A week ago, I purchased a cookie with a price of $1.95. I was in a hurry because I was going for a flu shot next door. After paying at a self-service machine with my VISA card, I threw away the receipt with the wrapper.When I got home I was surprised to see $41.95 taken from my checking account. It was processed as an ATM transaction.I went back yesterday to trace the transaction and Adam and his team manager could not have been more helpful. I got my money returned today and was happy to spend some of it at Whole Foods due to their great service.It was an excellent cookie but it was not worth $41.95.This was a machine error. Always check your receipts before you leave a store. Customers and their children abuse the self-service machines and a lot can happen.Thank you, Adam and staff.

Clean organized and helpful staff. Plenty of shoppers and line to pay didn’t take too long. We used the self checkout and it was a breeze. Bathrooms are clean and tidy tho you do need a code to enter it but ask any employee and they’ll provide it for you.

Its a very good location to shop for finding your new health 🥑🥝 food items at a great price! Also good new ideas for more recipes to take home when on a busy schedule!!

Great selection of fruits, vegetables, cheeses and pantry products. Fresh meats also good selection. The fish selection is poor. Well if its a selection ? 3 verity of fresh fish. There is more crustaceans than fish. The only redeeming feature is the staff behind the counter. Giving excellent service.

There was a big hype about this chain in general and a visit at Wholefoods was on my bucket list for over 20 years whenever I was in the US (almost every month I fly to USA).Now it isnt something special anymore. Just a view vegan options like the unhealthy Beyond Meat products, expensive food and cosmetics.At this branch the cosmetic products are separated. It doesnt feel nice to buy some of the pricy import cosmetics that I can get online for less.Dear Wholefoods, it is time for something NEW. Maybe the areas where customers can eat the cooked food deserves an upgrade to a more clean and inviting area.

Several shelves empty...breads about 1/3 empty. Hard to find some items . Really long checkout lines. LOOK carefully at expiration dates before purchasing. We didnt and had to return item next day that was outdated significantly and spoiled. A pain....

The quality is good & price is modest

Every time I come here there is little to no vegan options available. No vegan sandwiches, no vegan pizzas, etc. ... I have to settle for the veggie rolls... idk if they never have vegan options or if there’s just none when I shop here but I’m very disappointed.

Excellent as always! We are from Brooklyn and spent couple days in Boston and Wholefoods market met all our expectations. Fresh and delicious hot bar, great bakery, we bought vanilla cheesecake which was super-delicious! Recommend!

Beautifully arranged food - everything looks so beautiful and is easy to find.

Buffet does not inspire confidence in food safety.Parking is very tough. This is a grocery store that you walk to for the local neighborhood.Staff is too frazzled to be as polite and helpful as the staff over at fresh pond

Ive never shopped in a whole foods before and I was so very impressed. Itvwas so clean and well organized. The staff where pretty good too.

My experience at Whole Foods was superb. The food was fresh. The associates were clear in directing me to an item I was having trouble locating, and I was out the door in a hurry. No backups because of the lack of cashiers. I always stop in to Whole Foods. Whether its even for something as simple as a cup of coffee. I havent been disappointed yet with their friendly service.

Terrible experiences after been taken over by Amazon. Food quality and service quality have dropped dramatically. I myself have had filed complaints twice and had let go many issues, just because Ive had enough with complaining.

We have a few grocery store selections living downtown, but we don’t see any other store giving so much attention to keeping their employees and customers safe. We so appreciate how clean the store is and especially how often the staff wipes down registers, payment pads, carts and baskets. This is the only place we safe to shop. Thank you!

The quality & selection of produce & other products exceeds all expectation. Store is amazing.

I often shop there, most of the times are ok. But there are two times weird. Yesterday I bought 2 cartoons of Horizon whole milk and 1 cartoon reduced milk, but the cashier charged me 3 whole and 1 reduced. The other time happened in March of last year during pandemic, I bought 1 box of cereal, of course with many others, but the cashier charged me 48 boxes! In both cases I only found out the mistake when I got home. Last time I went back to the store with the receipt to have them refund me. This time I will have to do the same thing.

Always clean, but selection for vegetarians has gone down in recent years (no more bean burritos or mushroom quesadillas, and sometimes no prepared vegetarian options at all). Last night I was happy to find a broccoli and cheese calzone, but when I heated it up it strongly smelled of egg (the smell of eggs makes me physically ill). Egg should only be used as a binder in a calzone like this, it should not be the dominant smell. So, I paid just under $6 for food that made me ill without even eating it and I had to throw away. Looks like Ill need to find a better source for quick foods.

Week. Place high prices for everything I bought pizza and crust was real hard under lamp.i wear dentures. Pepperoni was hard.it was almost $4.00 I dont mind paying for gourmet items but it should be editable too.quick service they should offer masks if u forgot yours.friendly staff.

Unmatched selection for natural, organic and locally sourced products, everything they sell has a premium feel. It can be pricy, though, it is never my first option for doing the bulk of grocery shopping. However, there are certain items that I can only find there. It is also a nice place to grab something for a quick dinner or a treat to yourself. They have special deals for Amazon prime members, which are usually really good.

WORM INFESTED TUNA. Yesterday I purchased a tuna steak from Whole Foods and went directly home to cook it. Upon eating roughly half I took a closer look and saw worms in my tuna (the read lines). I then immediately took it back to whole foods. The manager pulled the remaining tuna steaks and showed them to me. I showed her the red lines in the other steaks but she said those werent worms but crystals in the tuna. I did a lot of research on the internet and multiple websites showed these red lines to be worms. I then contacted Whole Foods about this on twitter and NO APOLOGY was given. They just asked which store I purchased it at. Needless to say I will not be returning to Whole Foods.

When entering the nearby hospital, I walked there to order food to be delivered which they very nicely. My only problem is they are organic primarily and I dislike this aspect as I Love my brand name foods. At my age, taste is everything.

Good service, and good variety of WFM products here. However, the prices are astronomically high (and Im a regular). I have recently found it cheaper to purchase from Amazon Prime for much cheaper prices for exact products.

This Whole Foods is the Whole Foods that made me a Whole Foods loyalist. That and being an Amazon Prime member.The hot food is really popular here and for good reason - Ive never had something I didnt like.When you go here, beware of some people who might try to scam you into getting them money from the ATM. Of course there are homeless people who really need it, but living close by and being a frequent customer, I have seen some unfortunate people getting scammed. This of course has nothing to do with the quality of this WF store but worth knowing.

I’m in this location several times a week.It’s good for staple items; there’s not a lot of space available so if you’re looking for something funky/a little more specialized, you probably won’t find it here. But the items they do offer they keep well stocked and organized even during the after work rush.The checkout lines can be insane.

Store has everything and excellent service. Eating area good for a meal at walking distance from the Boston Common or Government Center.Self-checkout works with no hassle if you are using your backpack as Use your own bag. Customer-friendly staff that helps when help is requested.

I like going here for special items and those rare treats. But I dont live near one anymore so I havent been in a while. But it is a great place to get those kind of items. But no matter how much you buy they always fit it into one bag. Love that about this place. Miss those great bags. You can reuse them so many times

Love the selection of this whole foods. I live on their prepared food section. Its great. I love their salads and vegetables.They make my all-time favorite soup-Carrot Ginger and their other vegetarian soups are great as well.Their prepared salmon is very expensive but cheaper than going out to eat and tastes just as good.I really like their pastries. The cookies are delicious and I eat way too many of their healthy muffins(great vegan and nonfat options).The 365 brand is great if you are looking to save some money.I try to avoid this location during weekday lunch rush, it gets so so crazy.The weekends and weeknights are manageable though and the cashiers are fast and friendly. I love doing sunday morning shopping here and enjoy some coffee and pastry.They also validate parking if you buy a certain amount great for big shopping trips in Boston.

Love coming here for their cupcakes. Their cupcakes are freaking amazing. Reasonably priced, I think its worth it. Headed there on lunch watch! lol

Why is it that Whole Foods produce is not as good as before? They run out of things before they bring in more. Produce is not great.On many occasions I’ve bought grated cheese it’s moldy tacos stale to mention a few. I don’t have time to return.The flowers are pathetic just give up!Make room for an oven just for bread.The bread is totally messed up so dry and they put it on the shelf then freeze it if it doesn’t sell??? Then put it back on the shelf. What!!So gross my kids can not eat dry bread for a sandwich ... maybe toast. Staff are great but this is probably the worst Whole Foods.

Good selection on hot/cold food bar for vegans in the city. the whole grain rolls for $0.75 are very tasty. goes well with soup. pizza is 2 for $6.00. good selection of natural products from toner/skin care to vitamins/supplements. Store can special order for you and there is professional expertise available.

Really disappointed that this location got rid of its bulk section. I used to love Whole Foods prior to the Amazon acquisition. It seems that it has resulted in Whole Foods becoming just like every other grocery store: full of packaged goods and unnecessary plastic.The staff are lovely and helpful, but it seems like a much less employee-and mission-driven place than it used to be.

What can I say? Other than its probably the best whole foods store ever. Perfect !!!
