Honest tire guy here. He could have easily unsold my girlfriend for new brakes (at my request to check them- overdue based on miles) and didn’t. She got great tires and when the time comes we’re heading back for the brakes. Super happy our closest mechanic is upfront and affordable.

Roberto and Johnny were wonderful. My husband was out of town and I ended up with a flat tire. Once the spare was put on, drove there and they helped me, with my husband on the other line, decide on new tires for our Flex. I needed new tires anyway. They were so patient with us and helpful. Got us the best price and ordered them. They came in the next day. They called me and 1.15 hours later all done.Across the street is a great pottery store and down block is a great little coffee shop! I actually enjoyed myself while waiting for new tires!! 😁 Nice, friendly place to do business.Will definitely go back. Our friend recommend New Life Tires. So will I!!!

Good people working there. Got a couple used truck tires for my work truck there for $100 for the pair. Can be busy at times so if you can go there first thing in the morning and theyll get you in and out. Check first that they have what you need in stock.

I went there for a tire. I got a used one. What they didnt tell me is that it was a retreated tire. This tire detreaded on 75 with my infant in thevcar. I called them asking if they could replace it. I was told its my problem. That they were not going to help me.

Ordered a new tire they called me to come in..waited 2 1/2 hours for them to install one tire on to a rim. So I could take it home and install myself. Every employee walks around dragging their feet, like they dont want to be there. Although I can see them all in the back playing around singing having a good time. Will never go back again.

I had a flat tire on I75 and found New Life tires online. I am from out of state and selected the shop because it had high ratings and was close by. What a wonderful find! This shop gave terrific service, the price was so good I replaced two tires instead of just one and they were able to do the work right away. They were so respectful and pleasant and are everything I would look for in a mechanic shop. I highly recommend them.

I very highly recommend this place. We are from Indiana so you always have to be skeptical of going some place you dont know anything about. My wife took the vehicle in there this morning which is a Ford Explorer, to have 4 new tires and a 4 wheel alignment done. They treated her like a Queen. They took her, and her girlfriend to Dollys for breakfast and then went back and got them an hour and a 1/2 later when the vehicle was done. Everything was done absolutely perfect just like they said it would be. My wife took them an Apple pie from Dollys to show her appreciation.

Took my old 2004 Audi to fix the front suspensions. The estimate was 25% of the regular Audi dealer for the same work. Was done appropriately, the personnel were awesome! Punctual, efficient, polite, caring ! Will take all my cars to them & have recommended all my friends to them!

I will not forget the kindness they showed me today. I had a small tear in my tire and was concerned. They checked it all out, made certain it wasnt leaking and was safe. Sent me on my way, no charge. They could have told me it had to be replaced, they had the correct tire in stock. Instead they were very honest, helpful, courteous and lightning fast. Recommend!

Get prices on good used tires. Today I spent $51 on a nice Goodyear tire and it was installed quickly.

Came to balance a spare so I dropped it off before lunch. Told them to take their time and they still finished before I was. They also in the past told me NOT to buy a tire from them because they felt it would perform the way I needed. (Non LT tire on a f250). Great service.

I lost a tire on my car and needed it replaced in less than an hour to get to the airport. Three other tire shops turned us away and said they couldn’t do it. We came to New Life and they had us out the door with a new tire in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and they saved us. We wouldn’t have made it without them!

Honestly I wish I didnt have to give one star. The prices are fantastic, but not only did I spend 3 hours waiting to have one tire replaced and an oil change, they forgot to put my oil cap back on. Seriously. Took a little bit to notice but by the time I did, smoke was pouring out of my car from the oil that had sprayed all over my engine. Im just thankful it didnt catch on fire. I understand mistakes happen, but that mistake almost cost me my vehicle and I will never be back. Im so glad I never got the chance to have them do my ac. Also when I first called to make an appointment the man who answered the phone told me he wasnt sure he could fix my vehicle that day because he was quote pretty tired. Then when he agreed to make the appointment, he never took any of info leaving poor front desk lady (who was fantastic, very nice) to deal with trying to fit me in for an appointment that should have already been made.

They did a quick repair on my car, however I had $30 mysteriously dissappear out of my middle console, money that was at the very bottom that I forgot to take out. I was going to use that cash towards my repair and knew that it was in there beforehand because I had just put it in there and when I went to go grab it to pay it was gone. There is obviously no point in comfronting the staff since I have no proof, I just want to make others aware to either keep an eye on whats in your car when you drop it off or take everything out before.

This place will never fail you. After being ripped and robbed by half of naples, with people that try to sell you a ton of things you dont need, scaring you into thinking your car will fall apart without them, a coworker suggested this place. This was about maybe 6 or 7 years ago. I said no way would i drive that far! But he told me he had a cousin and friends that worked there and he would make a call so they would know and i would feel better about going. I have never been so happy to spend money on tires and repairs in my life. I suggested an oil change and do you what they said????? You dont need one as of now........they did. I have gone nowhere else since, and NEVER had a problem. I wish everyone knew about this hidden gem!....one more thing, they are usually busy, but you wont spend your whole day there like most places!

I have been here before for minor issues with out problems. I went in just to find out if the front end was broken.$25.00 WITHOUT being told up front.All they did is look at my tires didnt even look at why i was there!!!POSSIBLY A SHOCK OR STRUT THATS BAD??????I was sent by someone who was going to pay the bill and asked me to take it by there .. REALLYMy family used to own the building next to them for over 40 years back when it was Barry Heaths.Feel very dissatisfied and disappointed!!

Largest variety size selection of quality (maximum tread life left) used tires in SWFL.Priced right in pairs or sets of four and all again by tread life left. I saw many singles sold while there. They do the full auto and truck repair thing judging by extensive mechanical repairs I saw underway, with modern technology diagnostic equipment, but the used tire crown they wear shines brightest of all.

Great honest service and a good price, same day help as oppose to waiting for a week or two for an appointment. They pretty much can help with anything you need.

We had our tires rotated on our Ram ProMaster. The guys at New Life tires were very accommodating. I wanted the lug nuts torque to a specific value and they were very willing to accommodate me and do what I asked. They got us in and out of there in 40 minutes. I bought a set of used tires from new life the day before yesterday. they were very friendly, professional, and expedient. i was very impressed with them. this morning i noticed one of my tires was losing air. turns out i ran over a nail (just my luck). I took my truck back to new life and they fixed it free of charge! i honestly couldnt be any happier with my experience there. i highly recommend new life tire to anyone in the bonita springs area!

28$ for fixing a flat tire 🤨 that’s waaaay to expensive for a 5 min work.They use to be competitive but apparently not anymore. For service I’ll give them 4 to 5 stars but their prices are ridiculous.Make sure you check how much they charge before having surprises

People Dont be fooled by the previous ratings!! They will sell you defective tires , they are cheap for a reason! the manager Will is the most unprofessional, disrespectful man, he doesnt care about anything other then taking your $$$, he will not even look you in the eyes when you have questions or concerns about the tires you purchase. I bought two tires from New Life and after 3 weeks i noticed a big air bubble from one of them, I took my car back and ask for a replacement, You would think he would replaced it right away, but NO he said I had to purchase another one. The whole time he was looking at the computer and was to coward to look at my face.PEOPLE DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES FROM THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT YOUR $$ TO GO TO WAIST THEN JUST FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET.
