Mmmm let’s see where to start. Even though the service could be BETTER for the area as well as some changes need to be made for customers with not so great credit to get into super phones I give the COMPANY a 3. Now the customer service here is excellent they at least got that right. The employees here get 10 stars from me they all need a raise and someone within this company needs to make it happen ASAP! Stephen has excellent customer service skills and I can definitely see why he’s manager at this store I see him moving further within the company, possibly corporate.(promote him!) he was able to help me with different opinions for purchasing the new iPhone 12 pro max. Though I wasn’t able to purchase right then and there I will make sure I return to make that purchase in a few weeks. Though I have trouble with T-Mobile’s customer service at other stores rather here or in Texas I always make sure to come to this location because they never give me incorrect information, they never make me feel like I’m just another “sale” they show empathy no matter what the customers situation may be. I highly recommend that NO ONE waste their time, money, or even energy with these people. I called the t-mobile headquarters before going into the store and was told EXACTLY what I needed to do to get a new phone, how much I was going to pay, and what store carried what--- the details were immensely specific. When I went to the store the staff tried to redirect me in a different direction and a new plan that would cost me $400 more than the price that was given me by headquarters. The people were rude when I tried to explain who I spoke to so I went to the other t-mobile in Shreveport, LA. I explained what happened to this staff and was told that what they were trying to do was the absolute wrong way and were just trying to get more money off of me. I was furious---- the staff in Shreveport was able to do EXACTLY what was explained to me over the phone. Do not go here--- theyre scammers!

I read the reviews, and was afraid to go to this location. My experience was the total opposite. They helped me save so much money! They were polite, and they were also very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back.

I broke my phone last week and went in to this T-Mobile yesterday to get a new one. A young man named Christopher assisted us. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They didnt quite have what I was looking for and even though I was prepared to buy the phone they did have (which was more expensive,) Chris offered to call the store down the street to see if they did have what I wanted. They did and he went down there to pick it up for me. I appreciate that he went out of his way to help us. This is why I love T-Mobile!

Customer service here is WACK. My phone was supposed to be shipped to the store. It said it was delivered but wasnt. The lady at the counter was rude and had no class.
