I felt amazing in my gorgeous wedding gown by Firas! He is not only an amazing artist, but a kind and fun person to be around. We loved going to his shop for dress shopping and my 2 fittings, I took my whole family and he was beyond welcoming to all of us. I loved his enthusiasm for his pieces and he customized my gown to create my bridal vision. It is an honor to wear one of his pieces and know how much he loved working with me to tailor his gown to match my style. I have gotten so many compliments from everyone, including strangers! Many have said it is the most beautiful/elegant wedding dress they have seen. You can tell the quality, work and effort that goes into everyone of his designs. People of all different styles fell in love with my dress. The photos are amazingly beautiful, the material and cut are gorgeous on film and in person, in all types of lighting. My experience at Firas Yousif Originals was truly one of a kind. I had almost given up on my search for the perfect wedding gown until I came across his showroom on Newbury Street a few weeks ago. I decided to make an appointment.and was not disappointed! Firas really takes the time to understand what you are looking for in a gown, understands a womans figure and provides a truly customized experience. I felt like a princess at every single one of my fittings! The final design we decided upon was impeccable and I got so many complements on the day of my wedding. My sister selected Firas Yousif to design a custom-made gown for her wedding this year, and she looked stunning! Firas took an outdated 90s-era a-line sketch my sister had considered wearing as a teenager and modernized it into a flattering one-of-a-kind piece. I tagged along for her design and fitting appointments with Firas at his well-located showroom on the first block of Newbury Street. We knew we were in good hands with Firass careful attention to detail, from selecting an exquisite silk fabric and pairing it with a shimmery lace overlay, to delicately crafting the dress to flatter her figure. The dazzling dress was ready weeks before the wedding. She received so many compliments! I returned to Boston a few weeks later for Firass recent runway show with some NYC fashionistas, and we were all very impressed with the 2015 Collection!

The moment I walked into Firas Yousifs boutique, I felt comfortable. It is a beautiful space with a variety of pretty samples to browse and try on. It was hard not to feel at home due to the space and Firass personable demeanor. Firas himself is clearly very knowledgeable about fabrics and dress designs. I told Firas what I was looking for and after trying on a few samples Firas had a vision for my dress that was beyond what I had ever imagined. Firas put the design down on paper and when I saw it, I knew it would be my wedding dress! After settling on a design, Firas was extremely clear about the process of making the dress, the fittings and any alterations that may be needed. Firas was very specific about the timelines and delivered within those timelines.I had looked at a number of boutiques and big box stores and saw nothing that truly fit my vision. At the other boutiques, the other designers didnt seem to have any interest in helping me nor were as personable as Firas. I would recommend Firas Yousif Originals to anyone whos looking for a custom wedding dress and is willing to be open to design suggestions. Thank you for all of your help Firas, the dress was perfect!
