I like the convenience (it is one of 2 stores, near me), and the selection.I dont like the change to the self-serve registers (they boss you), but CVS is the best drug store to shop at, for sundries.

Tired of buying overpriced products for my child, especially when many of them are faulty. Sippy cups (2) pack x 2= $20 and every one of the cups leaked. I wish CVS would realize the over priced products are only good for me if they actually work. I have no complaints with the employees. I find them helpful. Just want the Cooperation to be a little less greedy when selling cheap products. Price gouge much? Make sure the product works. I still need a working cup. Just 1 would be nice!

The girls at the pharmacy have no customer service skills whatsoever. Since my other review was hidden ill just say this, I will NEVER come back after being given an attitude for asking a simple question. There are other reviews on here saying the exact same thing so maybe its time to do something about it?

Long (4+ day) delays with prescription refills. No one contacted me in my last 2 issues in the past 3 months to give me a heads up. Unaccountable pharmacy desk willing to admit error or even express they care and understand. Im unsure if I will continue using their pharmacy and as a result, their convenience store that I use 2-5 times a week because I work close by.The only reason there is a star is because the greeters and convenience store side are all really personable and attentive.

Bad customer service guys.I had 30% off on my card but it doesnt showed up when I checked out. I showed the sequence No to cashier guy. He didnt care and he asked me Do you want 30% off or you want to argue with me?. I told him that I do not ask you give me. I should have itThis happened around 7:00 pm Dec 24, 2019. My coupon was not expired. I went to other store at Charlestown and I got 30% off.Could customer communicate with thier customers like that?I thought the manager of this store should work with this guy.

On July 18, 2019, I stopped at this CVS location to pick up a couple of items on my way home from work. I would have never guessed that I was about to have such a hostile interaction with a cashier and then waste several hours trying to repair the issue. Ultimately, it has led me to conclude that it is best to end my relationship with CVS.I went to checkout after picking up a couple of items. When my cashier didnt greet me, didnt ask for my CVS card, didnt offer me a bag, didnt tell me my total, and just simply stared at me with a disgruntled look, I let him know when the transaction had finished that I would have appreciated if he had provided me with routine professional customer service. He gave me a meaner look and sarcastically asked if I was having a bad day. At that point I told him I thought it would be best if I spoke to a manager. When I asked this, he actually took out a box from underneath the register and punched the side of the box while staring me down. I told him I thought this was hostile behavior and that I would like to speak to a manager now. When he first called over a manager, it was in fact another associate who he had waved over, an associate who had no clue what had happened until I told him I wanted an actual manager. Finally, I was brought an acting manager from the back since no managers were on duty. Of course, the cashier stared me down while I waited for the manager.I let the manager know about my interaction. She was polite to me and apologized for what had happened. She said she would talk to him and that this cashier was going to be leaving in a week anyway. My honest impression of this was that it was no big deal to them and no action would be taken since he was going to be leaving the store in a week. When I used to work in retail, I can guarantee you this would not have been a mere slap on the wrist even if an employee was winding down their employment.Dissatisfied with how I was treated and how the situation was handled, I decided to call corporate customer service and recount the issue. It took a significant amount of time to finally reach someone and then go through all of the details. Similar to the acting manager at CVS, I was told politely that they were sorry for what happened and that they would be reaching out to the store and local directors to pass this along. I asked if I could receive a follow-up call back to know the outcome and was promised that I would within a week. The week came and went, and nothing.My complaint here is in addition to another complaint that I share among many of the reviewers - being targeted and followed while shopping. I have experienced this at multiple CVS locations over the last couple of years, not just this one, so Im apt to think that this is a loss-prevention initiative coming down from the top. Customer service representatives are increasingly acting as masked security guards and thinly disguising their discontent for their job with their behavior toward customers. To be fair, I havent felt as harassed over the last few months by them while shopping. Maybe theyre starting to get the message on this one. Im not sure yet.CVS has increasingly gone downhill in my eyes, and this most recent interaction I had with the hostile cashier - combined with the subsequent lack of response about the matter from regional corporate - was the last straw from me.Theres an old saying that we vote with our dollars. I will not be shopping at CVS anymore - not this location or another. There are plenty of other ways to order personal products today with the internet, and there are certainly other stores to try out. CVS will not see another dollar from me.

I am giving this location 2 stars only because the store is very clean. I was in the store less than 5 mins and 2 employees had asked me if I needed help with anything. I said no because I had found what I needed I was comparing prices and brands. Then a manager comes up to me and says what are you looking for? Mind you I was in the store less than 10 mins at this point. So I had what o needed and I showed it to her then moved on to the next isle, where the manger continued to follow me. I am on my way to work with $150 in my wallet. I dot know if I looked like someone who has stolen before but I felt that I was being rushed out of the store and profiled , if you can believe it. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was buy denture cleaner and glue because I had to get my teeth removed, Im insecure enough as it is buying that stuff and to be followed around by 3 employees made my experiance even worse.

Awful phone service! Have tried numerous times today to get in touch with the pharmacy but have been disconnected outright or left hanging. Cant even get through to the general store. They need to fix their phone system ASAP. Lousy customer service.

I dont particularly like to go into this CVS because i feel like the store is very disorganized and overpriced. Also the employees are extremely rude and even less helpful. If I had a choice i would say fire everyone because they profile and harass any person who is of color. I have already said something to corporate and hope this situation gets resolved promptly.

I like this CVS. Everything is clean and orderly. However, this CVS is significantly more expensive than any other CVS. I feel as though this is so because they are by the T.D Garden

The store was fine but one employee at girl on Friday December 8 2015 at 9am was rude I was FaceTime with my daughter in the United States Navy and she was making faces and laughing at me because I was showing my daughter were I was because she misses Boston.
