I didnt know it was a third party Verizon which is okay The girl was real nice I just needed to go to a regular Verizon because I have a business account and I had trouble with my password so its okay she was very helpful and it was a very nice place to go and whoever the girl is tell her thank you.

Colbi’s customer service!!! It was awesome!!!!! She made my experience so much better after going through so much with Verizon’s corporate stores. It sucks that Verizon isn’t giving this retailer the advantage on stock and back orders. I’ve made this store my company’s store because of Colbi!!!!

This store customer service is the worst I have ever had. From when I bought the phone six months ago until even now. No help!!!! Rude!!!! As to talk to someone other than manager, she said she will try to see if someone would call me back. Then she says her district manager is out and his boss is out. She said district manager from another area would try to take my call if I still wanted to talk to someone. Asked her to text me his number. No text!! Beware of anything you get from them they take your money, then they are done with you. Beware beware!!!

This location has the worst customer service I have ever received. I was told by the clerk that because I bought my phone from another location she was unable to help me wipe my phone clean. She told me I needed to go back to the location I bought it from because they were supposed to do it before I left since they received the commission and not her. Ive nothing but issues with verizon and as soon as my contract ends Im out. I tried to file a complaint and they make so hard. Then when I finally got someone on the phone after pressing 1 for English the gentleman still didnt understand what I was saying.

Most professional treatment of a customer I’ve experienced in my adult life. This was the only store I could get to by walking (and I was somewhat rude to begin with)… I had a hissy fit because they didn’t have the exact phone I wanted lol. The manager approached me and said “we’ll get you your phone, your our VIP customer, we got you!” That caught me off guard to be honest. They went OUT of their way to get me my phone at an awesome price!!! The manager and employees ACTUALLY CARE about running their business. I give them a 10/10. Thanks again guys :) 
