of my gym which I go there every day, next time when I need to buy whey protein Ill go to an other store.
