Sara from the Benefit Brow Bar in Ulta always does a great job on my brows. She takes the time to go over brow shapes and has my account noted for how my brows need to be tinted. My brows have never looked better.

This store has everything! I went in specifically to buy Lancome Teint Idole Ultra wear foundation, which they had! The customer service was excellent. The downside was the fact that makeup sampling is no longer an option due to Covid restrictions. However, they have a 90 days return policy, which is helpful.

Ulta - is a deff no go.Dont bother with their store credit card- you may Get a store credit card or a real one with Visa or Mastercard, they dont tell u when applying.JUST Dont bother- contacting the credit card company isnt fast and simple AS IT SHOULD BE.Never order online - you will never get your free gifts even if there in you cart, and if expires they tell you they cant help.CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT even know how to answer some basic questions . Lets just say getting a ulta credit[store only] card, will be a bad credit decision.I gave 2 stars because I still need to keep their stupid credit card to not ruin my credit that Ive built up . Customer service here has been exceptional. For the past year I’ve been using Shea moisture Honey and Yogurt Shampoo + Conditioner. A few weeks ago I was running around the city like a mad woman trying to find this specific combo with no luck. After checking this store in South Bay, sadly, they were out of stock. One of the woman in the front of the store called around to other stores and actually found the combo all the way in Watertown! This product is so good that I took the drive. Thank you to the kind soul that took the time to help me! You are truly the best.

I was approached by 10 employees within 20 minutes of being in the store. I understand theyre trying to help but why is it that the employees were literally following me from isle to isle!?!??!? I come in here quite often and buy a lot from them!! Im a recovering addict with 3 years under my belt and they completely triggered me! Made me feel like I was doing something wrong! I had a few things in my hands to buy but once I heard the manager telling her coworker to stock the isle I was in then changed it to another isle on the other side of the store I dropped it all and walked out! If I was going to steal something I wouldnt have been browsing around for 30 minutes! This was COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY!!!!

Honestly I have mixed reviews about the store I found the location to be very convenient for me because I live in Boston the store is very clean when I walked in it was well organized so for the store I would say 5/5 the sales floor team 4/5 the cashier 0/5 which is why my overall rating was a 3/5 I was able to find the products myself there was one item I was not sure about I did have to approach a sales person but she was very friendly and helped me find the closest product to what I was looking for due to the item that I was looking for was out of stock. The chip on my debit card does not work so most stores I go to require me to place the card in the slot 3 times and then swipe. I told the girl(Aisling) at the register this she looked at me as if I had five heads and insisted that I cannot do that so I simply asked her can she please put in the card number I swear she put in fake numbers then told me that it didn’t work she made me feel as if I was trying to run a scam or my card did not have enough money on it which it did. Thank God I had cash on me after paying her when she was giving me my change she pulls me over to the side and tells me “ next time you shop with us please make sure that you have a card that has a working chip because our machines only take the chips inside the slot if there’s a chip on it otherwise we cannot process your payment”, the way she spoke to me made me feel embarrassed because there was customers waiting behind me and they probably thought I had payment issues as the last person in the store that a customer sees she needs to have better customer service. And FYI I went to target right after and I was able to use my debit card. I don’t want to use a race card all black people are not the same just because you may have had a bad experience with one customer don’t associate that with the next.

Went to Ulta for my first ever facial and I must say that Tanisha in the South Bay location has the hands of an Angel!!!!! Because of her I will definitely be scheduling my routine facials. From the chemical peel, hand massages and customer service she is the best! Hold on tight to employees like this! There only come once in a lifetime.

They’re super nice. The security guard even suggested and convinced me to buy a highlighter. (seriously he deserves a raise) Everyone was super nice. My friend and I got our space but got the proper help when We needed it. They have a great variety. If they are sold out of something they usually get new shipments in frequently

I shop here all the time either in the store or I have it delivered to the store. Last time I was here a few weeks ago one of my items were not in stock and I didn’t have the option to pick something else.Today 2/2/20 4:15PM, I was picking up an order online and I asked my sales associate about gifts that may come with my purchase. She proceeded to see what I’m eligible for. Upon securing an item for me the manager “short lady possible Spanish decent” came and told her no not with that purchase. I was confused and nobody explained anything to me. Customers are number 1, a brief explanation would have sufficed.I spend to much money in here to be treated as if I’m not standing right there!

I was a little nervous because i had never been there before to get my hair done and there werent many reviews online, but Im new to the area and didnt know where to go and my hair needed help ASAP. They all brands of make up and skin care products. Ulta often has coupons for brand name and other. I purchased hair, makeup & skin from them. Staffs are always polite and nice but find help may be a bit difficult sometimes. I enjoyed shopping there.

Fast and friendly service.

I had an Ignorant Customer Service Experience at this salon by one of the stylist. She continued browsing the computer and ignored me didnt even acknowledged me as i waited so I left took my $ and business to another hair salon. Other stylist and store associates here are excellent, friendly, and helpful I leave the store happy in a good mood.

Helpful staff, got what I needed for my girlfriend very quickly, the parking also makes the store and other shoes easily accessible.

What can I say its a blessing and a curse at the same time I dont live far from this Ulta so you can only imagine how hard it is to not just drive by. All the ladies who work at Ulta are all Beautiful and Super Duper nice I get a very warm welcome Everytime I head inside they know a makeup Diva from the door and they know how to accommodate I one as well. The only problem I do have is the type of crowd that does come to this location but of course that is Not the staffs fault at all.

It’s a nice and clean store in a convenient location. If you know exactly what you need then this is the store for you. I’ve been in multiple times and the staff are never helpful. I tried finding someone for help and it’s almost like the go in the opposite direction when they see you coming. I finally decided to leave and order online and I see the worker reapplying her makeup in a mirror. I’ll go out of my way to go downtown to Sephora where they are always extremely nice and helpful over visiting this location.

LOCATION IS WRONG. This store is in the South Bay Plaza by the new Starbucks and movie theater. Its not in South Boston. Great store, easy layout, friendly staff. They also have a full service salon which I didnt go to, but the pricing is great (full foils starting at $100).

This place is nice for people who is looking for anything beauty.

I like this place because of having sales and access to low and higher end products. But there is no staffing in there. I saw two overworked employees in there. I felt bad I needed help but they were so busy that I didnt even ask for help. What could have been a 240 dollar sale ended up in me spending 10 bucks for highlighter. Only if I was comfortable enough to get help.

This location is still fairly new so its bright, clean and many of the cosmetics testers are in pristine condition or unopened. The security guard skulking around and a few loud, obnoxious employees were the only factors that detracted from my shopping experience.

Ulta Carries great products and has a variety of brands to choose from. This store has lots of stuff to look through. You should go in knowing what your looking for first. Use the website. The staff is pretty clueless, and barely operational. Every time I go they either dont know where the products in the store are or are even aware that they carry them. Even looking up your ulta account is difficult. Every time I shop at this store I need to make a new account because the staff is pretty pathetic in finding pre-existing accounts in the system.

Patricia made my experience here great and if i can consult with her everytime i go here i will. Not saying the other employees arent as good but my experience with her was above satisfactory. I wanted to ombre my lips and the colors and advice she recommended worked PERFECTLY. I love makeup but most of all i love when an employee actually takes their time out to listen to your needs and actually suggests products that make sense for what look youre trying to achieve. Thank you.

So the store staff was very rude. I walked in and glanced at a few items. I typically shop at Sephora so it was great t see some of the same stuff offered at Ulta. I went into the section that had razors and there was a pack that was listed as $11.99 but when I got to the register they rang in as $19.00...I informed the cashier who didnt make eye contact, smile, or greet me in any way while I was standing in front of her that the price was not as advertised so I did not want the razors...she frowned, threw the razors in a bucket and voided the sale. Then she told me the final price and turned her back to me...I was paying in cash...so I waited for her to turn back around...she then had to void the sale again because she put in that I was using a debit card...she again frowns...finally I was able to pay and leave but it was an unpleasant experience. I think I will stick with Sephora as I had my daughter with me and I dont want her to experience these bad vibes in this shop again.

I like the set up of the store, although I dont remember it being so expensive when they had first opened. They basically offer mostly department store or drug store brands at tge same cost. They price point is basically equivalent to that of Sephora.

This location is rather meh. Maybe the weather was making the sales staff cranky, but they were pretty rude. The associates were standing around in little groups around talking to each other. No one offered assistance and they all did their best to avoid eye contact. Also, their brush display was kind of a mess. There werent a lot of brushes to choose from; most of them were missing or mixed up with the others.Overall, I was less than impressed. Im glad that South Bay is revamping the area, but this Ulta is lousy. Ill make the trek downtown to Sephora. Their customer service is excellent, and for the most part, I can usually find what I need. Target now sells Dermalogica products, so theres no need for me to go to the Everett location. However, Id rather go there instead of the South Bay store.

The store itself is very clean, however, two of the female staff made my sister and I along with our friend feel very uncomfortable. They first asked for help when we said we where just browsing the continued to follow us through the store. Whenever we move to a next row they were both just staring at us. It was our first time going and it was not a good impression.

This is a large store with quite a few different brands, though it lacks a few brands. The staff are generally pretty hands off but polite and willing to help you if you ask about something.

Although the business is stocked with the items you need, the people who work there have no idea if they have it or where to go to look for it... this has happened to me on more than one occasion

The sales staff here is terrible, and talking to others who frequent this store, they share the same impressions. Thought maybe that it was simply an off day, but I came back 4 weeks later and they were even worse. Would give 0 stars if I could. As someone who’s worked in retail for 6+ years, I haven’t seen worse. I’m in the process of reaching out to corporate about a terrible interaction I had on 4/7, but the sales associates reflect how poor the management is who hides in the back and is never out on the floor with the staff. Even Walmart is better than the attitude of these primadonnas who stand around and pick at their cuticles, but once you approach them to ask a question, they give you side eye. I’d rather shop online.

There is no ulta at the location listed. it’s actual location is at the south bay center which is 1.4 miles away. once finally at ulta we brought this up to the cashier and they were extremely rude with their response.
