If youre reading this, you probably already know that MAC sells quality. Im reviewing this location in particular because they were wonderful.I took my daughter there for her first foray into her own makeup. Ana and Chris took care of her. They were so kind and so helpful. They helped her find what would work for her, and they did it while boosting her confidence. There was no, youll be beautiful if you wear this, that you get with some makeup sales. They told her she was beautiful. They told her that imperfections were normal and dont be embarrassed. She walked out feeling more confident.It was such a positive experience for her. Highly recommended.

I had such a great experience. I went in for a few specific items that I needed for an upcoming wedding and Chris was incredibly helpful and efficient.

I walked in and was not even acknowledged by the sales associate. She didnt bother asking if I needed help or try to sell me anything.

Good cosmetics, I constantly visit this store and use their products, very high quality cosmetics.

Liz is welcoming, calming and uber-professional at her talents. You can imagine how uncomfortable I might have felt walking in but it was gone in minutes. Shes so skilled at covering my forehead scars that nobody would know I was wearing anything. Instead of the scar, people usually mention my thoughts and ideas.

They were so sweet havent worn mac in 12 years. But the way this women put it on me made me a believer. Purchased some and I been wearing it ever since.

Whether the products react well to my skin or not, will definitely come back here to try out other products just because of the service and the options that they carry. Thumbs up!

Lena was so helpful! She taught me how to use bronzer with no judgement- I’m a makeup newb and she wasn’t condescending or pushy at all.I also was helped by another employee who gave me food recommendations for Salem (I’m going this weekend). If I find myself in Boston again, I’ll be back!
