Incredibly rude employees. I’ve never been so mistreated at a retail shop before. My husband and I were terrified.

Gem reccomended some new shampoo and conditioner (Living Proof Curls) for me and WOW what a difference - the staff here are GREAT and I love shopping with them.

I needed makeup for a photoshoot . Made an appointment for a makeup session and was extremely happy with the results.

There is not a Sephora store but people can buy some beauty things there.

This review is based on an experience i had on December 27th 2020. I received the rudest customer service from this location. Even before I could even step into the store I was rudely interrogated by Ericson about why I was there. I explained that I was not sure and wanted to look around but I was interested in looking for a fragrance . I was told by Ericson that that location only had minis/ roll ons and that we could use the paper to sample the perfume. While trying to smell the perfume a woman came over to me and yelled to me that we could not touch the perfume because they were for display only (which made absolutely no sense since the man, Ericson) told us we could sample the perfume. After I asked about if I could take a sample home due to not being able to smell through my mask, Ericson said that we were not allowed to take a sample home due to CDC which Im unsure if this is even true or they just didnt want to bother with me. Not one associate tried to even assist me and made me feel like I was not welcomed in the store. Please go to another Sephora where you will receive better customer service.

Biggest sephora Ive ever been to and I left looking fabulous!

Small but mighty!! Manager really nice n chats with customers about products n things to try. I could spend my whole payroll there but unfortunately I need to eat n have a roof over my head.... sometimes. Lol!

This is a newer concept store. They dont have the standard checkout line and cash registers. They have one cash register and all the MUAs are able to check you out when you are ready to make your purchase. They have plenty of mirrors (hence the Studio in Sephora Studio) and artists to help you get dolled up. I wish we had one of these in Austin! I loved the open, bright, airy feel.

I have been a longtime shopper at Sephora and this has been my best experience by far. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and were able to recommend products without being pushy. It felt like I was shopping with friends and not talking to sales people. Checkout was fast and easy since there are no tills. Making this my #1 Sephora spot!

Smaller selection but lovely & helpful staff. I get most things here and then go to Prudential for anything they dont carry.

It was very clean and organized and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately. Its a small Sephora so they lacked a perfume section. One woman was very friendly though and told us that the sephora in the Prudential center carried perfume, so we headed over there.

Store is smaller than a lot of places but they have a fantastic selection and friendly staff. I love coming here for makeup when I run out!

Understaffed, but that might be due to pandemic, if theyre not doing screenings at the door, why is someone just standing there?

I wish i can give this store negative stars, but sadly I cannot. This is the most judgmental store I have ever been to and I am definitely never coming back here. All I wanted was a simple exchange but they keep telling me its a return so I would have to pay a higher price for it, even though I had the receipt. This store did not carry the brand I wanted to exchange my items for nor did they want to place on order so they just told me to go to the sephora in prudential center thats 10 mins away. Now I do not mind the walk, its the atrocious customer service and how they handled it. I work in retail pharmacy so I understand the whole thing, but this was just terrible.

This is now my favorite Sephora! The location is smaller than your typical Sephora, but they carry a large selection of items and brands. The girl who assisted me, found me the perfect lip color.

The worse Sephora in Boston is by far the one on newbury st.the staff is just unpleasant and rude...melissa the big girl is the person that always used to help me when I first started going there to do my shopping but out of nowhere she became unhelpful and rude..and when you ask someone else a question if there not in the best mood they throw you around to other people. I will never shop there again..do yourself a favor and find another Sephora-the one at Copley has much better selection and I great staff.
