Amazing experience for my first facial! The esthetician was so professional and made me feel comfortable. I had the modern facial and was very relaxing. Will definitely be back.

I went to buy some candles and found out that Bluemercury has a Spa! This was my first facial and was soo good! I’ve always wanted to get a facial and never thought that I would feel so great after it. My skin feels refreshed!

The SPA is open now!!!! I had a customized facial with the new esthetician here. AMAZING!!! I loved her massage! Very affordable too!

Bluemercury on Newbury has an amazing Spa! I had a Modern Facial and my esthetician was very nice and honest. She took great care of me and didn’t push to buy products like other places I have been.My skin has never looked better and she makes everything very personalized. I enjoyed my facial, the massage was just top notch!!! She made me feel comfortable and uses expensive products like: SkinCeuticals, Dermalogica, M61!!! I just love this place! 👏👏👏👏👏

I visited this shop for the first time. I liked it, cute enough. Few products, but I found what I needed.

Bought some foundation here got home only to find. They gave me the wrong colour. Also I was getting ready to leave and say these little gift bags with goodies in it I picked it up to look at what was in it and the girl comes running over to make sure I know THEY WERE ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS THAT SPENT $175.00 I spent 103.00 and what was in those gift bags wasnt worth spending a $175.00 as thanks there gimmick to get peeps in there to buy... I go to sephora or saks and I get more/ better free samples then the samples they had in this little itty bitty got bag.... Seriously between not being friendly, and messing up my purchase..... I will return my item and go else where!

Unfriendly and snotty staff.

I shopped on last Friday for holiday gift, they made me impressed with the wrapping. Days later I came back for the exactly same gift shopping they cant do it the impressed way anymore. Just so disappointing. I couldnt bare it. I cam back to request a return. Then they found the gift box. But no more nice wrap! So tried of the bad attitude.

My wife was sold a gift card here to gift to give to family and was told she could return the gift card if her family did not want the card with a receipt. We were surprised to find that this promise was not honored upon return attempt. My wife was a regular customer and will not be going back
